Heavenly Father I lift up Tyler Warren to you in prayer. He is seventeen years old
and he is fighting for his life. He recently had a heart transplant and he is struggling
with a variety of problems brought on by the powerful anti-rejection drugs he is taking.
Lord I ask that you wrap Tyler in your arms of love. I ask that you give comfort to him
and remove any pain and discomfort that he may be having. I come before your Heavenly
Throne on Tyler's behalf believing that through you all things are possible and I ask for
miraculous healing. I ask that the heart that has been placed in Tyler function normally
and give him many years of life. I ask that he be a testimony to his doctor, medical
staff, family, friends and strangers of your healing power and of the power of prayer. I

Update 7/16/01
Dear Charlotte, Tyler continues to battle the virus which came with the heart. His
white blood cell count is very low. On top of this the results of his recent biopsy of the
heart (they do this every Tues.) showed he is in rejection once again. He is also
depressed with having to deal with the vast amount of drugs he must take, and the pain he
endures with this virus (it effects his stomach with nausea and pain). So if you can
please continue your prayers for him and his parents it would be greatly appreciated.

Update 10/19/01
Dear Charlotte, Tyler Warren has made it to his ten month
transplant anniversary. He continues to have problems fighting the virus that came
with the heart and several bouts with rejection. The heart itself is pretty weak now
with damage from the rejections. He attempted to return to high school, but felt ill
so had to drop out once again. His parents are in the process of setting up a
distance learning program so he may work at home toward graduation next June. The
family has suffered other set backs as well with Gil (father) being let go from his job
due to down sizing, he has since gotten another job but is starting from the bottom once
again. Tyler's mother suffers from depression (gee I wonder why?) and has also been
diagnosed as a multiple personality. So we continue to pray for all of them.
We, the rest of the family, wish we could help them in some way and take away the
pain, hurt, distress, depression, worries, and financial problems (medications for Tyler
run over $300 a week), but we can't. Please have your prayer warriors continue to
pray as Tyler's family does not have much faith in the Lord and pray that someone will
come into their lives to lead them to the Lord. Thank you for your interest and most

Update 2/8
Tyler Warren continues to have major rejection
issues with this heart. He has some wonderful doctors who are very concerned and are in
constant contact. He is home and still receiving drugs through IV's by his mother. The
other major problem in this family's life is that Tyler's father was let go from his job
and is having great difficulty finding employment elsewhere. With the depressed
economy there is so much downsizing that there really is not a lot of options for males
over the age of fifty. Because of this Tyler's father is depressed and feeling like
a failure and there is friction in the marriage as his mother feels the father isn't doing
enough. Meanwhile the health insurance will run out the end of this month. So
that is the update, continuing problems of health and employment for this
family. Please continue to pray that the Lord might lighten their load and give them

Update 4/22/02
Tuesday the 23rd Tyler will be getting biopsy # 25. We go in around 6:00 AM and the
biopsy will be at 8:00 AM. Tyler is not thrilled but they have finally come up with
a mixture for sedating him. Valium and Benedryl. He has gotten tired of hearing them
discuss his heart condition while in the cath lab and this has seemed to help. Although we
probably will not get Doctor Pitlick, who we trust and actually enjoy, since he is
retiring. There is I heard, a new doctor on the scene. He is from Boston Children's.
He is apparently a pro in the cath lab. Hard to change over to someone else, but we
will adapt. Tyler has again changed his mind about moving south to Santa Barbara for
junior college. He is now staying local. He feels too, having at least a year of no
problems with his heart would be a better time to leave. I agree with him 100%.
Well, also for Tyler we will be back at Stanford on the 24th because he is having a full
CT scan to block out where the radiation treatment he will be receiving in the weeks to
follow. He will have radiation three to four times a week for five to six weeks. It should
really wipe him out. I worry but the doctors want to kill his t-cells and help him from
going into a major rejection like he did in January, where we actually almost lost him. We
are trying to follow all the recommendations. I have researched it and I think we will be
OK. I have talked to a neurologist and geneticist and they don't see any adverse
reactions to his muscle disease. Although they also said they have no data that radiation
had even been done to a kid with muscular dystrophy. So we hope all goes well. The

Dear Charlotte: I saw my oncologist Thursday and he
is going to give me a different chemo this coming Thursday Aug. 2, 2001, Taxol. I
will take it one time each week. Please pray for me, the doctor said the cancer has

Heavenly Father I lift up Delaney
to you in prayer. She is eight months old, last Thursday she pulled a deep fryer of hot
grease onto her body. Her mother Deena was also burned when she pulled Delaney from her
walker. Delaney was air lifted to a burn center in Dallas. She has 40% burns on the trunk
of her body. She is scheduled to have at least three fingers on one of her hands amputated
and skin grafts will be taken from her parents to repair her burned little body. Her
condition is critical and her lungs have filled with fluid. The doctors are not sure if
she will pull through or not, the next two or three days will tell if there is any
improvement. Lord I ask that you wrap this precious child in your arms of love. Only a
baby, oh what this child must be going through. Dear Lord, I ask that you remove any pain
and discomfort that she may be having. I ask that you remove the fluid from her lungs and
restore them to normal. I ask that you guide the surgeons hands and bring her safely
through free from complications and completely healed. I ask that the skin grafts be a
success and that you cover her parents with your healing power and keep them free of any
complications. I come before your Heavenly Throne on behalf of this little child believing
that through you all things are possible and I ask for miraculous healing. I ask that she

Miller to you in prayer. He and his girlfriend Jennifer were planning to get married
but he lost his temper with her and she took their daughter Destiny and left him. Brian
now has a restraining order placed against him. Lord I ask that you draw Brian close to
you. I ask that you place him in the path of someone who can administer proper counseling
to help him control his anger. I ask that you place a desire in his heart to know
You. I ask that you place Christians in his path to share the Good News of Christ with

Heavenly Father I lift up Jacob to you in prayer.
Jacob is one years old, he is scheduled to have a cyst removed from his head. A biopsy
will be done to make sure the growth is benign. Lord I ask that you wrap this precious
child in your arms of love. I ask that you guide the surgeons hands as he removes the cyst
from Jacob's head. I ask that you bring him through free from complications and completely
healed. I ask that a GOOD REPORT be given to his loved ones. I ask for a speedy recovery.
I ask that you remove any fear that his Mamaw and Mother may be having and replace it with
peace and calmness in knowing that you are there with them. I ask in the name of Jesus.

PRAISE GOD.......JACOB CAME THROUGH LIKE A LITTLE MAN. THE CYST WAS INFECTED AND
WILL KNOW THE RESULTS IN TWO WEEKS OR SOONER. GOD IS SO GOOD AND I GIVE HIM ALL THE
PRAISE! TALKED TO MY DAUGHTER TONIGHT AND OF COURSE I TALKED TO JACOB AND YOU WOULDN'T
BELIEVE THAT HE HAD ANYTHING WRONG WITH HIM, SAME OLD SELF......THANK-YOU FOR ALL YOUR

Update 7/16/01
My grandson Jacob is
running high fever again and not sure what is wrong...Richelle feels that God is punishing
her for something she has done in the past. She feels that she is not a good mother. I
told her it was Satan attacking her and she needs to stand firm in the Lord.....She is so
stressed and weak, up all night with the baby. Please keep her and the rest of the family

forty's and has been diagnosed with stage three ovarian cancer. She had surgery and
they removed as much as they could, she is now being treated with chemotherapy. When the
chemo is finished she will have surgery to see if they can remove any more of the fast
spreading cancer. Lord I ask that you wrap Annette in your arms of love. I ask that you
draw her close to you. I ask that you remove any pain and discomfort that she may be

Charlotte, I am sorry I haven't updated. Annette is still holding her own.
Which is God's miracle. She is on hospice now , so I don't know how long it will
be. Only God does, but she is a Christian, and I pray for her just to have relief
from the pain and the pain of this world until she goes home, and for the wonderful
Christian man she will be leaving behind for a time, but only for a time. God Bless,

Heavenly Father I lift up my cousin Darrell
to you in prayer. I don't have to tell you how sick he's been over a long period of time.
His heart has been bad for years, last year his leg was amputated and his sister Glenna
went to be with you. All of this has taken it's toll on him. As I spoke with him tonight
we reminisced about old times and our family and I just felt so sad for him. He sounds so
weak and tired. Lord I ask that you draw Darrell close to you. I ask that you remove any
pain and discomfort that he may be having. Lord as he and I spoke tonight, we both stood
in agreement that we believe that through you all things are possible. I come before your
Heavenly Throne on behalf of Darrell and I ask for miraculous healing. I ask that you

Darrell continues having a lot of problems with his heart. He has been in and out of the
hospital. All that can be done for him has been done by the doctors. We leave him in the
care of Doctor Jesus because we know that through Him all things are possible. Please

Heavenly Father I lift up Charles
to you in prayer. He and his wife are no longer living together due to a lot of difficulty
in their marriage. Insecurity, anger, control, fear and jealously have played a role in
the destruction of their unity. Lord I ask that you wrap this couple in your arms of love.
I ask that you draw them close to you. I don't know the full circumstances that caused
this marriage to fall apart, therefore I place them in your care. I do know that
insecurity, anger, control, fear and jealously have certainly hindered their happiness.
Lord I ask that you take control of this marriage and bring this family back together. I
ask that you remove any obstacles that stand in the way. I ask that you provide
Christian Counseling for Charles and his wife, that they may find help through your word.

Meningitis. She has been in the hospital for four days now. The doctor feels that she may
be released in a few days if everything goes OK. They will be doing another spinal tap

Please pray for my great niece Tabatha age 13, she is in a hospital in
Virginia with viral spinal meningitis. Pray also for my sister Dorothy she is in the

Update 6/23/01
My sister Dorothy and niece Tabatha
were both released from the hospital yesterday. Tabatha's parents will stay in Virginia
until Sunday so she can get some of her strength back. Please pray for a safe trip back to
their home in Ohio. My sister sounded very weak and tired yesterday, she is still waiting
for the results of her cat-scan to determine if what they saw on the last scan is a tumor

Heavenly Father I lift up for Ed
Hawkins to you in prayer. He was scheduled for removal of cancerous tumors from his
liver quite a few months ago. He became afraid, left the hospital and went home. Cancer
has spread to his spine and ribs. He is in a lot of pain and he is unsure of his salvation
He has no family and he is legally blind. The doctors said there is nothing more they can
do for him. Lord I ask that you wrap Ed in your arms of love. I ask that you draw him
close to you. I ask that you cover him with your healing power from above. I ask that you
remove any pain and discomfort that he may be feeling. All that can be done medically for
him has been done, therefore I come before your heavenly Throne on Ed's behalf and I ask
for miraculous healing. I ask that you remove all cancer from his body and I ask that you
restore his vision. I ask that he be a testimony to the doctors, family, friends and
strangers of your healing power and of the power of prayer. Lord just as you gave sight to
the blind, speech to the mute, hearing to the deaf, movement to the lame, raised the dead,
drove out demons, turned water to wine and performed many other miracles, I ask that you

fear and replace it with peace and calmness. Concerning his doubt about his salvation,
Lord only you know his heart. If he has ask forgiveness of his sins and accepted Jesus as

Selah to you in prayer. These children are missing from a Christian Campus that houses
students, missionaries and others in ministry located in California. It appears that
someone lured them out of a window some time last night or in the early morning hours.
Lord I ask that you wrap these precious children in your arms of love. I ask that you
place a hedge of protection around them and keep them safe from harm. If someone has
kidnapped these children I ask that you provide a way for them to escape. I ask that they
be led to safety by YOUR MIGHTY HAND. If they have wandered away, I ask that they be found
safe and unharmed. I ask that you give comfort to their mother and brother during this
difficult time. I ask that you draw them close to you. I ask that Kaleb and Selah be
returned to their care unharmed. I ask in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Heavenly Father I lift up Julie
to you in prayer. Julie married a young man that isn't a committed Christian. They
recently had a son named Nathan. He is developing well, but he has had colic for about
three months. He cries a lot and her husband screams and gets very angry. He is verbally
abusive with Julie and is threatening to harm her and possibly the baby. Lord I ask that
you wrap Julie and Nathan in your arms of love. I ask that you place a hedge of protection
around them and keep them safe from harm. I ask that you open Julie's husband's eyes
to see the harm that his anger is causing his wife and son and place a desire in him to
seek counseling for his abusive ways. I ask that you place him in the path of a Christian
Counselor who is well equipped with your word in helping him to overcome his anger. I ask
that you place a desire in his heart to draw close to you. I ask that you place an
overwhelming guilt upon him so strong that he will fall to his knees and cry out to you
for help. Guilt so strong that he will have a desire to be a good father and husband. Lord
your word says that you are the potter and we are the clay. I ask that you mold Julie's
husband and shape him into the father and husband that he is meant to be. I ask that you
cover little Nathan with your healing power from above. I ask that you remove any pain and
discomfort from his little body and heal him from colic. I ask for the Holy Spirit to move

Julie and her husband are doing some better. Her husband, Adrain hasn't surrendered
to the Lord yet. This continues to cause conflict and turmoil. I continue to
believe that the Lord will answer my prayer. The answer is on its way, it just
hasn't gotten here yet. Thank you so much for your earnest prayers.

a single mother. She is in critical condition due to complications from intense
chemotherapy. She has acquired a deadly viral infection which has given her pneumonia, she
has bleeding in her lungs, her kidneys have shut down, and her liver is in bad shape. Her
body organs are shutting down. The prognosis is bad. Lord I ask that you warp Kathi in
your arms of love. I ask that you draw her close to you. I ask that you cover her with
your healing power from above. All that can be done for her here medically has been done.

