Heavenly Father I lift up Kim to you in prayer. Her life has been a complete mess here on earth and it is not getting any better. She has been through so much pain and hurt and she has survived it all. Lord the reason that she has survived it all is because you walk beside her, because you never left her. She wants to find her way back to you Lord. I ask that you give her divine guidance and wisdom. I ask that you give her strength to get her through the difficult times. I ask that you take away the hurt and the pain and replace it with peace. Draw her close to you Lord, teach her your ways that she may walk in the path of righteousness. Place a desire in her heart to read your word. Thank you Lord for loving her and bringing her through the difficult times of her life. Your word says that in this world we will have trouble but I know that in you Lord she will find peace when hers become to much to bear. Thank you for loving her. In Jesus name I ask. Amen.

Heavenly Father I lift up Janet to you in prayer. She had two EEG's the second EEG came back negative showing no brain activity except in the brain stem. Last night her parents, brother-in-law and sister Jackie decided she has suffered long enough on the respirator and tomorrow morning around 9:30 AM the doctor will remove it. The family will be with Janet when it is removed. Lord if it is your will to take Janet to be with you I ask that she goes peacefully. I ask that you wrap her family in your arms of love and comfort them through this difficult time. Draw each one close to you Lord. I ask in Jesus name. Amen.

JANET PASSED AWAY LAST WEEK
THEY TOOK THE MACHINES OFF AND SHE LIVED ABOUT AN HOUR. THE LORD CALLED HER HOME NOW SHE IS AT PEACE NO MORE SUFFERING! THANK YOU FOR YOUR MERCY LORD.

Heavenly Father I lift up the children of Amelia's Aunt Wanda. Lord I know that she is now with you and her loved ones. She was ready to come to you Lord. The cancer had spread all over her body. Lord I ask that you comfort her children and draw each one close to you. If they don't know Jesus as their Lord and Savior, I pray for their salvation. I ask that you comfort Amelia and her family. In Jesus name I ask. Amen.

Heavenly Father I lift up Geriann to you in prayer. She is going through a very difficult time right now and she needs your help. She has no job, no income at all, pending eviction as well as pending all utilities being shut down. She has a severe back injury that has left her in a great deal of pain from a work related injury over a year ago. Father I ask that you wrap Geriann in your arms of love. I ask that you make provisions for her financially. I ask that you place someone in her path who will direct her. I ask that you heal her back and take away all the pain. Draw her close to you Lord. In Jesus name I ask. Amen.

Heavenly Father I lift up Pat Burke to you in prayer. She had a seizure and they found a brain tumor between her ear and eye. She had surgery but they could not get it all when they operated on her. They had to follow up with radiation. She goes for a check up to see if the tumor is shrinking on Oct.2nd. Father I ask that you keep Pat in your loving care. I ask that you cover her with your healing power from above. Pat's first grandchild is due in Dec. Lord I ask for complete healing so she will be able to see her grandchild grow up. Thank you Lord for loving us. In Jesus name I ask. Amen.

Heavenly Father I lift up Pat Burke to you in prayer. Pat is waiting to start chemotherapy. The chemo has to wait because of having to have test ran on her lungs. She has a tumor on her brain, one side of the tumor is shrinking and the other side is growing. At times Pat feels very down for fear that she won't see her first grandchild come into the world or not see the baby grow up. Lord I ask that you give comfort to Pat and draw her close to you. I ask that nothing serious be found with her lungs. I ask that the tumor on her brain shrink completely. I ask for complete healing I ask that she will be able to see her first grandchild come into the world. I ask that she will see this baby grow up. Keep Pat in your loving care. I ask that you keep her unborn grandchild in your loving care and bring the baby into the world safely. I ask that Pat be able to hold that precious child in her arms and be there through the years of growing up. I ask in Jesus name. Amen.

