Heavenly Father I lift up Marci to you in prayer. She suffers from depression, diabetes, diabetic neuraphy and heart problems which she had surgery for and still has a blockage in her left artery. She is thirty-six years old and was never able to have children because of cervical cancer. The recent death of her mother has really been hard for her to get through and she has totally shut down. She states that her mother was the only person that she had in this world that she could have a good relationship with. They lived next door to one another, they talked to each other, they shopped together, laughed together and she visited with her almost everyday. Her husband is an alcoholic and he is unemployed and drinking a lot, she wants very much for him to turn his life around. All of the problems and sadness that she is burdened with have left her with thoughts of suicide. She feels a sadness so deep within her heart that the pain is unbearable for her to get through. Lord I ask that you wrap Marci in your arms of love. I ask that you draw her close to you. I ask that you surround her with comfort and love. I ask that you cover her with your healing power from above. I come before your Heavenly Throne on her behalf, believing that through you all things are possible and I ask that you give healing to her body, I ask that you open the blockage in her artery, I ask that you give her the will power to lose weight and put the cigarettes away. I ask that you remove depression and thoughts of suicide from her mind and replace them with your peace that surpasses all understanding. I ask that you give her peace in knowing that her mother is with you and that she will see her again. I ask that you deliver her husband from alcoholism. I ask that you open his eyes to see the pain that his wife is going through. I ask that you open his heart to feel love and compassion for her. I ask that you send Christians in his path to share the GOOD NEWS OF CHRIST with him. I ask that you open his heart to feel, open his ears to hear and open his eyes to see to your wonderful love. Heavenly Father I lift up Marci to you in prayer. Her mother passed away on December 11th, rather suddenly and unexpectedly. This had been a very difficult time for Marci as they were very close and lived next door to one another. Lord I ask that you wrap Marci in your arms of love. I ask that you comfort and draw her close to you. I ask that you surround her with your peace that surpasses all understanding. I ask that you give comfort to each and every loved one and comfort them during the holidays when they will miss this precious woman being there with them. I ask in the name of Jesus. Amen,

Heavenly Father I lift up Robby Robinson's Dad to you in prayer. He is in the hospital in a comatose state and his condition is not well at all. Robby will be leaving for Memphis today to be with his dad. Lord I ask that you wrap Robby's dad in your arms of love. I ask that you cover him with your healing power from above. I ask that you surround him with your presence. I do not know the diagnoses of this man or why he is a comatose state, but I do know that you are our great physician, you are our healer. Therefore I come before your Heavenly Throne on his behalf, believing that through you all things are possible and I ask that you bring him through whatever illness he has free from complications, completely healed. If it is not your will to heal him then I ask that you bring him out of coma so he can be with his family and have time to say what they need to say to one another. I ask that you give comfort to the family as they await the final outcome. I ask t! hat you draw each one close to you. I ask that you give them the strength to accept whatever your will is. His friends Erik and Julie and his fiancé Heidi have been staying by his side through this dreadful disease and they are very emotionally tired.  Lord I ask that you wrap Brian in your arms of love. I ask that you draw him close to you. I ask that you cover him with your healing power from above. I ask that you remove any pain and discomfort that he may be having. I come before your Heavenly Throne on his behalf, believing that through you all things are possible and I ask for a miracle, I ask that you remove this disease from his body. Thank you all so much for your prayers for Brian. Happily and sadly, Brian went home to be with the Lord on Monday, February 3rd. His body was rittled with cancerous tumors.  He was only 20 years of age.  He and his fiance, Heidi, married three or four  weeks prior to that. Thank you once again for your faithful prayers.