to you in prayer. She has been diagnosed with fibroid tumors. The tumors are causing a lot
of pain and complications. She has also been diagnosed with Hepatitis C. Lord I ask that
you wrap Karen in your arms of love. I ask that you draw her close to you. I ask that you
place her in care a surgeon who will be able to remove the fibroids without having to
perform a complete hysterectomy. I ask that you cover her with your healing power from
above. If healing of the fibroids is to come through the hands of a surgeon I ask that you
bring her through safely free from complications and completely healed. There is no cure
for Hepatitis C, therefore I come before your Heavenly Throne on behalf of Karen believing
that through you all things are possible, I ask that you heal her completely from this

I spoke with and prayed with Elva
today. She will begin radiation treatments soon. Her
doctor said at least four weeks or more. She has to go every day except for the week-ends.
No cancer was found but the doctor said a follow up of radiation was needed to be on the

Elva was anointed and prayed over Sunday by

I spoke with Elva
this morning, surgery to remove the breast calcification was done on Friday. She came
through it very well, pain free, didn't have so much as a tylenol Praise the Lord. Biopsy

adrenaline gland attached to her right kidney. The incision is not healing as it should
be, it's a possibility that this problem is due to her being a diabetic. She is scheduled
to have another Cat-Scan to make sure that the other adrenaline gland is doing okay and to
find out if any more tumors are present. So far two tumors have been removed. Lord I

Dad is on his power pack cemo he wears 24/7
and radiation everyday since July 9. He has 6 weeks of it and then he has to go
thru 4 weeks of nothing. Then we shall see that if the Cancer died if not then it

to you in prayer. She fell off of her brother's concrete steps a few weeks back and
skinned up both of her knees. She thought that they were healing fine, but has now
discovered that the left knee has pus oozing from it. She wouldn't be too concerned if she
wasn't a diabetic. She has been told that there is a possibility that this infection may
not heal and could cause a lot of problems. Lord I ask that you wrap Helen in your arms of

that she may be having. I know that her being a diabetic could cause a lot of

Hi Charlotte,
I have not talked to Barry since he had his surgery. He did have 60% of his liver
removed, his spleen, and his gall bladder. This is what his wife, Sandra has told
me, I talked to her the day after he got home from the hospital. She feels they
discharged him too soon. She had asked me if I wanted to talk to him, but I told her
no, I would call back when he felt better and a little stronger. I know the last
thing he wanted to do was talk on the phone. I'm giving him a few weeks to recover
somewhat, and then I will call and speak to him. After I speak with him, I will put out an

NOW. HE SAYS THE DOCTORS SAID HE HAS THREE TO FOUR YEARS TO LIVE. HIS ATTITUDE
SEEMS GOOD AND HE IS ON DISABILITY NOW. HE IS ONLY FORTY-SEVEN YEARS OLD AND SAYS HE
IS NOT READY TO DIE YET. PLEASE KEEP HIM UPLIFTED IN YOUR PRAYERS. HE IS LUCKY HE
HAS SURVIVED THIS LONG...............HE LOST HIS OLDER BROTHER TO CANCER AND HIS BROTHER

Hi Barry is holding his own right now.........he is
permanently on disability and just works around his home. He has to take shots every
day......the doctors give him a life span of 5 or 6 years........so all we can do is keep
him uplifted in our prayers. His frame of mind is basically good except he has his
bouts of depression when he has to take his shots.......but over all i think Barry is
handling everything remarkably well for all he is going through.........one thing
though......he did get saved!!! :0)

Barry is living on faith.........the doctors said he should already be
dead and gave up on him a while ago........he took one chemo treatment
and said forget it because it made him so sick. His liver is full of
cancer and he is on all kinds of meds for pain. He went to Brazil not
long ago, to see a doctor over there that is known for miracle cures.
He charges no money and prays over you and has been known to treat
others of cancer. Barry is going back there to see him again in a few
weeks. He has a very good attitude and is very, very positive and says
he is going to be the miracle man and beat the cancer. He has been saved
and baptized and devoted his life for the Lord. He says he will be the
Lords walking testimony. So all in all........he is doing very well
with the exception of still having the cancer very bad.

My
cousin Barry, in Tennessee is still with us, but the doctors have told
him they can do nothing more for him, and he is home. He told me at
Christmas the doctors told him he should be dead by now but he is still
hanging in and he did get saved and gave his life to Jesus. Praise The
Lord!! The cancer is all through his liver now. So keep him in prayer,
he has a very good outlook for someone dying. If I could trade my life
for his, I would.

Many thanks to you
and all the others that are praying for Jerry. Tonight he was admitted to the
hospital. He had to go to critical care as the sodium in his body was so low. I do
not know how they will remedy this, but God has the answers and I believe with all my

mother and daughter to You in prayer. No need to mention their names because You
already know who they are. The daughter is involved in a court battle for her son and has
won the first round. She has been a terrible mother and has fallen away from You. Her
mother has been in prayer for the past seven years for her daughter to stop lying,
stealing, and committing fornication which her mother states are the mild ones. The
daughter's lifestyle has interrupted the mother's walk with You, even to the point of
causing her to doubt as to weather You hear her. She is becoming very frustrated with her
daughter. Her daughter will not listen to either her mother nor the Pastor. She used to be
full of the Holy Spirit and loved to go to Church, now she is living in sin and makes up
excuses not to attend. Lord I ask that You wrap this mother in Your arms of love. I ask
that You draw her close to You. I ask that You restore her faith and let her feel Your
comforting presence. Lord I know that she or her Pastor cannot make her daughter come back

Avallone to you in prayer. Joe had to be admitted to the hospital due to problems with
his heart. Test showed no clogging in the valves. The doctors will be placing him on
medication to try and eradicate whatever the problem is with his heart. Lord I ask that

to light even when she is inside her home. She has a prayer ministry to take care of as
well as a web site and it is very hard for her to write and read properly with her eyes in
this condition. She is scheduled to see a doctor. Lord I ask that you wrap Melody in our

Thanks for the prayer-your prayers were
answered and mine too. The doctor believes I have an allergy and put me on eye drops. She
said they should feel better in a week. I asked if it could be from the eye drops I had,
but she thought my eyes would be red and swollen, but I am not ruling it out as that is
when the irritation started. The swelling behind the eye however is not from an allergy
but she does not believe it is macular deterioration either, she thinks he just threw that
out there. So hoping I will be back to my prayer ministry in a week, wow that will be a
big praise for me if the eye drops work. Thanks for the prayers, pray the eye drops do the

on the brain. She will be going into the hospital on Monday, June 11th. She is scheduled
for surgery Monday morning to have the tumors removed. As it stands, the doctors do not
know if the tumors are cancerous or not. She has had cancer in the past, in other parts of
her body, and was able to defeat the disease. Thank you Lord for bringing her
through! If it is cancer, she says she will not undergo chemotherapy and radiation
treatments like her father did, only to watch him die anyway. Lord I ask that you wrap

Hello everyone, and thanks for your support. It's been a
long ride sitting on the back of a motorcycle! We were called to an old Baptist church
(very good church by the way) to help them in their faith, helped them a lot to overcome
prejudice and fear of odd looking people. Because it is an old established
church most of the people there still have a few hang ups on
other "kinds" of people, and would usually look at us (bikers) as devil
spawns. The testimony was simply to say that God saves all kinds of people in all
kinds of places in life, and all of the bikers in our group were saved by the grace of
God. It was great. After our testimony many came and ask questions and said
they would pray for our ministry, and said that perhaps they would start talking to
others about God. The people stay mostly to themselves, they don't mix with people of the
world or try to reach out to the unsaved with the Gospel. Through our ministry they saw
that reaching out can really touch people of all walks in life. Later in the afternoon as
we were at the president's house, one of the members of this church, didn't come to church
that morning, and neither did his family. They got a call from the Pastor right after the
morning celebration and testimony. The family has received word from the Police that
they had found that member's car on the Mercier Bridge, He threw himself off the bridge
and died on the rocks way down below, He left a note in the car. Apparently he had
financial problems (no one knew about it) he was a well known member of the
church, very devoted and giving etc. Our hearts were broken ... now as we lift his
wife and two children up to the Lord in prayer , we ask that you keep them in prayer also.
Dearest Christian family, if you or anyone you know has any problems financially or
otherwise PLEASE SPEAK OUT and don't keep it to yourselves. If one doesn't seek help, the
enemy prowls around like a roaring lion and leads that person to suicide, believing that
there is no other way out. Please talk to someone and don't be afraid to ask for help.

to you in prayer. She had surgery to have her lung removed as a result of having cancer.
The family was very upset with the results, unfortunately, the doctor informed them that
the cancer had spread to Sharon's chest lymph nodes. She awoke from her surgery knowing
that they were not able to remove her lung. She has a terrific outlook on all of
this. Her next step will be to get involved with a clinical trial and a new cancer drug
that is being researched for her type of cancer. Lord I ask that you wrap Sharon in your

to you in prayer, she is in the hospital with Congestive Heart Failure. She has had two
open heart surgeries in the past four years, the last one consisted of replacement of the
Mitral Valve, the Aortic Valve, and repair of the Tricuspid Valve. Now they are wanting to
do surgery again to put a second lead on her pace maker to pace both chambers of the
heart. They tried this procedure back in Jan. without doing surgery, and was unsuccessful,
they nearly lost her. Thank you Lord for bringing her through. The surgery they are
wanting to do now will be similar to open heart surgery, so that they can place this
second lead right where it needs to be. Lord I ask that you wrap Linda in your arms of
love. I ask that you draw her close to you. If she has any fear I ask that you replace it

to you in prayer. Sarah is fourteen years old, and was found with Crystal Meth in her
room. The police came to her house, found it and let her go with a warning. Her
friend Christina is very concerned about her drug use and wants to help her but nothing
she says seems to help. Sarah has told Christina that she is going to quit, she wants
to believe this but Sarah has said this many times before. Christina has also witnessed
bruises and marks on Sarah that last for weeks, Sarah claims that her parents are hitting
her. Lord I ask that you wrap Sarah in your arms of love. I ask that you draw her close to
you. I ask that you place a hedge of protection around her and keep her from harm. If
anyone is doing harm to her I ask that it be revealed and brought out into the open. I ask
that you place a desire in Sarah's heart to seek comfort in you when things start going

her heart to turn from her addiction and I ask that you give her the strength to overcome.

Thank you so much for praying with me and for my friend Sarah! I'm so sorry that it
took me so long to write you back, but I have been so busy. That letter touched my
heart so much. At times I just don't know what to do. Because when it seems
like there is no one that cares or even wants to care you get a letter from someone and
you read it and it melts your heart!!! That letter did exactly that...I was so
touched by that letter. I haven't been able to share it with her yet, but I'm hoping
I can sit her down and show her the love that God has for her, and that people really do
care about her. Whether they know her or not, she is still loved. I thank you
so much for prayer for her salvation, and I know that God is working I can tell he is....I
can feel it. But now there is a bigger prayer that I need to ask of you to pray
for....Sarah is pregnant. And he is only 14. She won't tell her Mom and she
doesn't want to until she starts to really show. I'm so afraid that her mother will make
her have an abortion. And she doesn't want to, but my biggest concern is for Sarah
and the baby. She is only 14 and having a baby. She is going to keep this
baby, but she has no way of supporting this baby. I'm willing to do anything for this baby
and for Sarah. Even though we have had our rough times, I just can't leave her now.
She's in a time where she needs someone to be there no matter what, and that's what I'm
going to do, be there for. Well, I'm asking you to pray for her tonight, because
right now she is in jail in is pregnant and she is scared out of her mind. I know God has
his hands on her and is protecting her I just wish she could realize that. Thank you

Good evening Charlotte I am very sorry for not replying sooner, I was in Texas
with my sister. She had her baby, so I was down there visiting, and I didn't have a
computer to talk on, but I will update you on what is going on with Sarah. As of
right now, I have not talked with her for about a month, so I'm not exactly sure what is
going on with her, but as far as what she has told me, she has stopped doing drugs, and is
getting her act together, but there is only one reason why she has stopped doing drugs,
she's pregnant now, and she has realized that she doesn't want to kill her baby. That's
all I know as of right now, but it doesn't seem to be going good for her. She still
refuses to except Christ, and start going to church. I just don't know what to do
anymore. I've done all I can do, but I just wish there was more that I could do. I
see her going down the wrong path and I just want to knock some sense into her and point
her to the right direction, but I know that won't happen... Sorry didn't mean to say
that,....well, I know that won't work, all I can do is know that she is in God's hands,
and know that He is working with her. I trust in God, and I know that He is working
in her, but its just so hard to sit back and not do anything. Well, I have to unpack

Henry to you in prayer. Their marriage is on the brink of divorce, they are in a lot
of debt and Brandi's car has been repossessed. Brandi can't go to work because she
has no one to care for her son and can't place him in day care because of the debt owed to
them already. They will not take him until the money owed to them has been paid in full.
All of the turmoil that has entered into their lives is causing a great deal of stress for
Brandi and she is becoming depressed. She is always sad and crying and she and Henry argue
a lot. They have two small children who have to endure all of their unhappiness. Lord I
ask that you wrap Brandi and Henry in your arms of love. I ask that you draw them close to
you. I ask that you make provisions for them financially to meet their needs. I ask that
you remove depression and sadness from Brandi and replace it with peace in knowing that

to you in prayer. She is having a lot of marital problems and after speaking to the
doctor, counselor etc. a decision has been made concerning her marriage. The doctor
pointed out to her that she is not only having anxiety attacks because of the stress in
her life but also finds Maria to be suffering from depression. Her decision is to separate
from her husband until her health improves. Some of her problems stem from her husband
telling her that he doesn't love her any more as a wife, that he loves her only as a
friend. He has also made comments to her that he thinks that she is crazy. The reason that
he tells her she is crazy is because of her Christianity. Maria also has children and she
loves them dearly. Lord I ask that you wrap Maria in your arms of love. I ask that you
draw her close to you. I ask that you remove the anxiety and depression from her life and
replace it with joy and happiness. I ask that you give her wisdom as to the decisions she
makes concerning her marriage. I ask that your will be done in her life and not hers. Your
word says, a wife must not separate from her husband, but if she does she must remain
unmarried or else be reconciled to her husband. If a woman has a husband who is not a
believer and he is willing to live with her, she must not divorce him. If the unbeliever
leaves, let him do so. A believing man or woman is not bound in such circumstances. Lord I