Update 11/13/00
Pat is in remission as far as the tumor. Her husband found her on the bathroom floor and she said she hit her back. The doctors can't seem to find anything wrong with her. But she isn't walking and doesn't want to talk. They seem to think she is depressed now. Thanks so much for asking! The shower for the baby is Sat. we are hoping that gets her going on track. Update on Pat! She had another MRI because the doctors thought the cancer started on the other side of her brain..she looks like she had a stroke..face pulled to one side and left hand. After the tests they said her brain is swelling and the tumor has not changed and they are going to do chemotherapy treatments. We took the old baby crib to her house to give her something to look forward to because she is so down. They baby could come at anytime now.. due Christmas. It is her first grandchild and my third. Update12/12/00
Pat had to go to the hospital Friday she is not responding and her blood pressure is high. They said another 15 minutes and she would be dead. She has another tumor after the first one but they can't do chemotherapy right now. Sat. Pat had two seizures and when into a coma. Her brain is swelled and her body is full of fluid! This is her 1st grandchild and I pray she sees the baby and is healed. Please pray for the Burke family! John (Pam's husband) is going through such mixed emotions with the birth of his new baby and the sickness of his Mom. His faith has if anything become stronger as the days go by! Pat came out of the coma and is not good. The doctors told her son John (my son in law) that she will be going downhill fast soon. It might be in 5 minutes or 5 days but to expect it won't be much longer than that. My daughter is emotional with the birth of the baby any day and now this news. Poor John is swinging with such mixed emotions, the birth of a new child and the death of his Mom. Please keep the Burke family in your prayers. Baby News!
Sorry I haven't been writing but my daughter Pam went into labor Christmas Eve. She finally had the baby on Friday the 29 at 12:02 in the afternoon. She had some problems with a fever and an infection in the womb. She had a pretty rough time. She had a baby boy: John Regis Burke 7lbs 9oz 21 inches. Mom and baby are now doing fine. Much prayer was prayed over them and God is getting all the praise and glory for their healthy report. Mom might come home tomorrow but Baby John might have to stay for a while yet. John (Dad) 2 hours after baby John was born took pictures to Grandma Pat at the hospital and a copy of the birth certificate and told his Mom she is now a Grandma. Pat saw John in the doorway and started crying and smiling and Like all Mom's knew ahead of time in her heart. As soon as the baby is OK they plan to stop and show the baby to Pat. Pat got to hold the baby yesterday! Praise The Lord! They stopped on their way home from the hospital so she could see him. Pat can't talk now but she stared at the baby and rubbed his leg. Hi, The Burke Family (my daughter's in law's) and I wish to thank all of you for your prayers for Pat these past few months. Last night at 8:30 Sunday she went to be with the Lord! She just stopped breathing and went very peaceful! The family was all with her. John asked me to thank you all, he appreciates all you have done! I can't thank you enough! I hated the thought of this brain tumor but through your prayers God so graciously let Pat see the new Grandson and hold him. Also she lived through the holidays so it wouldn't be a bad time in years to come as a reminder. Again thank you! Most of all I praise God for his love and perfect timing in all of this! Hi Charlotte,
The family is doing good! Knowing that Pat is home with the Lord has made all the difference in the world. They know that through the grace of God that they will bowling reunite with her soon. Her husband has started and going with people who have lost their wives too. Her daughter is studying to be a nurse. John (my son-in-law) Has the new baby & a new job to keep him busy. They have made a book up for the baby with things about Pat and pictures of her holding him before things got real bad. So someday he can see how God helped his Grandma hang on to see him! God is so good and loving! We praise him so much for letting Pat see the baby and hold him but also that she did not suffer for a long time! Love Ya! Barb

Heavenly father I lift up Clinton to you in prayer. He had been shocked really bad some months ago and was going to a doctor. He developed a bad cough, Monday they did a biopsy of his lungs and discovered inoperable lymphoma. He is not afraid to die but fears being ill. Has always until this spring been very healthy. He is only 37. He is such a good Christian man. Lord I ask that you wrap him in your loving arms. I ask that you cover him with your healing power from above. If it is not your will to heal him Lord I ask for mercy. In Jesus name I ask. Amen.