Heavenly Father I lift up Valerie to you in prayer. She just signed divorce papers she did not want to sign.  Her husband abandoned her and her children and she feels that his family hates her.  Even though her husband was unfaithful she still tried to save their marriage. He told his family that he still loves Valerie and they kicked him out of their house. They have money and control over their son and he has now sided with them. Since he has worked for them he has become a miserable and bitter person. He and Valerie just wanted to serve you Lord but his family has stood in the way. Valerie is feeling deserted and suicidal right now. Lord I ask that you wrap this precious woman in your arms of love. I ask that you comfort her and let your presence surround her. I ask that you remove all thoughts of suicide from her mind that the evil one has placed there. I ask that you send Christians in her path who will comfort her and be there for her when she needs someone to talk to. I come before your Heavenly Throne on her behalf, believing that through you all things are possible and I ask that you restore this marriage. I ask that you bring them back together in love and forgiveness. I ask that you rekindle their love and I pray that together they will draw close to you and never let anyone or anything stand in their way of serving you. If the husband refuses full submission in obeying your word as far as marriage is concerned, then I ask that you see Valerie through this difficult time in her life. I ask tat you give her the strength to accept the outcome. I ask that you bring joy and peace to her and her children. Heavenly Father I lift up Kit to you in prayer. She went to see a surgeon to set up an appointment to have surgery done on her right shoulder and arm. She has been diagnosed with Chronic Pulmonary Disease and anesthesia could be a problem for her. Lord I ask that you wrap Kit in your loving arms. I ask that you draw her close to you. I ask that you cover her with your healing power from above. I ask that you guide the surgeons hands and bring her safely through, free from complications, completely healed. I come before your Heavenly Throne on her behalf believing that through you all things are possible and I ask that you heal and restore her lungs to function normally. Heavenly Father I lift up Rose to you in prayer. She was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome some time ago. This disease has robbed her of energy and there are times when she can barely function. She is faithful in serving within the church, being with the children and teaching them. Lord I ask that you wrap Rose in your arms of love. I ask that you draw her close to you. I ask that you cover her with your healing power from above. Heavenly Father I lift up Sal to you in prayer. An EKG was done during a visit with his  doctor and as a result a stress test has been recommended. He will schedule this test to be done after the holidays, some time in January. Lord I ask that you wrap Sal in your arms of love. I ask that you draw him close to you. I ask that you remove any fear that he may be having and replace it with calmness and peace in knowing that you are with him every step of the way. Heavenly Father I lift up Carol to you in prayer. She has been diagnosed with bone spurs of the heel. They are very painful especially when she walks. The doctor has given her the option to have surgery but this is not a choice for her at this time.  Lord I ask that you wrap Carol in your arms of love. I ask that you draw her close to you. I ask that you remove any pain and discomfort that she may be having. I come before your Heavenly Throne on her behalf, believing that through you all things are possible and I ask for miraculous healing. I ask that you remove the spurs from her heals so she can avoid having surgery done in the future. Heavenly Father I lift up Vince to you in prayer. He has been diagnosed with cancer of the prostate. The doctor that he has been seeing for some time now diagnosed him by doing a biopsy, a moderate aggressive tumor was found, radiation treatment was recommended. Vince went for a second opinion and a Color Doppler Imaging Test was done which showed no cancer. When Vince told his doctor that no cancer was found from the doctor that he went to for a second opinion he became angry and said that there was no such test. Lord you can imagine how confused Vince is with two different diagnosis. Lord I ask that you wrap Vince in your arms of love. I ask that you draw him close to you. I ask that you speak to him in your still small voice and give him direction as to what he needs to do as a follow up. If he is to seek a third opinion, I ask that you lead him to a doctor who is honest ! and well skilled. I come before your Heavenly Throne on behalf of Vince, believing that through you all things are possible and I ask Lord that the third opinion be as the second opinion, no cancer found. I ask that he be a testimony to the doctors, family and friends of your healing power and of the power of prayer. I ask that you give comfort to Vince and his family as they await the final result. Vince has been on radiation treatments, he has two more weeks to go. After he has finished the treatments he will rest for two weeks, then he will have a Radioactive Seed Implantation. Thank you for your prayers, please continue in prayer for complete healing.