Heavenly Father I lift up Yehuda
Chaim to you in prayer. This precious child is only five months-old and she was
critically wounded last night in a Palestinian rock throwing attack. Arabs threw rocks at
Benny Shoham's family car as it drove north of Shilo, in the Shomron. Yehuda was hit by a
rock while seated in a back-seat baby chair. She is in a coma and has not regained
consciousness. She is being treated at Hadassah Hospital in southern Jerusalem. This
precious child is only five months old and she is an innocent victim in a war that has

"Hopeless". Physicians assigned to care for Yehuda Haim Shoham, the
5½-month-old infant very critically wounded last week in an Arab stone-throwing attack,
explained the infant's condition continues to deteriorate. When Prime Minister Ariel
Sharon came to visit the infant and his parents in Jerusalem's Hadassah Hospital in Ein
Kerem on Sunday, senior physicians told him that the infant's case was hopeless as a
result of the serious brain injury sustained in the attack. Doctors told the prime
minister that from a medical point of view it was a matter of time until the condition of
the infant continues to deteriorate, adding the parents are Observant Jews who have not

Heavenly Father I lift up Carla
Stein and her family to you in prayer. On Wednesday, May 30th.
she and her son Louie were brutally attacked by an intruder. The
intruder entered her home and viciously attacked them while her husband
was at the store. She was seriously injured and is in guarded
condition. The attacker used an ice pick and stabbed her thirty times,
and also stabbed her eye out. Louie was also attacked and he survived.
The intruder has not been apprehended. This family is under a lot of
mental and emotional stress from all that has taken place. Lord I ask
that you wrap Carla and Louie in your arms of love. I ask that you draw
them close to you. I ask that you heal them completely of all injuries
sustained in the attack. I ask that you heal them emotionally, mentally
and physically. I ask that you give comfort to Carla's husband Jeff. I
ask that you draw him close to you. I pray that he will seek comfort in

Heavenly Father I lift up Mary
to you in prayer. She has an ulcer and it is bleeding very bad. The doctor has her on
medication and draws blood every day to see how much she is losing. There is a possibility
that she may have to have a transfusion. Lord I ask that you wrap Mary in your arms of
love. I ask that you draw her close to you. I ask that the medication work to stop the
bleeding so a transfusion will not be necessary. I ask that you cover her with your

Heavenly Father I lift up Rick, Linda and their
children to you in prayer. They were in a car accident last night. Their two
children were sent home today with their grandfather, their daughter has a broken leg and
their son has a fractured arm. Linda has a collapsed lung and a concussion. They think she
will be released in a couple of days. Rick has two broken legs, both hips are broken, his
pelvis bone is broken, he has chest injuries, broken ribs and vertebra and his tongue was
cut in half all the way down. He was scheduled for surgery this morning to stabilize his
pelvis and hips. The nurse said he's in for a long haul as far as the healing process
goes. Lord I ask that you wrap this family in your arms of love. I ask that you draw
each one close to you. I ask that you cover each one with your healing power from above. I
ask that you heal the daughter and son of all injuries and give them a speedy recovery. I
ask that you restore Linda's lung to it's normal condition. I ask that no complications

"I just wanted to let you all know that my
brother had surgery yesterday, they put screws and pins in his hips to stabilize them also
they wired his jaw shut as he broke his jaw in three places. The surgery went well and I
heard today that he was giving the nurses orders so he's on the mend! He's in ICU today
but will placed in a room next door to his wife, she is doing better." Please keep

Rick was released from the Hospital two weeks
ago and is recovering really well. God is healing him and I pray that he knows that. His
wife Linda is having a little trouble with her lung still but all are at home. Rick said
last week he was able to walk around his pool without the walker and he was able to climb
up into his jeep and drove to his neighbors. He also took his Harley out of the garage and
cleaned it up with his buddy from the fire department (Rick's a fireman} His goal this
week is to get on his Harley and ride it. He plans on being back to work in a month on
light duty and in two months full duty. I have to admit he has a lot of courage and
strength and I know God is with Him. Thanks for asking God is breaking down barriers
between us and that's good. I m thankful to the Lord for giving my brother his life back

Hi, I just got back from Phoenix today, I went to Tommy Barnetts Pastors & Leadership
Conference and it was awesome. I saw my brother Rick, his wife Linda and the children,
they are doing great. God is wonderful in taking care of them and healing them. You would
never know they were in such a horrible car accident. My brother Rick is back at the Fire
Department working. He says his lower back still hurts him but other than that he feels
great. He looks good, walks normally and everything. He gives God the glory for
taking care of him and healing him. He said that he and Linda are talking about going to
Tommy Barnetts church so I praise the Lord for that. Thank you for asking about my

Heavenly Father I lift up Caleb Daniel
Pierce to you in prayer. Caleb is just six weeks old and he is very sick. The
doctors have not been able to find out what is wrong. He has had a temperature of 102 and
since Wednesday, Aug 1, 2000, he screams when he moves and his appetite is not good. The
doctors have done several test on him but as of today, they do not know what is
wrong. Right now they are just giving him shots for a viral infection. Lord I ask
that you wrap this precious child in your arms of love. I ask that you cover him with your

The mother is scheduled to have some test done to see if this suspicion is true. Lord I

Joe was in a terrible wreck June 1st. He is in the Intensive Care Unit in a comatose
state. The doctor said if he comes out of coma he will have to learn to do everything
again. His wife Jennifer is pregnant and she is considered a high risk pregnancy. Lord I
ask that you wrap Joe in your arms of love. I ask that your comforting presence be felt by

Update 6/20/01
Joe is going to have 3 vertebrates in his
neck fused today. They had first thought they might remove his breathing tube, but have
decided to wait a week. Joe had a dislocated hip, they thought it might be broke, it is
now back in place. He does have a tiny bit of bone chipped off, if he has trouble
with it they will deal with that later. Jennifer, Joe's wife, is holding up,
with the help and prayers of her friends and family. She will be staying at the
hospital tonight to be with Joe. Jennifer is due the first of Aug. Please continue

Joe is awake. He is going to get the halo off his head on Mon. He is having
trouble with his stomach. They are trying to feed him through a tube in his stomach, but
it is not going through. They have put him back on an IV. He is weak and
losing weight. They are trying to get him to mouth words. He still needs lots
of prayers. Jennifer will probably have their baby next week. Pray that all will go
well, and that the baby be able to go see Joe the next day with Jennifer. She wants
Joe to be the first to know, other than her immediate family.

7/24/01 Update
Jennifer had her baby Sunday at 11:00
AM. She took Joseph Jr. to see his dad at his hospital at 6:00 PM that same
day. We are thankful that she and the baby are doing well. The nurses gave
her a calling card so she could talk to Joe while having the baby. They took the halo off
of Joe, but have had to put the breathing and stomach tubes back in. He is in need of
many prayers. Please pray that GOD would work a miracle and heal him. I pray that the
nerves will heal and that his stomach will start working. The doctors have said that
he has a "Christopher Reeves" type injury. Please pray that the family will have

and her family to you in prayer. Carolyn is a single Mom with older children,
Robert and Crystal. She is employed at a warehouse and her job is very slow, her hours
have been cut back as a result. Her energy level is down and she is not in good health.
Crystal was laid off from her job and has no driver's license. Robert is trying to get his
GED because he is trying to get into the Marines. They are all living in a two bedroom
apartment and they don't have a lot of money coming in. It has been a constant struggle
for Carolyn to pay the bills and make ends meet. Lord I ask that you wrap this family in
your arms of love. Carolyn's children are grown and need to stand on their own two feet
because she cannot support the household on her pay, especially now that her hours have
been reduced. I ask that you give Robert the wisdom to pass his GED test so he can go into
the Marines. I ask that you place a desire in his heart to learn a trade while he is
there. I ask that a good job be provided for Crystal and that she be supplied a way back

to you in prayer. She has been feeling extremely run down and totally exhausted over the
last six to ten months. She was diagnosed with anemia, more test results have came
back and the doctor told her they suspect "colon cancer". Lord I ask that

Sorry I haven't written back to anyone..been busy
traveling to be with my son and now he is back here in Washington with us. The Lord heard
all of the prayers that went up for him and our son is now doing well..his seizures are
diminishing to a point of not having any. He is only taking Paxol now and even the
doctor here said he may not have to do so for much longer. A lot of his problems were from
medication reactions and stress in his marriage. The Lord continues to restore his health
as well as his mind. Truly "no weapon formed against our son, prospered! Praise the
LORD!! Thank you for the prayers and the love and concern you showed during our times of
crisis. May the Lord Bless you and Keep you and may He let His glory shine upon you! In

sixty-five years old and has been diagnosed with diabetes and congestive heart failure.
She is in the hospital, in the Intensive Care Unit and her condition is listed as
Critical. Her son Mark died in January at the age of forty-four and she has had a hard
time dealing with his death, his death has resulted in a lot of emotional pain for her.
Joyce is concerned about her sister and her family as they need to turn from their sinful
ways and change their way of living. Her brother Ronnie is a very spirit filled Christian
who tries to carry the world on his shoulders when it comes to sickness. She and Ronnie
are the only two in the family that have accepted Jesus as their Lord and their Savior.
Salvation has caused a barrier between them and their family, because their family has yet
to experience your wonderful love for them. Lord I ask that you wrap Jane in your arms of

Thanks to all who have
been lifting my mother and our family up in your prayers. I am sorry to say that surgery
is necessary but I am glad to say that my family are drawing together and that my Mother
Has the peace of the Lord all over her. I am so glad to be able to tell her also that she
is being lifted up all over the states. Her surgery has been scheduled for Monday, time
unknown. It will consist of replacing three arteries.. of the four which are
blocked.. two completely ,two at 90%. It is really shocking that she has been in
medical care for the past 15 yrs and no one had detected a problem with her
arteries. I know that God is in Control and He has all ready assured me that Healing is

Hello, My dad accepted Christ but is still not
making a public profession of His faith. He seems to think that he does not have to
but I know deep in my heart that he needs too. My brother of course was already
saved and my sister has not returned to the Lord. I would appreciate your prayers for her
that God would continue to convict her which he has been doing now since the new year. I
am doing great, God has told me the past two weeks it is time to remove the sack cloth and
ashes, mourning is over and to take on His Joy. The Joy of the Lord is our
Strength. I quote scripture to reinforce my identity in Christ, for so long I didn't
know what it was to be in a relationship with Him. I love the Lord more and more each

family to you in prayer. Her sister is not well, she is on three blood pressure
medications a day, which are not working to keep her pressure down. She has also been
diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, which keeps her energy level very low. Her
husband is on oxygen full time and she has to care for him. Nellie and her husband are
planning to visit with them from June14th through June 24th. The trip is seven hundred
miles one way. Lord I ask that you wrap Nellie's sister in your arms of love. I ask that

Heavenly Father I lift up Kinsey
to you in prayer. She got caught under a riding lawn mower on May 25th. She had to be
air lifted to the local hospital and then air lifted again to Iowa City. She was in
surgery for about three and a half hours and her condition afterwards was stable. She has
extensive damage to her right leg and has lost all of her right toes, there is the
possibility that they will have to amputate her leg half way down her shin. She has been
incubated and will stay that way for another day or so. She has lost a lot of blood,
and will need several skin grafts. The doctors said that she will probably have to stay in
the hospital for at least two weeks. They said that she is doing well considering what she
has been through, but that she is not out of the woods yet. Lord I ask that you wrap
this precious child in your arms of love. She is only three years old and I cannot imagine
the pain that she has been through, so young Lord. I come before your Heavenly Throne on
behalf of Kinsey and I ask that you cover her with your healing power from above. I ask
that you remove any pain and discomfort that she may be in. I ask that her leg be restored
and that amputation not be needed. I ask that you heal her completely from all injuries. I
ask for a speedy recovery. I ask that you give comfort to her mother Kelli and to her
father Jim and draw them close to you. I ask for complete healing. I ask in the name of

to you in prayer. She has been in the hospital since last Friday. She was in intensive
care but has been transferred to a regular room. She had some problems with her blood
pressure, and has recently been diagnosed with heart problems, high blood sugar, and
kidney stones. Lord I ask that you wrap Raven in your arms of love. I ask that you draw
her close to you. I ask that you cover her with your healing power from above. I ask that
you remove any pain and discomfort that she may be having. I ask that you restore her
blood pressure to normal. I ask that her blood sugar be restored within the normal range.
I ask that her heart be healed and I ask that the kidney stones be dissolved. I ask for