Heavenly father I lift up Ginger to you in prayer. She just got out of intensive care four days ago. Lord I ask that you give strength to her body. I ask that you wrap her in your arms of love. Heavenly Father I lift up my friend to you in prayer. Her husband was unfaithful and she is trying to stay in the marriage. He has tried to make up for it but he acts as though he is a victim. One of the women is harassing and threatening her 20 year old daughter because her daughter confronted her about what she did. Every time her daughter gets out she threatens her. Things seem to keep escalating and getting worse. She has no doubt that her husband loves her but the pain just won't go away. She sees the people that hurt her and her children go on their merry way and not suffer the consequences of what they have done. It doesn't seen fair to her that their lives are untouched by the evil they have done and that she and her children have to suffer for their actions. Lord all of these difficulties in her life are causing her to lose her faith and her hope. Father I ask that you wrap her in your arms of love. Comfort her Lord. I ask that you intervene from your throne above and help her through this Lord. I ask that you renew her faith and draw her close to you. I ask that you place a hedge of protection around her daughter. Lord brush the tears from her eyes and replace them with hope. Lord I pray that they will be able to get past this and move on with their lives. Bring her husband to his knees in repentance for the wrong he has done and draw him close to you. Place guilt in the other woman's heart and direct her to leave this family alone. In Jesus name I ask. Amen.

Heavenly Father I lift up Michelle to you in prayer. She was lost for a while a sheep gone astray and now Lord she has found her way back to you. Lord I ask that you draw her close to you. Place in her heart a hunger and a thirst for your word. I ask that you give her direction and guidance. Place strong Christians in her path Lord who will be there for her. Heavenly Father I lift up Dick to you in prayer. Email read we are being evicted from our apartment today and I was making arrangements to get started moving. We have until 6:00 A. M. Friday morning eastern time to be finished. I will let you know where we are when we get there. Lord I ask that you place a hedge of protection around them. Heavenly father I lift up Kimberly to you in prayer. Kimberly is a young lady in her twenties, she was born with spinal bifia. She has an infection in her foot and it is getting worse. I ask that you draw Kimberly close to you. I ask that you heal her foot, remove all infection and give complete healing. In Jesus name I ask. Amen

Heavenly Father I lift up Frank Deng to you in prayer. He is only five years old and he is in the Oakland Children's Hospital intensive care unit for viral encephalitis. His condition is very critical. He is having seizures quite frequently. Lord I ask that you wrap this precious child in your loving arms. I ask that you bring him through this Lord. I ask that you cover him with your healing power from above. Lord comfort him in your arms. I ask that you give comfort to his family and draw each one close to you. I ask for complete healing. Update 9/18
Frank is still at ICU. His condition is getting worse because of the infections.
Frank left to Heaven on 9/22/00. He left peacefully. His body does not shake any more. I believe he is much happier with God's care now. We were so sad for losing him. Nothing can bring him back to us. He disappeared from our life, only left all those lovely memories. All these five weeks was like in a movie or a dream. But this time, after the movie end, and the dream woke up, Frank is no where to be seen. Everyone asked us do not ask Why & How. We just cannot help to ask it. Why this happened to Frank? How did it happen? We know there is no answer... Mark & Yan

Heavenly Father I lift up Mark and Yan to you in prayer. I ask that you comfort them as they mourn the absence of their precious son Frank here on earth. Give them peace in knowing that he is safe in your care and that they will see him again. Draw them close to you Lord. In Jesus name I ask. Amen.

Heavenly Father I lift up Jonathan to you in prayer. He has type two diabetes. He had to be taken to the emergency room last week because of an infection in his toes, they kept him hospitalized over night. He had a follow up visit on the 11th, they told him that he will have to have at least one of his toes amputated. Lord I ask that you guide the surgeons hands as they do surgery to remove Jonathan's toe. I ask that you bring him through with no complications. I ask that you draw him close to you. I ask that you place good doctor's in his path to give him proper treatment for diabetes. I ask that you give him will power for the many changes he will have to make in his diet etc. to keep this disease under control. Lord I ask that one day soon a cure will be found for this disease that effects many throughout the world. In Jesus name I ask. Amen.

RE: Update and Prayer Need for Jonathan and Upcoming Surgery, and his room-mate! Thank you for including Jon in prayer. To update you on Jon...they have again postponed the surgery to remove the toe. They are pumping him full of antibiotic IV. Then, then are looking at Thursday for the surgery. He is improving. Praise God! He is trying to keep a positive attitude. In
fact, he has been ministering to the patient in the room across from him. His name is Richard and he has cancer in his leg. Jon goes over and sits with him. Please pray for him too.

