Our
prayer
Lord reach down your mighty hand
of protection from your home above,
Wrap our military men and women in
your precious arms of love.
Please keep them safe from harms way,
Shelter them from the enemy throughout
the night and throughout the day.
Protect our prisoners of war and keep them safe,
Provide for them a way of escape.
Escape from the evil of Saddam's regime
who have taken the lives of some,
Please let no harm come to any one.
Comfort the loved ones of those who have died,
Let them feel your presence close by their side.
Lord we feel the tears that fall down from their eyes,
We are so saddened that they have to cry.
We pray for the downfall of Saddam
and his regime to come,
We pray for protection upon the
innocent ones.
We pray for the door of freedom to open
to every woman,child and man,
For wonderful peace to prevail upon this land.
Lord pour out your Holy Spirit from your home above,
Lead the people of Iraq to know Jesus and His love.
Place Christians in this land,
To share the Good News of Christ to every woman,
child and man.
Lead our military safely home,
Back with their families where they belong.
We stand united proud and tall,
We salute our military, God Bless them all.

Heavenly Father we come before your Heavenly Throne on behalf of every man and woman at war in the Middle East. Lord our hearts are saddened by all that we see and hear. So many lives lost already and more to come. We ask that you place a hedge of protection around the Prisoner's Of War. We ask that no harm come to them. We ask that a way of escape be provided for them. We ask that your presence of comfort surround them. We ask that you give safe haven from the enemy to those who are missing. We ask that you give wisdom and guidance to the ones in search of chemical warfare. We ask that all chemicals be located and guarded so they cannot be used against the Military. We ask that you place a hedge of protection around the innocent men, women and children of Iraq and keep them safe. We pray for the downfall of Saddam and his regime. We ask that you give wisdom and guidance to the leaders of the American and British Military. We ask that you give wisdom to our President and place a hedge of protection around him and his family. We ask that you give comfort to the loved ones of those who have been killed. We ask that you wrap them in your arms of love and let your presence surround them. We ask that you draw each one close to you. We ask that you give healing to those who have been injured in this terrible war. Lord as we saw the tears of a mother whose son had been captured by the enemy, our hearts broke for her as she longed to have her son safe from the hands of the enemy. Lord we feel so saddened for those who have heard that their loved ones have been captured or killed by the enemy, we cry out to you Lord to bring peace soon. Lord for the mothers, fathers, brothers, sisters, aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, children and friends of our brave men and women please hear our cry for peace. We ask these things in the name of Jesus. Amen. 3/24/03
Heavenly Father I lift up The American and
British Military to you in prayer who
are at war in the Middle East. We have lost some
of our troops and they have lost some as well.
Lord I ask that you wrap every man and woman
fighting in this war in your arms of love. I ask
that you watch over them and keep them safe from
harms way. I pray for the downfall of Saddam
Hussein and his regime. I ask that you place a
hedge of protection around the innocent men,
women and children of Iraq and give them safe
haven during the strikes. I ask that you give
wisdom and guidance to President Bush and the
military leaders in charge of making decisions.
I ask that you give comfort to the loved ones of
those who have been killed. I ask that you draw
each one close to you. Lord I come before your
Heavenly Throne, believing that through you all
things are possible and I ask that an end to
this war be soon. I ask that you place a hedge
of protection around our country and keep us
safe from terrorists. I pray that many will seek
comfort in you during this terrible time. I ask
these things in the name of Jesus. Amen.
