Because He Loved You
Mom was sent roses,
I'll always remember the tears that she shed.
Because Clarence loved you so much,
The card that came with the roses read.
His love remains here with her to
last her all her days,
He remains close within her heart
he is never far away.
Before his time on earth was over
he ask for forgiveness of his sins
and ask Jesus into his heart,
We now have peace in knowing
that we will never be apart.
We didn't say good-bye to Clarence
but until we meet again,
In God's eternal home prepared for
us where life will never end.
Every time I see a rose I think of
my brothers love,
Every time I think of Clarence
I thank our Lord above.