Jonathan's toes are all healed now. He is back at work and trying to dig out of the financial crunch this illness has put him in. Thanks to all who prayed. Love, Mary

Heavenly Father I lift my sister Dorothy up to you in prayer. Thursday will begin her first day of chemo. Lord I ask that you wrap her in your arms of love. Heavenly Father I lift up Patty and her husband to you in prayer. Lord they are having severe financial difficulties at this time. It is so difficult to get ahead now days and everything is so expensive a family can hardly make ends meet anymore. Lord I ask that you open ways of financial help to them. I ask that provisions be made to get them through this hard time in their life. Draw them close to you Lord and keep them in your loving care. In Jesus name I ask. Amen.

Heavenly Father I lift up Lorelei to you in prayer. She has been told by her doctor that she has terminal cancer. About one and one half years ago she had a brain tumor which was removed. Just as she was getting better, they discovered she had breast cancer. She had that taken care of, and again they thought the worst was behind her. Yesterday she was told that the cancer was in all of her internal organs. She has been told that she has four to six months to live. Lord I ask that you wrap Lorelei in your arms of love. She has been through so much in such a short time. Lord I ask that you cover her with your healing power from above. You are the great physician, when all has been done here on earth by the Dr's we come before your throne dear Lord and ask that you give her complete healing. We ask Lord that you remove all the cancer from within her body. If it is not your will to heal her Lord we ask for your mercy. Give comfort to Lorelei and draw her close to you. Heavenly Father I lift up Linda to you in prayer. She had surgery on her knee 2 weeks ago and was doing very well until last night. She had to go to the ER because of a great deal of pain and a loss of feeling in the foot that the surgery was done on. She goes back today for test on her leg to see why this is happening. Lord I ask that you keep her in your loving care. I ask that the feeling in her foot be restored. I ask for complete healing in Jesus name I ask. Amen

Heavenly Father I lift up my sister Dorothy to you in prayer. She is scheduled to have a complete hysterectomy and removal of lymph nodes Friday due to having cervical cancer. I thank you for my sister Lord and I thank you for her salvation. I ask that you wrap her in your arms of love. I ask that you guide the surgeons hands. I ask that you cover her with your healing power. Lord I ask that you bring her through this with no complications and complete removal of all cancer. I ask for complete healing. I ask that you give comfort to my Mom and all family members and draw each one close to you. I pray for salvation of those in my family who have not accepted Jesus as their Lord and Savior. I thank you for your love. I ask in Jesus name. Amen.

Heavenly Father I lift up Ricky to you in pray. Ricky was is a very bad accident. He was traveling over 100 miles per hr. on his motorcycle and hit the back of a large truck. All his skin is tore off, tendons and bone showing, testicles torn off, hands, torn off, hanging on by skin. They reattached the hands. Kidneys or bladder torn almost off, broken pelvis, not expected to live. Dr's say if he does he will never walk again. The only thing that was not marred was his face because he had his helmet on. Lord I ask for a miracle, I know that with you all things are possible. Wrap Ricky in your arms of love. I ask that you cover him with your healing power. I ask that you give divine guidance to all the Dr's caring for Ricky. Lord I ask that you bring him through this with no complications, I ask for complete healing. I ask that you give comfort to his loved ones and draw each one close to you. If they have not accepted Jesus as their Lord and Savior I pray for salvation. I ask in Jesus name. Amen.

Heavenly Father I lift up Dwight and Mary to you in prayer. Dwight has a heart condition and his unemployment is running out in 2 weeks. Welfare won't give any help to them and they are having a hard time making ends meet financially. The heart specialist says he doesn't want Dwight to have bypass surgery. He feels he is too young as a bypass is only good for about 10 years. There is no guarantee they could ever do it again. For now the Dr's are treating him with medications and putting him in a physiotherapy program to see if he can regain his muscle mass to go back to his job. If so, it won't be until late Oct. or early Nov. They don't know how they are going to be able to pay any of their bills or mortgage. Lord I ask that you keep them in your care. I ask that you provide for their financial needs. I ask that you cover Dwight with your healing power, I ask that you give strength to his body so he can return to his job. I ask that you draw Dwight close to you. I pray for his salvation. I ask that you give comfort to Mary. I ask in Jesus name Amen.

