The Little Angel

There is a little Angel, her wings are not filled out yet. She is no where near the size of the other Angels. So the other angels don't pay her much attention. But the little Angel has the most important job in all of Heaven. Her job is to polish all the crowns, and place stars on them. She can hardly lift one of the crowns, it has so many stars, it out shines them all. Can you guess who this crown belongs to? It's brilliance lights Heavens skies. This one replaced the crown of thorns. The stars are earned by telling someone about Jesus and the love He has for His children. He sacrificed His life for ours. All of God's children have their own crown. The crowns are beautiful in there own way, especially as the stars are added. The little Angel is a little sad sometimes, because no matter how hard she shines some of the crowns, they never glow. Have you given your heart to Jesus and does your crown have that shine yet? How many stars are being added to your crown? One time, my neighbor told me, you sure are going to have a lot of stars in your crown, because of all the people you help. This was untrue, you see, I didn't start earning my stars until I started telling people about the Lord. Oh, I had my crown, and it had a little shine on it. I believe it only shined once in a while, when I took the time for prayer or to read the Bible, which this wasn't very often. I have renewed my life with the Lord and this time, it is so different. You see the Holy Spirit dwells in me, and I can feel Him every time I pray, think about the Lord, write about the Lord, or talk about Him, or listen to my gospel music. So we all have to get busy saving our brothers and sisters. I would love to see all the crowns shining one day, as we stand before our Lord, when the Book of Life is open. Oh, what a grand affair this will be; Angels gathering around, hearing the rustling of their wings. Hearing them sing praises to the Lord. Can you hear all of the sounds of Heaven? I can see our little Angel standing there, so proud when she hands Jesus His crown, and all the other crowns glowing in heavens court.