Update 6/05/01
Hello ~ I want to thank you all for your prayers and
encouragement. I went in to the hospital for a headache and ended up staying several days
for high blood pressure. Turns out I have heart trouble that I wasn't aware of until then.
I also found out that I am now diabetic, which is something I have long dreaded since it
runs in my family. So, now I have to learn to live a new lifestyle, and deal with stress
without letting it get to me, lol! I am still having a lot of pain in my eye and
forehead where it all started, but it lessens somewhat daily. I will probably not
spend as much time online for a while as I have in the past, until the pain stops or at
least becomes more tolerable. Raven
Heavenly Father I lift up William's sister
to you in prayer. She is only twenty-two years old and has been diagnosed with a rare form
of T-cell lymphoma that only sixteen people have ever had. The doctor said there is no
survival rate. She is scheduled to have bone marrow taken and will be given as much
chemotherapy as she can tolerate. To sum it up she will be like a guinea pig, as the
doctors don't have very much information on this disease so they are going after it with
all they know to try medically. Lord I ask that you wrap William's sister in your arms of
love. I ask that you draw her close to you. I ask that you remove any pain and discomfort
that the chemotherapy may cause. All that can be done for her medically is being done and
the treatment is only experimental and not a cure. Lord taking all of this into
consideration, I come before your Heavenly Throne on behalf of William's sister. I come
before you knowing that what is impossible with the doctors is possible through your
healing power. You Lord are our great physician and when all else fails we come to you and
ask for miraculous healing. I ask that you give complete healing to William's sister. I
ask that she be a testimony to the doctors, medical staff, family, friends and strangers
of your healing power and of the power of prayer. If it is not your will to heal her then
I ask for mercy. I ask that you give comfort to her loved ones as they go through

Update 7/16/01
Strange as it seems, Pam is fine, she is bald and weak
from the chemo, but tumors have shrunk up and she seems fine. The doctors told her she has
a rare form of t-cell lymphoma, only sixteen cases on record with zero survival rate, may
be that she is so young that she handles the chemo so well. I pray that the doctors have
misdiagnosed her, and she doesn't have cancer at all, only time will tell. She is only
twenty-two years old. She and my brother have no children together. Add me to your list if
you will, I am having financial troubles with the job market being what it is around here.

brother to you in prayer. He has been very ill for the past few days and had to be
taken to the emergency room. While in the emergency room the doctors found that he had a
very high fever, he was dehydrated, his blood pressure was high and his blood sugar was
extremely high. He was delirious and confused as well. He was admitted to the hospital,
hooked up to IV's and a Cat Scan will be done on him. Lord I ask that you wrap Charity's

Update 5/29/01
I just got this letter from my Mom and
wanted to send it on to you all. Thank you so much for all your prayers and thoughts.
Charity I want to thank everyone for all the prayers and well wishes for Chuck and me. Let
me see if I can explain what is going on. He started Sat. with a very bad headache and
vomiting. He continued to vomit all weekend. When he got up Monday he was lethargic and
his speech was slurred and he couldn't form his words properly. We too him to the ER close
to us. his BP & blood sugar were very high. The started IVs and got the BP down a
little. Then they did a CAT scan and found that he had a small bleed into the left side of
his brain. Then they transferred him to Tampa General hospital to be under the care of a
Neurosurgeon. They have him hooked up to all kind of monitors and are watching him
closely. He seemed a little better today when we were there. His speech is clearer but
still slow. He knows us and who he is and where he is, he just has trouble expressing it
right now. You will never know how much all your thoughts and good wishes mean to me! I
think you all are what is keeping me sane right now! I know that prayer works and with all
of the prayers being said for him I know he will improve! Love you all! Lois

Charlotte my brother is doing pretty good,
his speech is about back to normal. He is home, still gets a little tired. He is getting

Heavenly Father I lift up Tina Chafin to you in
prayer. She fell ninety-five feet into a canyon, when she fell, she landed on her head and
face. There was so much swelling in her throat from the injuries that she could not
breath, so they ended up having to place an airway through the trachea to help her
breath. She has massive breakage throughout her body, including a broken right arm,
pelvic bone, skull fractures, and every bone in her face is broken. She also has spinal
fluid leaking throughout her body. She is in a coma still, and they will be trying to do
another Cat Scan to determine the extent of her injuries. Her nine year old daughter
Stevie is blaming herself. The accident happened when Tina saw her daughter slipping near
the edge of the canyon. She went to pull her daughter back, and lost her balance and fell
herself. Her fall was broken at forty-five feet where she caught hold of something, but
couldn't hold on and fell the rest of the way. It took the Paramedics three hours to get
to her and one hour to get her out and airlifted to the hospital. Lord I ask that you wrap
Tina in your arms of love. I ask that you remove any pain and discomfort that she may be
in. I ask that you give wisdom and guidance to the doctors and medical staff as to
administering the proper treatment to her. Lord I come before your Heavenly Throne on
behalf of Tina and I ask that you bring her safely through, free from complications and
completely healed of all injuries. I ask that she be a testimony to the doctors, medical
staff, family, friends and strangers of your healing power and of the power of prayer. I

Update: 5/29
We got word today that, while Tina is still in a
light drug induced coma, she is responding to some commands!! Thank You Lord!!! She
has squeezed someone's hand, moved her toes, and fluttered her eyelids. So we are praising
God for this miracle!! And the miracle of her very life!! The rest of her condition
is as follows: She has a halo on her head to keep it in place, as she has three fractures
in her skull. She has broken her neck in two places, her collarbone in the front and back,
her pelvis is broken in the front and back, her wrist, cheek bones, jaw, and she has
chipped a bone in her leg, and has a cast on it. Her lungs are very bruised, so prayer is
needed that pneumonia will NOT set in. She will be having a monitor put in her head to
monitor the swelling, and the doctors will also be putting in a shunt. PLEASE PRAY for her
comfort during these procedures, and that everything will go well. These next few days are
very crucial. PLEASE PRAY that NO infection, or pneumonia will take place. PLEASE PRAY for
complete wholeness and healing of all her injuries, and that she will rest in the peace,
and feel the healing touch of her Comforter, Jesus. Also, PLEASE PRAY for her family,
especially her daughter, Stevie. She is taking this very hard, and blaming herself. She is
9 years old. Lord, we ask in Jesus Precious Name that You hold her close in Your Love.
Amen. I will keep you updated as I hear news of her condition. Thank you for your precious

PRAISE GOD!!!!!! Prayers are being answered!! To God
be the glory!! The monitors in Tina's brain are showing that the swelling has stopped. The
orthopedic doctor continues to visit her, and in fact, he is the one who is telling her to
respond to specific commands. She can wiggle her toes a little, and her eyelids flutter
when someone talks to her. She can also squeeze his hand when asked. He has said that she
will have to go through a series of operations on her face when she gets stronger....But,
another praise report is that the swelling and blackness around her eyes has started to
subside. Other than that, they are just trying to keep her resting. She is still listed in
critical condition, and still needs much prayer...but I feel that these are great steps in
the right direction. Lord, we thank you and praise Your Holy Name!! PLEASE continue to
pray for her. I know that all your prayers have made such a difference. I can't thank you

To My Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ, Please
bear with me, because I am not even sure how to write this or what to say...my heart is
very heavy, and words just cannot express how I feel....but I received a call about an
hour ago that Tina has gone on to be with the Lord. She passed away this afternoon from
another blood clot. Her family is just starting to get word out...and Stevie does not know
yet. They will be bringing Tina up to Va. tomorrow, and telling Stevie then. Tina was a
single mother and has two other children. a boy, 18...and a girl 16. The older children
were from a previous marriage and their father was killed in an automobile accident when
they were younger...so the whole family is still very much in need of prayer,
including Tina's family and friends...This has been a shock to everyone. Also, PLEASE
remember Stevie in prayer especially throughout her life. if the Lord brings her to your
remembrance. I cannot even bear to think of her carrying this guilt that she has been
feeling. OH GOD, we cry out to you for mercy to be upon this whole situation. Let
them feel your peace Lord...and even though we may not understand...we trust and believe
that You will take what was meant for harm and turn it to Your glory. We love You and
thank You Father for loving us. Please hold Tina close...and watch over Stevie and her
brother and sister until they are united again. One day..there will be no more tears.

My Dear Friends, Family and Prayer Partners ......
Our loving Father has chosen to take his sweet daughter, Tina; home with Him, where
she can once again "blossom" in heaven in "full" glory.
"Please" dear one's remember her family, children, friends and loved one's as
they prepare to lay her to rest. We know that the void, grief and pain of losing a loved
one is deep, sharp and with no solace in sight. I think especially of Tina's daughter;
"Stevie" who is laying the guilt upon her own shoulders, Father we ask that You;
in Your perfect wisdom, love and direction hold this child and give her a sweet peace and
understanding. Father we pray that she knows beyond a shadow of a doubt that she is
blameless and that You love her and tenderly "embrace" her in Your strong
merciful arms of compassion and warmth. Thank You Sir for your very special comfort, hugs,
and presence and blessed assurance that You will "always" abide with her and her
family and friends. In Jesus precious name ..Please continue to pray for comfort and His
help that they may "all" find their way through this. This verse I love comes to
mind as I think of Tina and her heavenly homecoming .Think of stepping on shore and
finding it heaven. Of taking hold of a hand and finding it God's. Of breathing new air,
feeling invigorated once again and finding it immortality. Of passing from storm and
tempest to an unbroken calm. Of waking up and finding it home ..Thank you "all"

My Dear, Dear Family In
Christ, I just wanted to do one more update and thank you for everything that you've done
....I am truly blessed and overwhelmed by your love, prayers, and support...so please
know, from the bottom of my heart, I deeply thank you. The network of prayer has been
amazing, and I really feel that this is what we are called to do....join together as one
in Christ for each other, to His glory. His ways are Higher than ours, and it is GLORY, in
and of itself, that we will never truly die, but will share eternity with Him and each
other. We trust and hope in
You Lord! As one person wrote...we may not understand everything..but the same
rejoicing takes place in heaven when a Saint returns...as we rejoice here when a child is
born...but in a GREATER way than we could ever imagine. Jesus must have welcomed Tina with
open arms..and I know He will continue to watch over her family. Thank You Lord...for Your
love, Your provision, and Your care for us, as Your children. We praise You Father, and we
ask that You watch over Tina's children with gentle loving care, until they are together
again..In Jesus Name. Amen Also, on behalf of her friends and family, I know that they
appreciate your prayers so much...and that they are also very thankful for each and every
one of you. You have been a blessing to us all. Thank you so much!! During these last
couple of days, I found out that Tina was also an organ donor. At her funeral
this morning, I learned that her pancreas went to an 11 year old diabetic boy...and 3
other people's lives have been spared from her loving sacrifice to others. It is an honor
to call her our Sister in Christ..and I look forward to the day of thanking her in heaven.
She has been a shining example of Christ's love. May God richly bless you, Tina. Her
children are still in need of prayer, as expected. Stevie seems to be in denial..so we are
praying that she will open up to someone. Tina's 16 year old daughter, and 18 year old
son, have had a lot on their shoulders..so we just need to hold them up to the Lord, that
their Heavenly Father will keep them close. Lord, we place them in Your Loving
Hands. Thank you all so much...words cannot truly express my gratitude for what
you've meant to me. Thank You Father for my brothers and sisters in Christ. I pray that
Your Face will shine on them with grace, mercy, and peace for all the days of their lives.

Heavenly Father I lift up Jesse
to you in prayer. He celebrated his 19th birthday last Friday and then on Saturday while
at work, he got his arm caught in a shredder. He was air lifted to Harbor Bay Trauma
center and the doctors there didn't hold out much hope that he would keep his arm. The
surgeons cut away the dead muscle on Saturday and said he had about a 50/50 chance of
keeping his arm. On Monday, he went into surgery again and the doctors were very pleased
with what they saw. The muscle that is left has not died, and the circulation to his hand
and fingers is still very good. There is only about an inch of muscle left running
from the inside of his elbow down to his wrist. They will have to take muscle from
his back and eventually from his leg to replace the muscle in his arm that was
lost. He will also have to have skin grafts to cover the muscle
up. Right now, all they can do is cover the muscle with a thick piece of bandage
since his skin is also gone. He will have to have a lot of physical therapy. Lord I
ask that you wrap Jesse in your arms of love. I ask that you remove any pain and
discomfort that he may be having. I ask that you draw him close to you. I thank you that
the doctors were able to save his arm. I ask that you cover him with your healing power
from above. If healing is to come through the hands of a surgeon I ask that you guide the
surgeons hands and bring him through free from complications and completely healed. I ask
that you give comfort to his family as they await the outcome and draw each one close to

Heavenly Father Tim McVeigh has written a book due to hit the news stands soon. He
wants part of the proceeds to go to the Oklahoma City Memorial. The Oklahoma City Memorial
has declined the money. This man has been given to much publicity as it is. One hundred
and sixty-eight innocent people died at his hands, and he shows NO REMORSE for the
horrible crime that he has committed. This man is a murderer of innocent men, women and
children who happened to be in the building that he bombed, as he says in retaliation for
the loss of lives in Waco. Here is a man who repaid evil for evil. Here is a man who wants
to donate the proceeds from a book he has written to the Oklahoma City Memorial, set up
for the families of the very people that he murdered. Here is a man who murdered and
called it justice. Lord I ask that you intervene and place conviction upon every owner of
every news stands world wide, who are even remotely considering to place Tim McVeigh's
book for sale, to have a change of heart. I pray that an outpouring of protest from the
people be the cause of the removal of his book from any book stand that decides to sell
it. I pray for Tim McVeigh Lord, that he will come to fall upon his knees and feel remorse
for the crime that he has committed. I pray that he will not be able to sleep for seeing
each and every child and each and every adult before him whose life he has taken. I pray
that he will fall upon his knees in sincerity of heart and ask your forgiveness. I pray
for his salvation. I ask that you give comfort to the families of those whose lives have
been taken as they mourn still for their loved ones. I ask that you place a desire in
their hearts to forgive this man who has taken the life of their loved ones. I ask that