Dear Friends, Dwight is in hospital tonight, awaiting bypass surgery tomorrow, Tuesday, June 19th at 4:30. He was in good spirits when I left him and was happy that it was going to be over with. Please keep him in your prayers. Love and hugs, Mary

Update 6/22/01
From: sister Mary (Dwight's bypass) Dear Friends: Dwight went into surgery at exactly 8:00 AM and the doctor met me in the Intensive Care Waiting Room at 11:45. He said all went well. I went in to see Dwight at about 12:30 and he seemed to be doing fine. I went for lunch and when I came back they wouldn't let me in. At 3:30, I finally got in. The nurse told me that they'd had a few problems and that they had gotten over the hump. His blood pressure dropped and his potassium was way too high. They gave him a transfusion and laceics (sp?) She told me I should stick around for a while. Just before 5:00, I went in and the surgeon was there. He told me that Dwight had stabilized and it was looking good. The nurse said although he won't be out of danger for a while, I could come home and if they needed me they would call. I am going to phone a little later and see how he is doing. If he is having any trouble, I will go back and spend the night. Thanks for all the prayers. It helped us through a bad time. Take care. I will keep you updated. Hugs Mary

Dear Friends: Dwight has been stable now since Friday at 3 PM. He ate a little chicken broth and drank some apple juice. He was very tired but talked to me some. He was supposed to move out of ICU today but they kept him until tomorrow. He certainly wasn't ready to be moved. Thanks to all of you for your prayers, love and support. Hugs Mary
Update 7/2/01
From Sister Mary, Dwight came home on Thursday and is doing okay. He didn't sleep much the first night but I used blankets and pillows to make him in a more upright position and he slept much better last night. All seems to be well. He is walking a little, just like the doctor told him. I have to keep my eye on him though as he tends to overdo. Thanks to all of the Prayer Warriors for their prayers. Heavenly Father I give praise to you for bringing Israel home from the hospital and that he is breathing on his on and eating and growing. Thank you Lord for wrapping this precious little child in your arms of love. I pray that he will grow strong and healthy. I pray that he will follow the path of righteousness when he grows up. I pray for Israel's Grandmother, she just fell and hurt her knees. Lord I ask that you heal her, give strength to her knees. I ask that you draw her to you Lord that she will see the need to put you in her life. That she will look at her baby grandson and know that you were with him. Heavenly Father I lift up psalms (email name) and her husband to you in prayer. Both are unemployed at this time and bills are piling up. They are going into the cleaning business soon. I ask that you send customers their way, I ask that divine appointments be sent to them. I pray that they will be able to share the gospel with their work contacts. I ask that their pay be enough to provide for their needs. I ask in Jesus name. Amen.

Heavenly Father I lift up Vivian to you in prayer. She is only sixteen years old and was kidnapped from a Church in Phoenix Arizona. She has been missing since the early part of July. Lord I ask that you wrap this child in your arms of Love. I ask that you place a hedge of protection around her. Lord I pray that this child is alive. Whoever has done this terrible thing I ask that you convict their heart so strong that he, she, or they will turn themselves in. Place a stirring of guilt so strong in their heart that they can't get any peace. I ask that you intervene with your divine guidance in finding this child. I ask that you give comfort to her loved ones. Draw each one close to you Lord and wrap them in your arms of Love. I ask in the name of Jesus. Thank you for your Love. Amen.