Heavenly Father I lift up Eileen Graney to you in prayer. She was admitted to Buffalo General with an infection in her leg and foot. The infection is very bad and they are waiting for a surgeon to see her. They are talking like they may have to amputate half of her leg. She is diabetic and had half of her foot removed three years ago. Lord I ask that you wrap Eileen in your arms of love. I ask that you draw her close to you. I ask that you cover her with your healing power from above. I ask that you give wisdom to the doctors who will be caring for her. I come before your Heavenly Throne on her behalf, believing that through you all things are possible and I ask that you bring her safely through, free from complications, completely healed of all infection. Update 11/30/02
 I just talked to my friend's daughter. She said Eileen has received nothing short of a miracle.  Yesterday her temp was 105 and today it's normal.  She was rushed into surgery and they removed her foot just above the ankle. Had to do it immediately as the infection was so bad she wouldn't have made it through the night. The family is very positive after the change they've seen since yesterday.  Eileen was awake enough today to know them. Please keep her in your prayers, she is still critical.  Katie is believing she'll give up the cigarettes too now, she'll be in the hospital for a while and will have to do without them anyway. Heavenly Father I lift up Theresa and her husband TJ to you in prayer. They had an accident this past Wednesday, her truck hit loose gravel, rolled down an embankment of sixty foot and landed upside down in a creek bed with water waist deep. TJ was able to get out and flag down help and they called the highway patrol. TJ sustained a few bruises and Theresa was life-flighted to St. John's Trauma Center.  She broke her neck and the surgeon had to remove a bone from her hip and fuse in the broken bones. She has a halo screwed into her head to hold her neck still so it will heal properly. She has been removed from the breathing machine, she is being tube fed as she is not allowed to have anything to drink or eat right now. Thank you Lord that TJ was not injured seriously and that he was able to flag down help. Thank you for bringing Theresa safely through surgery. Lord I ask that you wrap her in your arms of love. I ask that you draw her close to you. I ask that you cover her with your healing power from above. I ask that you give her a speedy recovery from her injuries, free from complications, completely healed. I ask that you place Christians in her path to share the GOOD NEWS OF CHRIST with her. I ask that you open her eyes to see, her ears to hear and her heart to feel your wonderful love. I pray for salvation. I pray that she will give all PRAISE, HONOR AND GLORY unto you and know in her heart that it is because of you that she came through alive. THEY HAVE DISCOVERED THAT THERESA'S JAW IS BROKEN IN HALF AND THEY ARE GOING TO DO ANOTHER SURGERY AND PLACE A PLATE IN  AND WIRE HER JAW SHUT. PLEASE PRAY FOR HER SALVATION AND THAT NO MORE SURGERIES ARE NECESSARY. SHE HAD HER FIRST THERAPY SESSION LAST NIGHT TO KEEP HER MUSCLES FROM GETTING STIFF AND KEEPING HER FROM WALKING. THEY KEEP HER PRETTY SEDATED.  THANK FOR THE PRAYERS I WILL KEEP YOU UPDATED ON HER CONDITION. GOD BLESS ... LINDA

She shared with me that he has not been feeling well for some time, he can't seem to get rid of a very bad cold. Lord I ask that you wrap Dale in your arms of love. Heavenly Father I lift up my cousin Darrell to you in prayer. I don't have to tell you how ill he has been over the years with his heart, I do thank you Lord for keeping him here with us. I especially thank you for his salvation. He is scheduled to have a new pacemaker/difibulator installed next Friday, November 28, Lord I ask that you wrap Darrell in your precious arms of love. Darrell's heart is very weak and the doctors have done all that they can do for him, therefore I come before your Heavenly Throne, believing that through you all things are possible and I ask that you strengthen his heart and give energy to his weakened body. Darrell had surgery yesterday, I spoke with his wife last night to get an update. He came through the surgery good, no complications PTL! He should be going home in a few days if all goes well. Heavenly Father I lift up Midge to you in prayer. She has been very ill for the past two years and has been to many doctors as well as three different hospitals. She has had every test the doctors said they could think of, she was told that she may have cancer and so many other things. The doctors all told her that she was a mystery and had the medical community stumped and confused. The doctors said they just didn't know how to treat her because they couldn't find out what the problem causing her illness was. They all  gave up on her, but Praise To You Lord  through  posting her symptoms on every medical board on the Internet that she could find after the doctors  told her that there was no use for her to come back to them, a lady whom she refers to as a messenger from you Lord read her symptoms and answered her and said that