Heavenly Father we lift up Sudan
to you in prayer. The holocaust there is worsening. Two million are already dead and at
least three million more Sudanese in the South are at the brink of starvation. Millions
will likely die this summer unless action is taken now. They will face starvation as part
of the radical Islamic government's anti-Christian genocidal plan! Christian brothers and
sisters in Sudan are being tortured, enslaved and imprisoned by a radical Islamic regime
simply for their faith. Lord we come together today and we stand united in prayer for our
brothers and sisters in Christ, who are being persecuted for their faith. We ask that you
place a hedge of protection around them. We ask that you provide safe haven for them to
escape the evil that has come upon them. We ask that you place a desire in the hearts of
the leaders world wide to take action to put a stop to this horrendous holocaust that is
taking place in Sudan. We ask that you intervene upon the United States Government, to
pursue policies to stop this genocidal campaign by Sudan's National Islamic Front
Government. This campaign has resulted in millions of deaths and tens of thousands of
Christians being sold into slavery. The United States Government needs to act immediately
and authorize emergency humanitarian relief to avert this crisis. Petitions are being

holocaust. Lord we call upon YOU a much more qualified leader to work things out for good,
to fight the evil that has come upon Sudan. What is impossible for man to accomplish we

in his back yard and was bitten by a spider. It is not known if it was a Brown Recluse, or
a Black Widow. The doctor said all that can be done is to keep heat on it and wait for

she and her husband Sal have just received news that the baby has a small hole near it's
navel. This could mean minor surgery or it could mean a syndrome connected with a
chromosome problem. Maria is a special education teacher, she is on medical leave because
she has been so ill during her pregnancy. Lord I ask that you wrap Maria and her unborn

Heavenly
Father I lift up Shiloh to you in prayer. At the age of nine months old he fell
into a Jacuzzi at his home. When his mother Sunny found him he was not breathing, she
tried to resuscitate but was having a hard time before 911 arrived. Sunny remained with
Shiloh in the hospital for six weeks. Shiloh's father took care of the other children and
Sunny remained at Shiloh's side every minute of the day. The doctors said, that the best
thing was for them to unplug the life support machine, because Shiloh was brain dead, and
that he would never come back. Sunny would not believe that. She said, that as long as he
was alive she would not unplug any machines. They suggested, that he be put in a nursing
home and also said that he could not remain in the hospital. Sunny could not put him in
the nursing home, she took him home to care for him herself. She was trained for the six
weeks that Shiloh was in the hospital on caring for him. During his time in the
hospital complications set in and he had to have a device inserted for his breathing,
also, a gastric-tube for feeding. He was brought home and placed on a ventilator. Shiloh's
siblings have been saddened and painfully hurt by this tragedy. I do not know how much
time has lapsed from the time of his accident until now other than a two years span.
Shiloh is now back in the hospital. Lord I ask that you wrap this precious child in your
arms of love. I ask that you hold him close and comfort him. My heart is breaking for this
precious child and his family. I know Lord that what is impossible for man is possible
with you. I ask that you cover Shiloh with your healing power from above. All that can be
done for him here medically has been done. I come before your Heavenly Throne on behalf of
this little child and I ask for miraculous healing. I ask that he awaken and that there be
rejoicing heard throughout the hospital. Oh Father God I ask that you bring joy into the
lives of this family who have never given up on a miracle. I ask that Shiloh be a

Dear friends...In just a few more days... Our baby
Shiloh will turn 4..... the 26th. It has been almost 3 years since his near
drowning accident. He is God's little warrior ... and he has all of you, (who

Oliver in prayer. Jeff is twenty-four years old. He purchased a new
motorcycle for his dad yesterday in a town quite far away from where he lives. On the way
home, the front tire just fell off of the motorcycle and he was thrown off. He is in the
Intensive Care Unit in critical condition. Lord I ask that you wrap Jeff in your arms of
love. I ask that you give comfort to him and let your presence be felt by him. I ask that

surgeries went very well. He is recovering extremely fast!! They said if things keep going

needs another transplant within forty-eight hours or she may not make it. Lord I ask that

to you in prayer. This young man is eighteen years old. He recently lost a loved one and
broke up with his girlfriend Tessa after being with her for fourteen months. He admits
that this has caused a lot of hurt in her life. He now regrets the break up, but at the
time he thought it was the right thing to do. Tessa was there for him through all of the
sad times in his life. Their personalities are very much alike, and they both prayed a
month before they met that they would meet someone. Tessa is now dating someone else and
Darrin is happy that she is not in pain anymore but he misses her and wants her back.
Tessa's mother, Darrin's mother and Darrin feel that they will get back together. Tessa
has stated that she isn't ready to go back out with him. Darrin is under a lot of
emotional stress, he says that he loves her so much that for a while he couldn't eat or
sleep, and that he thinks about her every second of every day. She says she still misses
him and that she is just not ready to get back with him. Darrin has been attending Church
off and on since he was three years old. He believes in his heart that he and Tessa were
meant to break up in order to form a stronger relationship. Lord I ask that you wrap
Darrin in your arms of love. I ask that you draw him close to you. Lord you know if
these two are meant to be together or not and maybe you have placed them at a distance
from one another for a reason. I ask that you give comfort and patience to Darrin as he

Hello things are going great between me and Mandy.
Me and Tessa might have a shot at going out to see a movie on Saturday, her boyfriend Dan
left her and she called me crying. Her sister's friend's dad died today a tree fell
on him. I didn't talk to her but only a few minutes. I am going to send flowers to
Tessa and a sympathy card for the father that passed away. I hope and pray that me and
Tessa will become close again for I still love her. I pray that she will like her flowers,
I am getting up at 7:30 in the morning so she can get them by noon. I have waited and been
praying about Tessa for seven months, hopefully God can help me, I just want to see her
smile and I won't ever give up, somehow someway me and Tessa. Thank you for your prayers

Hello I just want to say thank you so very
much for praying about me and Tessa and for each day that we have together. We're not in a
relationship yet but I feel we're moving towards one. I just have so much faith, it has
been about nine months since we have been in a relationship together but I am not giving
up. Her birthday is November 4th, I am going to try and see if she wants to try things
again, a second chance. I believe in my heart that we're soul mates, we have a lot in
common and I know that God will bring us together when it is His time, His way. I hope

Hello, I just want to say thank you very much from the bottom
of my heart for all of your prayers about me and Tessa getting back together. I was
blessed with a wonderful girlfriend and a girl that I truly Loved. I hope that I get her
back as soon as possible. But I have to let God do it in his time and his way. I have so
much faith in my life and I know who I want to be with, I truly want to give Tessa a
Good life. I do have some good news, I talked to Tessa a little over two weeks ago she is

Heavenly Father I lift up Anjuli
to you in prayer. She is four years old and has been diagnosed with a brain tumor. The
attempt to reduce her medication Decadron from 3 mg a day to 2.25 mg a day was disastrous.
The reduction may be the cause of the loss of her gag reflex, which led to her silently
aspirating liquids on Monday and Tuesday. By Tuesday late afternoon she had deteriorated
quite badly and was rushed to the Emergency Room. While there she declined quickly and
precipitously. She was admitted to the intensive care unit with aspiration pneumonia of
both lungs, respiratory distress and a dangerously high heart rate. Her legs turned
purple. She was almost delirious. Thank you Lord she improved and was discharged from the
Intensive Care Unit the next afternoon. A swallow study the next day showed she cannot
tolerate any liquid that is thinner than a milkshake--and even that must be sucked through
a tiny straw. It takes her forty-five minutes to drink seven ounces. Her mother, Marcia,
had to make a decision to have a nasal-gastric tube placed for hydration. At the hospital
Anjuli cried frequently and was very frightened. She seemed to be giving up, she wouldn't
cough or even communicate. Speaking has very suddenly become very difficult for her and
her speech is quite slurred and slow. She had always been such a sophisticated talker. Her
hearing is much worse, a dramatic change in just a few days. She can no longer feel foods
in her mouth. The doctors and her mother decided to discharge her early so as to improve
her mood and give her back her will to fight. She is now home and she is going through
thirteen liters per minute of oxygen. She also has a NG feeding tube (water for hydration
only). Her mother's fears are can she survive another bout of pneumonia, will she tolerate
the NG tube for long, will she ever get off the steroids so she can lose some of the
weight and regain some mobility? The worst fear of all is does the loss of gag reflex, the
loss of oral sensation, the loss of oral mobility and the reduction in hearing mean tumor
growth or could these all be related to the Decadron reduction or possibly the effects of
the radiation? (She completed fifty-nine gy's of radiation on 12/29/00. Her next MRI
is scheduled for May 31. She started a new medication Gleevec, today, no problems so far.
Lord I ask that you wrap this precious child in your arms of love. I ask that you remove
any pain and discomfort that she may be in, so young and already suffered so much pain in
her life. Lord I come before your Heavenly Throne on behalf of Anjuli and I ask for
miraculous healing. I ask that you cover her with your healing power from above. I ask
that you heal her completely. I ask that she be a testimony to the doctors, medical staff,
family, friends and strangers of your healing power and of the power of prayer. I ask that

Anjuli was a little girl in California that was diagnosed with a brain tumor approximately

nursing home and she is in a comatose state. The day of the move as she was being prepared
for the move there, she smiled for the first time since her accident. Since that day tears

not happen all of the time but only certain times. Her son stated that his mother had not
ever responded in anyway, until that day. Lord I ask that you wrap Barbara in your arms of

My Dearest Faithful Brothers and Sisters in Christ, This is not only a Praise Report
but this is a MIRACLE without a Doubt. I am so blown away, that I can hardly type.
My brother was online last night and instant messaged me asking if I wanted to go see MS
Barbara Hanna today, without hesitation, I said yes I did. We had not been in three weeks,
and I felt so strongly we needed to go see her, then after I went to bed last night, I had
this wonderful dream about Ms Hanna, In my dream we had gone to see her and when I
walked in her room she was sitting on the side of her bed, and as I walked up to her she
began talking to me, even though it was just a dream, I felt strongly about going.
When I got to my brothers house, I sat down to wait for my sister to get finished up so we
could make the trip to see her, but just before we were about to leave, I remembered my
dream and told my sister and brother and sister-in-law what I had dreamed. We took seven
children with us, besides us four adults, when we first arrived, my sister asked if they
would allow the children to sing a few songs for the patients to which the activity
director, immediately replied YES. In the mean time, I went directly to Ms Hanna's room, I
went in the room first to make sure that she was dressed and to prepare her for our visit,
I noticed that the door was partly shut, and I peeked in to see two aids working with Ms
Hanna changing her clothing, so I backed out saying I would come back in a few minutes. I
waited about five minutes and went back to the room, to witness what I had missed when I
first went in, the Miracle we had all prayed for had come to pass, this precious woman,
whom doctors claimed there was nothing more they could do, who doctor's gave up all hope
on for recovery, who they said would never come out of her coma, who's family lost all
faith and sold all her belonging, because of the what the doctor's predicted was her
future, this lovely woman who the Lord placed on our hearts after a one in a
million chance meeting with her family and I whom you have all have been praying for
a Miracle for, GOT that MIRACLE and just as I had envisioned it in my dream, there she was
sitting on edge of bed with her back to me. As I went around in amazement, all I could do
was cry, and praising and saying Glory to GOD, Thanking Jesus over and over again, I
walked up to MS Hanna, and said hello and introduced myself, she immediately said, I
remember you, I know you, this sister recognized our voices, remembered the prayers and
remembered us talking to her, touching her, rubbing her limbs that were twisted and she
remembered, that we had come to see her a few times before she woke up, not only
that, MS Hanna is fully aware of who everyone is, she has her mind fully intact, she
recognizes her family and friends, she smiles, she cries, and she talks HALLELUJAH!!! no
effects of the accident aside from the fact that she is not at this moment walking on her
own, (That is coming real soon) no sign of brain damage, and GOD didn't stop there, nope
not our AWESOME GOD, the seven children we took with us were our nieces,
nephews, My son and our daughters, not only were we all so blessed by this marvelous act
of GOD, but our children got to entertain the entire nursing home, they were allowed
by the staff to sing for the patients, socialize and chat with all the those
present, the girls were so excited that they were allowed to polish the nails of the
ladies there, these kids were wonderful witnesses for Jesus as they talked to the women
and men about Jesus, Two of the patients accepted Jesus, one elderly man, told my brother
that long ago he asked Jesus into his life but wasn't sure if he was saved, and would go
to heaven, he now has no doubt, as my brother prayed with him and assured him that he was
indeed saved and heaven bound, this elderly lady told my sister that she just wanted to
know for sure she was going to heaven when she died, she prayed the sinners prayer and now
has no doubt that she is heaven bound, the kids mingled until over 5:00 PM and took
time with each of the elderly men and women, in the activity room. They enjoyed listening
to the stories and words of wisdom these precious men and women had to share. The kids
were able to share Jesus, and came out so blessed by this experience that they
all had smiles and exchanged stories about those they talked with, so not only did our
Marvelous Awesome GOD see fit to answer our prayers on MS Hanna's behalf, but he also
blessed us and the children and all those patients that we were able to witness to. We
were allowed to pray with them, I mean it was a site that would bring a smile to God's
face, I am so blessed by what's happened, because we never believed anything other than
what GOD had placed before us that if were to continue to Believe no matter what or how
long it took with Faith, in His power to bring Barbara out of this, He would, and those of
you who received that First prayer request and the First update, remember we had
prayed that she not only wake up but that she be made whole like before, memory and all,
God also granted us that. Ms Hanna is now in therapy to learn how to walk again, getting
stronger, and the breathing tubes that were breathing for her, have all been removed
and now they are going to remove the tube in her throat because her oxygen level is just
great. I told Ms Hanna, that she would be cooking dinner for us real soon, and I believe
with all that's in me, just as I believed she would come out of this coma, that this will
be so, I do ask you continue to pray for she told me she wants to go home, we all know
that GOD can just make it where she is perfect in a matter of seconds, but God's timing is
of the utmost importance in all things. God has and is going to be so glorified by this
Miracle in this entire family with her friends and with the staff at the hospital that
said there was no hope, they are all going to turn their lives over to God once they
can understand the magnitude of what He has done, He did have a purpose for placing this
family in our path, and because of all the prayers from all you faithful saints he indeed
Gave us the Miracle we asked for. I am one of those who knows that GOD can do anything we
ask and that He will do them ONLY IF we BELIEVE FIRST, then ask SECOND in that
order, going into the prayer already knowing, without doubt that He is going to do
exactly what we ask, so when GOD places anyone on your heart or if you have been praying
for a family member, remember By FAITH that's KEY WORD here FAITH, whether you
know them personally or not as was the case with Ms Hanna, He will blow all our minds time
and time again. This Miracle will glorify God over and over because this is an awesome
testimony that is going to reach hundreds if not millions, so never ever give up, Believe
because God is just as able to perform the very same Miracles He did in days gone by,
BELIEVE that He can, and never stop believing, because its never over until GOD says its
over. Hallelujah, let us all praise and rejoice in this Miracle that has been performed
right before our very eyes. Ms Hanna's son and I Thank you all for your past prayers on