Heavenly Father I lift Lynda up to you in prayer. Lynda is going through a very difficult time in her life now. Her brother has lung cancer and has been told he doesn't have to much longer to live. She has to have surgery August 25th. Lord I ask that you give comfort to Lynda, wrap her in your arms of love. I ask that you guide the surgeons hands and bring her safely through her surgery with no complications. I ask for a speedy recovery as she takes care of her brother and her Lupus Support Group depends on her. I ask that you give comfort to each person in the group when Lynda has her surgery. Heavenly Father I lift up Jeanette to you in prayer. She had kidney cancer 10 yrs ago and they resection the only kidney she had (born with 1) and saved 1/4 of it. Four years ago scar tissue took over and she had to have a transplant and her adopted daughter gave her one of her kidneys. In May she was in the hospital for pneumonia and they found a tumor in her right lung. They operated and took it out (cancer), then they took more MRI's and CAT scans and found another one in her left lung, remnant kidney, pancreas and renal vein. She is scheduled for more MRI's and Cat scans Aug 3rd. Lord I thank you for bringing her through this far. I know that you have been with her every step of the way. Lord I ask that you wrap Jeanette in your arms of love. I ask that when she goes for the MRI's and Cat scans in August that it will show complete healing. I ask that you draw her close to you. Heavenly Father I lift up Sidney to you in prayer. The doctors did not think she would last the night on the 18th of this month. Lord we know that you are with her and we thank you for bringing her through this far. Last night she was taken off the respirator and her body went into some kind of shock. Her little body became stiff and her eyes fixated. The EEG's did not show anything. They think that the drug they have had her on (Thorazine) is causing the problem. Her little heart is deformed, it has way more vessels going to it, which allows for way to much blood to pump into it. Nor does this precious little child have any immune system. The doctors will be doing a MRI on her on Monday morning, if Sidney can make it that far and if she is strong enough. Her mother has been by her side every moment of every day. Lord I lift up this precious child, I ask that you wrap her in your arms of Love. Lord I ask that you give strength to her body. He has had this off and on for a while now, about every three to four months, but never this bad. Heavenly Father I lift up Eddie to you in prayer. The doctor sent him home, couldn't find anything wrong. Wasn't able to run test because his insurance doesn't cover testing. He is not in good shape. The doctors can't do testing that will determine what is wrong with their patients if the HMO says no. Without the test the doctors can't make a diagnosis and give proper treatment. Lord I ask for your divine intervention. I ask that you give divine guidance to the physician that is caring for Eddie. I ask that you cover him with your healing power, you are the great physician. I ask for complete healing. I ask that you place upon the hearts of the health care HMO's to allow proper procedures for Dr's to determine diagnosis and to order test as they see fit. Heavenly Father I lift up my daughter Dorothy to you in prayer. She goes to the dentist Saturday to be checked to make sure a cyst in her mouth hasn't grown. Six months ago the oral surgeon went in to remove it but couldn't get it all because of possibly damaging the nerves and causing numbness to certain areas for the rest of her life. If it grows they will have to admit her into the hospital to do the surgery. Lord I ask that the x ray results will show no sign of the cyst being there. I ask for complete healing. Heavenly Father I lift up Ken Keith to you in prayer. A year ago Ken was diagnosed with inoperable prostate cancer. Soon it spread to his hip. The cancer has now spread to his bones and is virtually all over his body. His PSA level which is normal at 4 is 1047. He is in terrible pain and is at this point unable to get around well by himself. The doctor has suggested radiation treatment. This treatment will help ease the pain and help to restore some movement and possibly slow the growth of the cancer, but will eventually destroy his immune system. The doctor has told him and his family that at this point he probably has twelve to eighteen months to live. Lord I ask that you hold Ken in your arms of love. I ask that you cover him with your healing power. His faith is strong as well the faith of his wife Anne. I pray for a miracle Lord as I know that with you all things are possible. Heavenly Father I lift up Ken Keith to you in prayer. He is not doing well at all. Although at first the radiation was easing some of his pain, the treatments no longer seem to be helping. He is on a morphine patch, but it is not making him completely comfortable. His daughter said that Ken is in a lot of pain and that he has very few good hours now. He is at home and his wife is with him, caring for him as best she can. They have called a hospice service. His suffering is great. Lord I ask that you wrap Ken in your arms of love, I ask for mercy Lord. I ask that you comfort his family and give them strength to face each day. Lord if it is not your will to heal Ken I ask that you take him to Heaven where his suffering will end and he will have life eternal. Be with his family and draw each one close to you. Heavenly Father I lift up Nathaniel to you in prayer. Nathaniel is two and a half years old. He had an ear infection last week and was receiving treatment from his doctor. He developed a fever that kept climbing, he then began to get severe leg pain. They took him to Children's Hospital were they ran a series of tests and discovered a malignant tumor in his legs. They began administering morphine the next day and determined the cancer is in stage/level/category 4. The doctors said that they will try chemotherapy to shrink the tumor. If successful, they will attempt surgery, but this will take several months possibly six months. They say he has less than a 40% chance to survive. This is very difficult for the parents as well as Nathaniel's two sisters, half brother and grand parents. Lord I ask that you wrap this precious child in your Loving arms and cover him with your healing power from above. I ask that you take away any pain that this child has. I thank you for bringing them through their trip safely and providing comfort even though the air conditioner went out in their motel room. Lord I ask that you strengthen Grandma's heart that has been damaged by past heart attacks and surgeries. Heavenly Father I lift up Christina to you in prayer. On Sunday the Doctors were sure her Leukemia had returned. Her liver was enlarged and she turned yellow. She was running a temperature and her blood counts were dropping every time they tested her blood. I praise you Lord, Christina is going to be OK. They ran bone-marrow test yesterday and they are clear. Her liver is clearing up and she is feeling great again. The Doctors are happy however, they have no idea what had happened or why she became so ill. She has finished her long 3 years of treatments. Word is she should return home in a day or two. Father I ask that you wrap this child in your loving arms. I ask that she be free of suffering from leukemia forever. I ask for complete healing. I ask that you give comfort to her Mother. Luis is with the Lord now. He is pain free, all tears are wiped away. He had a beautiful funeral and many got saved. We had Miarachi singers at the grave site. Not much tears were shed. They knew Luis didn't want them to cry for him. It was so awesome. God used his funeral and the last days of his life to help others change. They saw Luis sing his Spanish praises until his death. No sound but his lips were singing with his Spanish Christian music. It was awesome the way Luis reached many without words. He comforted his family even when his eyes were rolled back he still managed to hug them and rub his hands on their backs. He held them in his arms and comforted them instead of them comforting him. He was so special and will always be in my heart and many others. Like I told Luis we shall see you today. In heaven 1 day is 1000 years it won't be long for him. We are the ones that will have to wait. Thanks for all the prayers and encouraging emails. You are so special.