her symptoms  were the same as that of  a disease known as Behcet's Disease, a rare, chronic, lifelong disease that affects your whole body and can be life threatening. The lady said that her sister had it. Her sister emailed Midge and she in turn emailed her back telling her all that she was going through and she responded in saying that it sure sounded like Behcet's Disease and sent her some links to websites. Midge researched and printed out everything she could find about this disease and called to get an appointment with her doctor, she was told that he was booked up and she would have to wait until after Nov. 8th. She made an appointment with the nurse practitioner instead and took all of the material she had printed out with her. The nurse practitioner read quite a bit of the information and told Midge to wait there until she showed it to the other doctors in the clinic. She and three other doctors got together including the doctor that she couldn't get an appointment with and read all of the material and compared all of her records and were amazed. They said that she had diagnosed her own disease. She told them no she didn't and gave all of the Glory, Honor and Praise To You Lord! They gave up on her but you didn't. Midge feels that she shocked the doctors that day and hopefully got them to thinking about how we all have to depend on you for everything. It was no coincidence that in the same week that the doctors gave up on her, that this lady was there to help her. Midge knows in her heart that it was you Lord who intervened and sent her help.   When she feel that she can't go on, she knows that she can because you are with her every step of the way, and you will not put anymore on her more than she can bear. What a wonderful testimony to you Lord. I ask that you wrap Midge in your arms of love. I ask that you draw her close to you. I ask that you remove any pain and discomfort that she may be having. I ask that you cover her with your healing power from above. I thank you Lord for sending someone to help confirm her diagnosis. Lord I ask that you wrap Tracy and her unborn child in your precious arms of love. I ask that you draw Tracy close to you. I ask that you place a hedge of protection around her during her time of pregnancy. I ask that her delivery go well and that no complications arise. I ask that her baby come into the world healthy in every way. I pray that this child will grow up to learn of your love and that she and her parents will have a close bond of love. Hi Everyone....We had another ultrasound today, and the baby is doing great!!  She's very active!!  I will be 28 weeks tomorrow and everything is within normal limits as far as size, except for her legs, which are measuring at 29 weeks 2 day's....and her feet, which look very big, but they don't have any scale to determine where she rates as far as foot size.....but with the size of my feet, it doesn't surprise me....!!!! She's 2.2 pounds now....All looks well...please continue to pray she's a healthy little girl :) Tracy & Ray
Update 3/27/03
Tracy had her precious baby and named her Alexis. This is an email that I received form her on February 26th. Hi..the Pediatrician  called today and told me they found something on Alexis's newborn screen test..the NY State required tests....there is a a suspicion of cystic fibrosis...they have made a 9:30 AM appointment for us on Tuesday, April 1st at The Children's Hosp.  they will measure the amount of chloride in her sweat..and we will know the results the same day..takes about an hour and a half...the Pediatrician said that there are a lot of false positives with the initial blood test..and if we don't have it in our family then it probably is a false positive......please pray that our little girl is OK!!  I will just die if anything is wrong with her.

Heavenly Father I lift up Leah to you in prayer. This precious child was severely injured in a traffic accident last week. She and her Dad were going to the Clemson/NC State game last week when traffic started backing up on the interstate, her Dad rear-ended the car in front of him. It was considered a minor accident, but the air bags still deployed.  Leah was riding in the passenger seat and either had her feet on the dashboard or her feet in the seat with her knees pulled up to her chest (they're not sure).  The air bag pushed her knees into her neck and face, most of the bones in her face were broken and her neck was crushed.  Her Dad saved her life by opening her airway on the scene, while waiting for the ambulance. She was airlifted to Greenville Memorial where she remains...she is not doing well. Lord I ask that you wrap Leah in your precious arms of love. I ask that you cover her with your healing power from above. I ask that you remove any pain and discomfort that she is having. I come before your Heavenly Throne on her behalf, believing that through you all things are possible and I ask that you bring her through her injuries, free from complications, completely healed. I ask that she be a testimony to the doctors, medical staff, family, friends and strangers of your healing power and of the power of prayer.