Dear Brothers and Sisters Prayer Partners:
Here's a short update on Barbara Hanna, as you remember Ms Barbara Hanna, was the precious
woman, God placed on our hearts to pray for, when Doctor's said she would never come out
of her coma, and had given no hope for her recovery to her family. She is looking better
each time we go to see her, she smiles when we walk in and cries when we have to leave,
she is slowly, recovering, and I believe she will fully recover just as the Holy Spirit
placed on our hearts, its a miracle just remembering, what we saw when we first met her
and what we see now. Her tubes are all gone, the hole in her neck is closed, she still
whispers when she talks, but we can better understand and hear her, she is moving her
fingers and holds my hand, and squeezes when asked too, God is truly doing a mighty
awesome work, in this precious woman. I just love it so much when God shows off, lolo Ms
Barbara, knows that many saints have prayed for her recovery, and she smiles when told
about it, she cries when we tell her that God loves her and tells us she knows. I had a
T-shirt on at one visit that said "Jesus" the way to Salvation, and she
surprised me when she said something I couldn't hear and I asked her to repeat it and it
turned out she was reading my T-shirt. All I can say is that each time I see her is Glory
to GOD, its a Miracle Indeed, what a testimony she will have to share with all when she
finally is allowed to walk out of that building. I have no doubt that GOD is going to be
glorified, over and over again with her. I ask that all continue to pray on her behalf, as
I said once before she gets anxious, and asks how long, Of course only God knows the
answer to that one, she wants to go home, but at this time she is not truly ready for
that. Please also pray that her family will visit more often, especially her son, who I
feel is sort of staying away, from guilt after selling all of her belongings. I know this
is a minor thing compared to her recovery, and I ask you pray should she finally realize
he did, that she will hold no anger toward him. He has asked me to not tell her how he and
I met, but one thing is for sure, I will not lie to her about anything she asks me, and he
knows this, but I will not volunteer any information that she hasn't asked me either. I am
going to ask her family if its OK for us to send a picture of her before and after, so you
all can see what GOD CAN DO when we BELIEVE, and so that you will have a face to go with
the name you all have been praying for, for the past few months, and finally so you can
see the Miracle Woman God blessed you all to witness his power through. Will update you

Heavenly Father I lift up Sheryl's
dad to you in prayer. He has been in the hospital for two weeks. He had surgery
for colon cancer and it did not turn out the way it was expected. He was supposed to be
out of the hospital in about five days but was kept there due to a staph infection. He is
being fed intravenously and has a stomach tube that has to suction the contents of his
stomach out because his digestive system isn't working right. He throws up liquids which
they have tried to feed him. He has Alzheimer's Disease which has made him incoherent most
of the time. Sometimes he recognizes his family and talks coherently. It is also
harder on him in the hospital because he doesn't understand fully what is going on, and he
has to be restrained so he doesn't pull his tubes out. Lord I ask that you wrap
Sheryl's dad in your arms of love. I ask that you draw him close to you. I ask that you
remove any pain and discomfort that he may be having. I ask that you cover him with your
healing power from above. I ask that you restore his mind to function normally. I ask that
you remove the infection from his body. I ask that you restore his digestive system to
function properly. I ask that you heal him completely and restore him Lord. I ask that he
be a testimony to the doctors, medical staff, family, friends and strangers of your
healing power and of the power of prayer. I ask that you give comfort and strength to his
wife as she is with him twenty-four hours a day, with the exception of two in which she
allows the family to sit with him. I ask that you give comfort to the family and draw each

Update 05/17/01
Thanks so much for lifting my Dad up to the Lord in
prayer! Please continue to pray because I have a praise report already. I got a call
from my Mom at 5 am yesterday. Her doctor told her to call the family in
because it was just a matter of minutes before my Dad passed away. I rushed to the
hospital, and his blood pressure was almost gone. I did not want to see him die, so when
my Mom's Pastor arrived to stay with her I left the room. The nurse came out to see
if I was OK, and told me his body was shutting down, and that in a few minutes he would
just go to sleep and never wake up. I told her we were Christians, that my Dad had just
gotten saved before this happened, and we pass from life to life. My brother and his
family came in a little later. We all went in the room to sit with my Mom and Dad.
Suddenly his blood pressure rose significantly ( It was at about 8am). The nurse got
very excited and told us to talk to him. She and my Mom talked to him and rubbed his
arms. His doctor came in later and asked my Mom's permission to call in an MD to
give him a complete physical exam. Although he is a Christian too (I'm assuming from
things he's said) he said he did not understand what had happened. He ordered
blood-work and a chest x-ray. The x-ray shows that my Dad has pneumonia in both
lungs, and a possible blood clot in one lung. My Dad's blood pressure and pulse were very
good yesterday. He also opened his eyes and smiled at us. Today he is talking
again. Seeing what I saw yesterday has built my faith up enough to where I have no problem
at all believing for my Dad's full recovery from his present illnesses, including
Alzheimer's. I hope this builds everyone's faith. Wow! God answers prayer!

UPDATE 5/21/01
I have another praise report concerning my
Dad. He is doing much, much better physically, in fact, I think he could
possibly leave the hospital in a few days if his mind is healed. He does
not have a blood clot. It is my feeling that they were just speculating as to why he
might have recovered so quickly when they were so sure he was dying. I'm requesting
prayer this time specifically for his mental healing. My Mom was handling
all this so well until my Dad's doctor told her he would never get well mentally.
She has given up hope, and cries and cries. I tried to remind her that doctors don't
know what God has planned, or is going to do; that this is the same doctor who said he
would die within a few minutes. I can't comfort her about this because she just won't
hear it. She says I have on rose-colored glasses, and that I should look at the
facts. The scripture says "we walk by faith and not by sight" popped into
my mind, and I repeated it back to her. But it is hard to have faith when she talks
to me like this. I prayed about my attitude toward my Dad's condition. I asked the Lord if
I was wrong to expect his full healing and recovery. I felt very strongly led to
read the daily devotional from "Streams in the Desert" for Nov. 2. This
devotional is a very profound teaching about the power of prayer. So I feel
that the Lord is saying that I'm not wrong to have a confident expectation that God will
answer our prayers. I thank everyone for their prayers.

Hi, My Mom is
upbeat and encouraged. The doctor ordered tests that he said would show which parts
of my Dad's brain were not functioning. The tests showed that all parts of his brain
are functioning. The diagnosis now is something I've never heard of that the doctor
calls hospital psychosis, which he says is a temporary condition. He is very weak,
and my Mom is planning on sending him to a rehabilitation center for a few weeks. Please
continue to pray for his full recovery. I'll let you know when he's home.

Hi Charlotte, My
Dad was in the middle stages of Alzheimer's Disease when we found out he had colon cancer.
My Mom asked me to specifically request prayer for Jesus to heal him of Alzheimer's
too. God has done so much for him already; believe with us for this too. In fact, God
has done so much for him that I'm just going to say that everyone seems amazed when
they see him eating all by himself, talking coherently (even cracking jokes), and walking
to the bathroom by himself. He is in a rehabilitation center for 21 days at my Mom's
request. She wants him to be strong when he returns home. He is doing VERY well.
They gave them a private room with a little fold up bed for her to sleep on so she
can stay with him, and of course she does. This is an incredible testimony
for my brother who hasn't received Jesus as Savior yet. I want to thank everyone who
has been lifting my Mom and Dad up to the Lord in prayer. I know that Jesus answers
prayer, and that is what has brought us through this in victory; Jesus. By His
stripes we are healed. Thank You Jesus!!!!!! Sheryl PS My Mom called and also told
me that when she thanked my Dad's doctor for all he had done, he told her that
Jesus did it, that there was no medical reason why my Dad should still be

Hi Charlotte, My Dad's still doing well. He and my Mom are home
now. Please pray for a cure for Alzheimer's Disease which he still suffers from. I
encourage everyone to oppose stem cell research using human embryos. Taking
a human life to save another is wrong. A rich source of stem cells is the umbilical cord
that is attached to the placenta after a baby is born. Parents are now asked if they
wish to donate these stem cells for research. Those who support stem cell research
should insist that stem cells be obtained this way. In Christ, Sheryl

Hello, I just sent in a request last night for the prayer page. Patricia will be
operated on tomorrow at 11:30 California time and that is 1:30 Alabama time. The doctors
decided to go in the side of her head and try to block the aneurysm. Until it is
over I will not have any knowledge of what is going on until her husband or children
contact us here. As soon as I know the outcome I will get it to the Jesus list. Hugs and

My oldest sister just
called, two emergency operations came in before my sister and her surgeon said he would
rather wait until he was rested before doing Patricia's surgery. Now we have to wait
until they give another date. I know it must be harder on her with this on again, off
again surgery than it is on me. I am resting in Jesus and His love. I am trusting Him for
complete healing for her. I will let you and everyone else know when I hear something
again. Seems as if the enemy wants to discourage. I will count it as Gods blessings,
I want the surgeon to be rested and clear minded and have steady hands. To God be the

Hello Charlotte. I never knew you had so many poems. The music playing is calming also.
You ask about my sister Patricia, She has lost sight in one eye totally and the vision is
slowly fading in the remaining eye. she no longer drives. Praise God. Her heart is doing
great after the touch and go she had during recovery from surgery. They managed to by pass
one aneurysm in the brain and there are two more they are keeping an eye on. They say it
would do more damage to operate then to wait and see. They may or may not burst. So all is
in Gods hands. I appreciate you caring enough to ask about her. You are faithful and the
day you step foot into heaven God will welcome you with the words "well done thy good

problems and was told by doctors that she did not have to get on any type of birth control
because her medications were way too strong and she was sterile. She trusted in the
doctors and ended up pregnant. She gave birth to a little girl in March, she and the baby
are not doing well. The baby only weighed 1.9lbs. and is still in an incubator. On Monday,
May14th. she had surgery for her bladder and is currently undergoing dialyses as well. She
has a four year old son that really needs for his mother to be well. Lord I ask that you
wrap Rosa's friend in your arms of love. I ask that you draw her close to you. I ask that
you remove any pain and discomfort that she may be having. I ask that you cover her with
your healing power from above. I ask that you restore her kidneys to function normally. I

COME. SHE RECEIVED A GOOD DIAGNOSIS FROM THE SURGEON AND THE DOCTOR WHEN SHE LEFT
THE HOSPITAL AND NOW SHE'S JUST WAITING FOR HER LITTLE ONE (ROSARIO GUADALUPE) TO COME
HOME !!! SHE JUST HAS TO GAIN ONE MORE POUND BEFORE SHE CAN COME HOME AND
BERTHA SAYS THAT SHE CAN GAIN THAT IN LESS THAN A MONTH. BERTHA STILL HAS TO GO
TROUGH DIALYSIS AND SHE HAS NOW GOTTEN HER TUBES TIED. SHE SAYS THAT SHE HAS THREE
VERY IMPORTANT REASONS TO STAY ALIVE AND HAS MUCH TO LIVE FOR. I CAN'T THANK YOU AND

to you in prayer. I thank you for bringing her through surgery for her broken arm. Emily
is back in school and the cast will be coming off soon and the pins will be removed as
well. This is a very scary thing for a child to go through. Lord I ask that you wrap
Emily in your arms of love. I ask that you remove any fear that she may have and replace
it with peace and calmness. I ask that you guide the hand of the doctor as he removes the
cast and the pins. I ask that you remove any pain or discomfort that Emily may feel. I ask
that her arm be found healed and restored to normal and that she will have full use of it.
I ask for complete healing. Emily's mother Kim is in her seventh month of pregnancy. I ask

John to you in prayer. Tommy is two years old, he was running a fever of 104.2 to
104.7 and was taken to the doctor. Blood test were ran and the results showed his white
cell count to be 10,000 above the normal range. The blood culture was sent to a
pathologist today May 14th. Lord I ask that you wrap this precious child in your arms of
love. I ask that nothing of a serious nature be found in the blood culture. I ask that his
white cell count be restored within the normal range. I ask that you cover him with your
healing power from above. I ask that you give comfort to his parents and loved ones as
they are very concerned and upset. I ask that you draw each one close to you. Where there