Heavenly Father I lift up Mohammed Omer Haji to you in prayer. He is condemned to die by the Islam government of his country. On July 5th he was told to recant of his Christian faith within 7 days or face the death penalty. This was done by the Tawahi Court in Aden. Mohammed is 27 years old and married with an infant son. He is formerly registered with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees. He has already been detained several times since January and beaten and tortured regularly in order to be persuaded to return to Islam. Lord I thank you for salvation of the Haji family. I ask that you walk with them as they stand firm upon the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and our Savior. Lord I ask that you place a hedge of protection around this family. Heavenly Father I lift up Braedon to you in prayer. He is just a 20-month-old baby boy . A few weeks ago he was taken to the hospital with double pneumonia in both lungs. The next night he was transferred to Greenville Memorial Pediatric Intensive Care Unit in critical condition. He is in a "coma-like" state and on a respirator battling viral pneumonia. Braedon is very weak. He is recognizing voices, as his heart rate goes up when they sing or talk to him. It especially got stronger when his big sister Krista talked with him. The doctor says this is good and this makes him think that Braedon's brain is doing fine. However, the doctors are perplexed by the type of viral pneumonia he is fighting. There is a hole in his lung that may require surgery. Braedon has recently taken a turn for the worse. His blood pressure is extremely high, leading the doctors to think he is having seizures or strokes. He now has 18 chest tubes and lots of scar tissue building in his lungs. The right lung has no healthy tissue at all but at this point he would not survive a lung transplant. He is still on life support and may be on it for a long time. Lord I ask that you wrap this precious little child in your loving arms. I ask that you cover him with your healing power. I ask for divine guidance for all the medical staff caring for Braedon. Lord a miracle is needed and I know that through You all things are possible. Lord I come to you and ask for complete healing. I leave him in your Loving care. Mike is still in ICU and has been taken off the ventilator opting for tracheotomy. The doctors, barring any further complications, believe there is chance for recovery with long term therapy. He is conscious and knows everyone and can answer questions when absolutely necessary. Lord I thank you for bringing Mike through the rough storm that this illness has caused. I ask that you wrap him in your Loving arms and see him through this disease. I know the Dr's say long term therapy but Lord I know with you all things are possible. I come before in faith for complete healing. I ask that you strengthen Mike's body so much so that he will be up and about soon. I ask that you draw him near to you. Heavenly Father I lift up Virginia in prayer. Her daughter called me this morning in tears. Virginia was put in ICU around 3 AM Sunday morning due to fluid build up in her lungs. Her potassium was also very high. She has congestive heart failure and has been on dialysis for quite some time due to kidney failure. I thank you Lord that she is now stabilized and out of ICU. I ask that you strengthen her body that has become very weak due to the many illnesses that she has. I ask that you draw her close to you. Keep her Lord in your Loving care and comfort Margie. You know how much she loves her Mom and she takes such good care of her. Wrap them both in your arms of love. Bring Virginia safely through all of this. I ask for complete healing. She has developed an addiction to prescription drugs and because of this she could not get her medicine. She was just deserted, or as one might say just dumped off elsewhere to live. She is OK as far as food to eat and a place to stay but right now she is feeling very unloved. The only person she feels loved by is Jesus and that is enough because that love surpasses all. Heavenly Father I lift up Michelle to you in prayer. Michelle is 18 years old and has damage to her brain as a result of encephalitis. She was in coma for seven weeks and since she came out, her behavior is completely out of control. The once happy carefree young lady is now unhappy and very unruly. She has went so far as to pull the IV line from a patient's arm. This is very hard for her parents to deal with. Her brother is afraid of her, her father is becoming withdrawn and her mother is completely exhausted. This illness is putting great stress on the family. Lord Michelle needs you, wrap her in your loving arms and restore her back to normal. I ask that she will once again be that happy young lady. I ask that you heal her completely. Heavenly Father I lift up my brother-in-law Hampton to you in prayer. He has melanoma on his right upper inner arm. He had minor surgery last Thursday, the results indicated the cancer had spread. Surgery is scheduled for July 13th to remove the lymph nodes in his right underarm. A skin graft will have to be done as well from the upper thigh area. He has a large tumor on his brain, surgery was done but the entire tumor could not be removed. Chemotherapy was started on him March 28th. to keep the tumor from growing and hitting the brain stem. From him we've learned that Michael underwent another brain scan ordeal on Wednesday 27 Sept 2000, and that the results showed a small but definite reduction in the size of the tumor remaining within his young body. And so, most wonderfully, the medicine is working – both the chemotherapy and the prayers.