To My Sister In CHRIST,
I praised the LORD for you in my prayer time for the past three days. I am awaiting a call
from my daughter today. This is the third day Tommy John is receiving a strong dose of
antibiotic by injection and having another blood culture done. I spoke to my daughter
yesterday and she told me his white cell count was 15,000 above normal on Monday. I
thought it was 10,000. Charlotte, the Lord is answering all of our prayers. It went down
to 10,000 yesterday. He has to keep going for injections until it is back to normal. My
daughter was a nervous wreck last night. Awaiting the pathologist report she will receive
today on Tommy Johns blood report and dealing with the death of her father-in-law
(yesterday) . I forwarded all your prayers to her for encouragement and support. The
pastor of the church she attends came over to the house and answered a lot of questions
she had in reference to, how she should tell her 5 yr. old. I will keep you updated on

My Loving and faithful servant
and sister in CHRIST, My daughter just called me with the results of Tommy Johns blood
test. PRAISE THE LORD! His blood level (white cells) are dropping to almost normal. There
is an infection on and around his penis. He is on medication for that. The DR. assured her
in a few days he will be fine. It is the infection from his body coming out, and he has
had 4 days of strong antibiotics injected into him. Charlotte, I also received a note from
Marilyn (I am sure a sister in CHRIST). Tonight we have our prayer meeting, and me and 4
other sisters are gonna praise the LORD for HIS mercy, love and faithfulness. And for HIS
faithful and loving servant and sister, YOU. Charlotte, Please tell all of our sisters in
CHRIST (Hilda, Marilyn, And others) of The LORD healing Tommy John. My eyes are filled

Heavenly Father I lift up Sister
Theresa's Missionary to Africa to you in prayer. As she was speaking Sunday my
heart was truly touched and saddened as she described some of the situations there. We are
so fortunate to live in a country where we are not persecuted for being Christians. So
fortunate that we can freely share the good news of Christ with others without being
murdered or tortured. She also spoke of the property there and the need to get the gospel
out to the un-reached tribes. As she stood there and stated that she could not wait to get
back to Kenya, I thought thank you Lord for sending people like Sister Theresa to reach
out to the people of this country and to teach others to share the gospel with the
un-reached. As your word says we are to go out into all the world with the gospel of
Christ. The ones who go out in Kenya travel on foot and sleep out in the open at night
until they reach their destination. The temperatures there are very hot and humid during
the day and cold at night. They place their lives in danger as there are many poisonous
snakes etc. in this country. Students are going out to the un-reached tribes with the
gospel and many are accepting Jesus as their Lord and their Savior and Churches are being
planted there. They are in need of vans which would be a great blessing. Lord I ask that

Heavenly Father I lift up Linda's daughter
to you in prayer. She is in her thirties and suffers from mental illness, she is mentally
disabled. She has been approved for SSI but refuses to sign the papers. A few attempts
have been made to get her signature but to no avail thus far. Without her signature she
will not receive these benefits. She has no means of support monies coming to her other
than this. Linda has tried very hard to help her but she is very hard to handle. Linda has
had to distance herself from her daughter. Lord I ask that you wrap Linda's daughter in

guidance in her life. I ask that you send someone who will be able to make her understand
the importance of her signature. I ask that they be able to make her understand that

Linda's daughter finally signed the papers
for SSI. She is on medication to help her mental disorder and she is trying to quit
smoking. Please keep her in prayer and pray also for Linda and her daughter to have a

to you in prayer. She had a major stroke and her prognosis is not good! After her stoke,
she has had seizures all day and through the night. They have incubated her and the

Laurel was running a temp of over 102 yesterday
evening and they packed her in ice to bring it down. They also set her ICU room temp down
to about 45 degrees to help. As it stands now, the doctors are not sure what all is wrong
with her as all of their tests are coming back negative. They want to do a brain surgery
to see if they can find out anything from it. But we as the immediate family are saying No
to it as they don't think she will make it through surgery. Please continue to keep Laurel

Dear Charlotte, I am sorry
that I didn't get back to you sooner but have been very busy with Laurel at the hospital.
I am just now getting to my way behind mail. Laurel is doing wonderfully Praise GOD! She
is recovering from everything now & even the brain lesions are healing. The
doctors said once she was off life-support, that they didn't hold out much hope for her.
But they are not GOD! Apparently GOD isn't finished with her here just yet as HE is
healing her. Such a blessing to see GOD'S mighty hand at work here with Laurel! Thank you
so much for your prayers for Laurel and please continue to pray for her as she has a long

Laurel is getting
better day by day. She still has a lot of confusion. But is now feeding herself, doing
physical therapy again too. She has not been ambulatory for most of her 17 weeks in the
hospital and cannot really stand nor walk. She is having to relearn to walk again. But
with all the prayers of the saints & GOD grace, she has survived and will continue to
heal. Her brain lesions have almost healed all the way now too, PTL! Thank you for asking

Hi Charlotte,
Thanks for asking about Laurel. She is at home by the grace of GOD. But down hearted a lot
most of the time. She isn't able to do everything like she did before, (housework &
the like). So when things she decides she wants to do and she can't, she cries.
Breaks my heart so much.......... She is still very weak and her memory is not fully
functional but she is able to walk, dress herself and things like that. She is even
getting better at bathing herself again. So please continue to keep her in prayer.

Charlotte, Laurel is still having small
seizures and the medications are not
helping. She also has a ruptured
disc in her lower back. The doctor is leary of doing surgery due to the
fact that he thinks she may become paralyzed. Her regular doctor is
afraid that she may have a return case of the MRSA Staff Infection if
not worse (MRSA is not curable). Thank you for asking about her as
I worry about her always as she is a good friend of mine for going on 25
yrs.

Laurel is still alive Praise GOD! She has had
major back surgery recently, she is a very stubborn and independent
woman. She hasn't listened to the doctors and this has caused her to

himself on fire. He is burned on ninety percent of his body, sixty-five percent, third
degree burns and twenty-five percent second degree burns. He is in Boston at the Shiner's
Burn Center. His condition is critical and unstable. They expect things to be
worse the next two to three weeks. The doctors have found an antibiotic resistant bacteria
in his wounds and blood. His heart, lungs, liver, kidneys and pancreas are all under
tremendous distress. Lord I ask that you wrap Justin in your arms of love. I ask
that you draw him close to you. I ask that you remove any pain and discomfort that he may
be having. I ask that you strengthen his immune system to help in fighting off all

She has been very ill for the past two weeks. She had a reaction to a drug
prescribed by her doctor and almost went into cardiac arrest, due to the fluid build up in
her body, fortunately, it was taken care of in time. Thank you Lord! The medication
caused swelling in her legs and feet as well as a red, itchy rash. She has been unable to
walk for almost two weeks now. She was taken off the medication and put on another kind,
plus water pills to take the swelling down. The medication she was allergic to was working
for her back, spine and leg problems now the doctor has to find another one that will work
for her. She has been in severe pain since all of this has happened, Lord I ask that you
wrap Patty in your arms of love. I ask that you draw her close to you. I ask that you give
comfort to her and remove any pain and discomfort that she may be having. I ask that a new
medication be prescribed that will remove her pain and discomfort. I ask that no allergic
reactions occur. I ask that you give wisdom and guidance to the doctor treating her and
lead him to find a procedure that will take care of her problems. I ask that she be
approved to receive Social Security Disability, as she had to quit her job and is unable
to work at any job right now due to the pain caused from her

My Dearest Sister, Charlotte, Since I was taken off the medication that
was working for me, nothing else has worked so far. I've taken so many different
kinds of drugs and nothing takes the pain away. I went to my Doctor last week and
requested an MRI to be done to find out "exactly" what my problem is. He knows I
do not have medical insurance, quit my job, applied for Social Security Disability and
really cannot afford the $1,200 for an MRI. He told me "Patty, you can't afford this,
and I'm not going to let you spend your savings on something that may tell me what I
already know. He thinks I have a ruptured disk in my back that needs surgical
repair. He said he would call me on Thursday, this was on Monday, and he did call,
and told me to call the MRI Center for an appointment. They were going to do the MRI
for me free of charge!! Is this not God working thru my Doctor??? I do not know of any
other Doctor that would do this! I started crying and told him "He was one in a
million and there would never be another Doctor like him". I had the MRI last night,
so I should get the results back the first of next week. The MRI put me in so much pain
because of the position I had to lay in for 30 minutes!! When it was done, I could not
even lift myself off the table, the technician had to help me get up. So now I'm
just waiting still and praying for a miracle because I know the Lord can work miracles. He
stopped the pain last year for 3 months and then it came back. If He can stop it for
3 months, He can stop it forever!! I've turned all this over to the Lord and whatever
He decides is what will be. I will not know if I get approved for Social Security
Disability for 60 to 90 days!! And if I do get approved, I will not get the first check
until the sixth month!! (Retroactive from the date of my disability.....when I quit my

Hi Prayer Warrior's, I would
like to request a prayer for myself as I have to go into the hospital on Tuesday to get a
Spinal Epidermal, and I need as many prayers as I can get, as I'm so scared to do this!!
(Anything around the spinal cord scares me!!) I don't want to wake up
paralyzed! I got to my Doctor today to find out the results of my MRI. There is more wrong
with me than the Doctor knew although he guessed the one part, right on the mark!! I
have Grade II Spondylolisthesis at L5-S1 (these are the number of the vertebras in
your back,) with coexistent severe disc degenerative change and L5 nerve root compression.
Also, there is a left paracentric disc herniatinat T11-T12 with minor effacement of the
ventral thecal sac. There is a facet arthropathy at the level of the lower lumbar
spine. No cord compression is seen. (These last two are what my Doctor did not know)
Makes a lot of sense doesn't it? LOL Medical jargon!! Anyway, he wants me to
go the Emergency Room of the hospital on Tuesday and to call him before I go, and he is
going to fax my MRI report over there, so they will see what is wrong with me, and will
have to treat me instead of sending me home or doing another MRI on me. FIRST, I'm going
to try the "Epidermal" with having cortisone injected into my lower back
and spine." If that works, good! He said it may and may not. They can give
me up to three of these treatments. If all these treatments fail to help me, then I have
to get back surgery and get a steel plate put into my back where the vertebras are on top
of each other which is pinching my sciatic nerve. I was not ready to go into the
hospital this quick but he said I should not wait any longer as it will only get worse!
He said if I had no insurance (which I don't) that they would send a social worker
in to talk to me about Medicaid and get the paperwork started for me to be on Medicaid. I
have not applied for Medicaid or Food Stamps yet, I was going to do this Tuesday.
As of Tuesday I will not be home to get any emails and I do not know how long
I will stay in the hospital. Say a Prayer for me that the Great Master Healer of
all times will guide the surgeons hands while he works on me!!! May God Bless

Hi Charlotte, I'm
doing better. I go again today (Thursday) for my second treatment, there are 3 in
all. The first one has helped me though I still have to take pain pills. Until
I can live without any pain medication I don't feel I'm cured. I'm hoping by the last
treatment that it will be done and over with and I will not need the pain medicine.
I only want to return to be a normal, functioning person again and not have all the

to you in prayer. A D&C was scheduled for her today. She was pregnant and the baby
died inside of her. The doctor said the cause was from carrying the baby to high. Her two
daughters have been told that the doctor was wrong and there was no baby, they did not
want them to think that mommy picking them up or anything caused the baby's death. One
daughter took it pretty well, the other one just cried and cried and kept asking why was
the doctor wrong . Melinda and her husband Roger are taking it very hard as this was their
last chance to have another baby. Lord I ask that you wrap Melinda, Roger and their

experiencing problems and having chest pain as a result of a very stressful and unbearable

and she can make her own decisions. She has made trips home but not to her parents home.
She visited a boyfriend and some of her girlfriends. Recently she told her parents she is
moving back home, but not to their home, and will be attending a local junior
college. She told them she will be moving in with some people. Sharon has been
brought up with loving parents and they are saddened as they are seeing a totally
different side of their daughter. She ignores their advise and it is really breaking her
mother's heart. Lord I ask that you wrap Sharon in your arms of love. I ask that you draw

My Aunt Jewel who has been
hospitalized for almost six months following a heart by pass is going to be sent

Aunt Jewel has improved to walking with a walker and is eating. Right now however she is

Cancer. This cancer is a subtype of non- Hodgkin's Lymphoma. He is being treated with
chemotherapy, he has two more treatments left. He has been told that this type of cancer
is not curable. Lord I ask that you wrap Jimmy in your arms of love. I ask that you draw
him close to you. I ask that you remove any pain and discomfort that he may be having. I

I just talked to Jimmy today. He is not doing too
well at all. His blood count is way out of range and the doctors are being very careful to
get it back to normal. The last time this happened, whatever they gave him trying to get
it back to normal made him sicker than the treatments. He is supposed to have his last
treatment next Wednesday but, as of now, they are not sure that he will be able to take it
then. Please continue to pray for him, I know that God is in control and can take

sister-in-law Barbara to you in prayer. She has had bad lungs for quite a few years
now. She is in the Intensive Care Unit and her condition is very serious. The doctor had
her on the ventilator, they had to remove it at her request. My brother Fred is not
holding up very well, he is afraid of losing her. Lord I ask that you wrap Barbara in your

I called my brother last night,
Barbara is doing much better. She will be moved from the Intensive Care Unit today. Praise The Lord!!!! My family wishes to say thank you to all

Update 5/15
I spoke
with my brother Fred tonight. Barbara is home from the hospital, she was released today.
Praise The Lord! She is sleeping a lot and still very week. Please continue in pray for
her. My brother and family wish to thank everyone who lifted Barbara up to the Lord in
prayer. The doctors were amazed that she made it through as they thought her time was up.
Please keep Fred in prayer also as he is the caretaker of Barbara. He does the cleaning,
cooking etc., he has a bad heart which led to an early retirement. He also had a
hemorrhage from the nose while Barbara was in the hospital which led him to the emergency
room. They ran a cat scan today, the doctor suspects a broken blood vessel to be the
cause. Took extra precautions because a few years back this happened and it was caused
from a tumor which had to be removed. The doctor needs to make sure that the tumor has not

Barbara
continues to improve. She is finally back to Church and praising the Lord for seeing her
through. Her son Charlie went to the altar this past Sunday, he accepted Jesus as his Lord

He has been diagnosed with terminal cancer in his right lung. There is nothing the doctors
can do for him. Lord I ask that you wrap James in your arms of love. I ask that you draw
him close to you. I ask that you remove any pain and discomfort that he may be having. I
ask that you cover him with your healing power from above. All that can be done medically
for James has been done there is nothing left, as for a cure there is none. Lord I come
before your Heavenly Throne and I ask for a miracle, I ask that you give miraculous
healing to his lungs. I ask that you remove all cancer and heal him completely. I ask that
James be a testimony to the doctors, medical staff, his family, friends, and strangers of
your healing power and of the power of prayer. If it is not your will to heal him then I

My dear friends, I just wanted to let you all know that our James died yesterday afternoon
at 5.45pm. He was in no pain, and died very peacefully at home. I would like to
thank each and every one of you for all your love and support of our family over what has
been a very difficult time. We were very lucky to have had such an inspirational and
courageous young man in our lives. He touched so many people's lives in so many
precious ways. His funeral will be held this coming Saturday so please keep any eye on the
paper. You are all very welcome to come and celebrate his life with our family on

time left. There is no treatment for the stage of cancer she is in. Lord I ask that

Heavenly Father I lift up Paul
to you in prayer. Paul had been having some problems with an old pacemaker embedded in his
left chest, it was not operating and some of the wires had come lose. He has had
several surgeries to remove these wires. The latest surgery was done on April 25th, he was
scheduled to go back to have the bandage and staples removed next Tuesday. He had been
feeling weak and was experiencing some uncontrollable shaking and freezing cold
spells. He went to see his doctor on Thursday and he was given new medications and
they did some blood work. The doctor said that Paul has an infection and it is in the
blood stream already, he was admitted to the hospital. The doctor who saw Paul in the
hospital said they suspect there is an infection inside his heart, it is very serious and
very dangerous. They are taking blood to try to figure out what bacteria has invaded his
system so they can give him the proper antibiotics. He is on antibiotics now,
intravenously. The doctor said he also suspects there may be more lose wires in the
pacemaker and that they have a specialist who could go in and remove them. Lord I ask that
you wrap Paul in your arms of love. I ask that you draw him close to you. I ask that you
cover him with your healing power from above. I ask that you give wisdom and knowledge to
the doctors and medical staff who are caring for Paul. I ask that the proper antibiotics
be found and that through them he will be healed completely. I ask that no wires be found
lose so Paul will be spared from having to have surgery again. I ask that you give comfort
to his wife Teri, their sons, their daughter and his sister Hilda and family and draw each
one close to you. I ask for complete healing. I ask in the name of Jesus. Amen.
5/8 Update
Family, friends, brothers and sisters in
Christ. The doctors have isolated the bacteria and are treating it with an antibiotic
through an IV. The wires left in the left chest are infected and apparently caused
the infection throughout. The cardiologist has indicated they will do surgery on Thursday,
May 10, 2001 at 12:00 noon to remove completely the useless pacemaker as well as the one
that does function as they are concerned it may be infected too. Not only that, the doctor
says it's all just a piece of junk now - it's safety has been compromised. They will
insert a new pacemaker, state of the art, on the left side, under the rib cage, next to
the heart. The cardiologist says it will be more accessible with less invasion to the body
if they should ever have to go in again. The surgery will be just like having a bypass so
he is going to be very, very uncomfortable and in a lot of pain after. I ask that you pray
for Paul's health, the surgeon's hands and the staff that they may all be guided by the
Greatest Physician of all; for comfort and peace for his family; and that the Lord will
keep Paul close to His own loving Heart. It is difficult for me to ask for the
proper prayer, but God knows what's in my heart and I trust He will lead each of you to
prayer. I thank God for isolating the bacteria so quickly and I know that His Hand

Update 5/14/01
Charlotte, Paul was doing really well this afternoon
when I saw him. I saw him for the first time yesterday afternoon and he did not look too
healthy, sort of very pale and weak. His cardiologist came in and told us the reason for
this paleness is because he lost a lot of blood during surgery. Consequently he was a
little anemic but they were going to give him a pint of blood. He reassured Paul
that the blood would be good blood, not tainted in any way. Today, his color is much
improved and he was joking and carrying on. He hasn't been able to eat much but he's in
good spirits, Praise God! Thank you, dear friend, for caring. There were so many
prayers for Paul that I know the Lord is still sorting through all of them (LOL)! I will

Charlotte, Terri just called to let me know Paul is
doing better, however Teri is upset. She said one of the doctors on the cardiology team
taking care of Paul told her he was concerned that there may be an infection in one of the
heart valves. He wants to do a procedure this Thursday to check it out. Teri doesn't think
that his body should be subjected to more invasion than is necessary. I advised her to
call Paul's surgeon and ask him to speak with the cardiologist and if they both agree then
he should have it done. Please continue in prayer for Paul. Love Hilda
Update 6/1
Hi Charlotte! Paul is doing a lot better. He is
still in the hospital so the doctors can monitor how well the antibiotic is working from
day to day. He has been told he can come home next Friday, June 8th. It's been
a long 4 weeks already and he is anxious to get home. I was waiting to hear more before
sending an update to all the wonderful prayer warriors that have been praying for Paul. I
had a set back myself last week and wound up in the hospital on the same floor with Paul.
I was only there three days. I felt ill over the weekend and did a lot of
resting; then on Monday the 21st I really felt bad in the afternoon so I called the doctor
and was told to go on in to the office. The doctor did an EKG and didn't like the results
so he send me straight to the hospital. Tuesday morning they did an angiogram and found
the main coronary artery had a 95% blockage, so then inserted a stent. I came home
Wednesday and have been resting a lot. Today I went to my regular doctor and had a
wonderful checkup - blood pressure was 120/70, pulse rate was 72, and he did an EKG and
said it was perfect - showed it to me so I could see how beautiful it was! He gave
me a list of foods I can have and those I must avoid and told me to start walking 10
minutes a day for 30 days; then I am to increase the time to 15 or 20 minutes. He says my
body will tell me how much to speed up. I will see the cardiologist on June 19th and I
just know everything will be just fine. Those three days really put me behind on my emails
and some got deleted. I was allowed 30 to 40 minutes each day on the computer and today I
got an hour. Slowly but surely, because the Lord is walking with me. I love you

Dear Charlotte,
Paul is now at home - came home June 7th. While he was still in the hospital,
I had to be rushed to the same hospital. Turns out I had a 95% blockage in the main
coronary artery and was Paul's neighbor on the same floor for 2 1/2 days. They
inserted a metal stint in my artery to allow the blood to flow through to the heart.
I am doing very well and will see the cardiologist next week on the 20th. The Lord
has given me a second chance to get things right, Charlotte, and I am ever so grateful.
I walk ten minutes a day and can do pretty much anything my body tolerates.
Paul was still in the hospital when we got a telephone call from my brother Carlos'
wife to tell me he was in the ICU in Fort Worth. He suffered a mild heart attack in
the wee hours of Monday morning, June 4th, another on Wednesday while his daughter was
visiting him in the ICU. Thursday morning they did a single by-pass. His main
coronary artery was 99% blocked and the blockage was from 3 to 4 inches long. By
God's grace, he did not have any heart damage. I talked to him this afternoon and he
is doing fine except that they are having trouble stabilizing the oxygen in his blood.
He is an asthmatic and they are controlling that really well. As soon as they
stabilize the oxygen they will release him. At this time the doctors are considering
sending an oxygen tank home with him when he does leave the hospital. But it will
all depend on how well he does between now and the actual release date. I've been hit on
all sides! I am the oldest, then Paul and then Carlos and all three of us in the
hospital for similar problems. Paul and Carlos had much more serious problems than I
did but if I hadn't gone in when I did, the doctor said I would have had a heart attack.
God be praised, He has never left my side, Charlotte. And He was with my brothers
all along. On top of all this, our daughter moved out to an apartment of her own on
June 11th and our son and his friend Becky arrived this morning for a 10 day stay.
We are getting ready to go the Rio Grande Valley where our son and daughter will be
Godparents to a cousin. When we get back on the 19th I'll have the afternoon to rest
up before my appointment the next day with the cardiologist. Once our son leaves
Ruben and I can start concentrating on cleaning, painting and rearranging rooms. We
are going to take our time! Well, there you have it! I get tired easily but am
just fine if I just sit and rest for a few minutes every now and then. Paul is
scheduled to see his cardiologist next week also and has been told not to drive for 2
weeks. He is 'chomping at the bit' because he too gets tired very easily and has to
take it easy. They had planned to attend the Christening this weekend but Paul's not
allowed to travel that far yet. Take care, my friend, and help me praise the Lord for He

lift up our nation to you in prayer. As we remember these words as we come before
you in prayer today may we grasp the meaning. One nation under God, to me this means we
are under your authority, your control, your guidance and your instruction. Lord may we
walk in your ways and let you be in full control of our lives. We pray for this nation
that you will raise up leaders who are Christians and who are strong in your word. We pray
for President Bush that you will give him wisdom and guidance as he leads our country. We
pray that he will be honorable as to having and showing a strict regard for what is
morally right. We pray that he will be upright as to having and showing a strict adherence
to moral principles. We pray that he will be honest showing adherence to truthfulness,
candor, fairness, and being honest in his business dealings. We pray that he will be just

for the youth in this country and throughout the world, we pray for a spiritual awakening
in their lives. We pray for all races and nationalities, we pray that they will come
together as one in Christ. We pray that they will come together in peace. We pray for our
Pastors and teaches of your word, that they will be honorable as to having and showing a
strict regard for what is morally right. We pray that they will be upright as to having

disease caused as a result of smoking. He has been on oxygen since November of 1996. Lord

with your healing power from above. I ask that you open his lungs so he can breathe freely

HI, I really love and appreciate
your prayers. I had pneumonia and had to go into the hospital for seven days. They treated
me with antibiotics. GOD brought me through once more. I am sure it is from all
the prayers. I will be on antibiotics for ten more days, then they are going to do more
x-rays, because of the pneumonia they couldn't get good pictures. Please pray that they
will not find any tumors. Gene

for all of your prayers I have been staying at the beach, since I got out of the
hospital. GOD is so wonderful, he has given me five years, the doctors didn't
think I could live. My doctor now believes that it is a miracle. PRAYER can
change anything, I will be praying for your friend (Betty). I don't have a computer
at the beach, but I am still praying with you, please continue to pray for me. I am going
to try fishing. I have been on your pray list for some time, thanks, there is
nothing you or anyone can do

I really thank GOD for you. You have made a difference in
my life! it is so wonderful that you can touch someone's heart through the computer.
I appreciate all your prayers, GOD has brought me through another battle with infection. I
am still on antibiotics but I know I will be OK, the phlegm coming from my lungs has
cleared up. I am still so weak, but feel good, I am going to the beach for a few
days, Wednesday. I don't have a computer there, but keep praying for me, I really

Daralynn is in an abusive marriage and her husband is an alcoholic. Lord I ask that you
wrap this family in your arms of love. I ask that you draw each one close to you. I ask
that you cover Robert with your healing power from above. I ask that you remove any pain
and discomfort that he may be having as a result of the surgery. I ask that you see
him through recovery with no complications. I ask that you heal him completely and remove
all cancer. I ask that you place a desire in Michelle's heart to reconcile with Arlene. I
ask that you bring them together in love and forgiveness and that whatever the problems

Robert is coming along, he
found out the extent of his surgery and is depressed, he needs the Lord. He will learn how
to use his voice box when his throat heals, but no eating or drinking through the mouth.
It is hard with no tongue, he feel like a freak. Please pray for him for acceptance and to

Heavenly Father I lift up Carter
to you in prayer. He is nine months old. Tuesday, March 20, his mother Rachel received a
call at work from the sitter who was crying, saying that Carter had a fever, diarrhea,
vomiting and was having seizures. Rachel said when she got there he was very unresponsive,
he wasn't even blinking. She rushed him to the hospital where he was moved on to another
hospital. Several test were done on Tuesday and by Wednesday the parents were told that he
had Rotavirus. This is usually just an intestinal virus, and was the cause of the
vomiting and diarrhea, which he was still having. After a few days in the hospital
they thought the virus would run it's course and he'd be fine. They continued to do tests
to see what caused the seizures and a very low sugar level. Thursday, March 22, they
placed him in the Intensive Care Unit, the doctors said the virus caused Hepatitis, which
caused his liver to swell. He has been placed on the # 1 spot on the nationwide donor list
for a liver transplant. Now they are just having to wait for a suitable donor. Lord I
ask that you wrap this precious child in your arms of love. I ask that you give comfort to
him and remove any pai that he is having. This little baby is in serious condition and
won't make it without a liver transplant. Lord I ask that you cover him with your healing
power from above. I ask that you heal his liver so a transplant won't be needed. I ask
that you give comfort to his parents, Rachel and Jamie. I ask that you draw them close to
you. I come before your Heavenly Throne and I ask for miraculous healing. I pray that
Cater's healing will be a testimony to the doctors, medical staff, family, friends and
strangers of your healing power and of the power of prayer. I pray that when he is old
enough his parents will share his testimony with him and he in turn will tell others. If
healing is to come from having a transplant I ask that you make provisions for him. I ask
that you guide the surgeons hands and bring him through the transplant free from
complications and completely healed. Lord I ask for complete healing. I ask in the name of