She is in a wheel chair from MS. Joyce just found out that she has lung cancer and the Dr's said there is nothing they can do for her. The cancer has spread to her bones as well. Heavenly father I lift Todd up in prayer. He was sitting on his front porch when a drunk driver lost control of his car. The car went over a foot high curb down thru the yard and took out the porch that he was sitting on. The vehicle stopped backed up and took off with Matt stuck to the bottom of the van. He screamed for 600 feet "PLEASE STOP I'M UNDER HERE" when his body finally let go of the van. He was taken to the nearest hospital where they took out his spleen and gave him several pints of blood and was given a very grim out look. His only hope was to be flown to Baltimore where they would be the only ones to save his life...but his doctor refused to send him they didn't want to waste the flight on someone who would be dead in a matter of minutes The trauma nurse begged until the doctors gave in. He's been there since 6-12...barely hanging on. The doctors and nurses have told the family several times to go in and say good bye. He's had 6 major surgeries and is supposed to be going thru reconstructive surgery this week. Lord it's a miracle that he has even made it this far and I know that you are with him. Father I ask for complete healing I pray that he'll leave the hospital praising you for his life. I pray that Todd will be a testimony to Dr's, nurses and loved ones of you Lord and of your healing power. I ask that you draw his family close to you, I ask that you comfort them. Heavenly Father I lift up Christopher in prayer. Christopher is a beautiful two year old boy who has an illness which no doctor can diagnose. At age 18 months the doctors realized that he hadn't grown any, he was still the size of a six month old baby. They called this "Bone Age. "Bone Age refers to the test done to determine the child's age as compared to the normal bone density. His mother was told by doctors that his bones probably wouldn't grow, but his organs would, and this could cause an early death. The doctors have said that Christopher has grown 2 1/4 inches sin. Father I ask that you wrap this precious little one in your loving arms. Lord I ask for complete healing. I ask that the next test done on Christopher will show that his bones are growing, that your healing power surpasses all medical knowledge. You are the great physician and I ask for a miracle.
