Heavenly
Father I lift up my brother
Buck to you in prayer. He was
admitted to the hospital yesterday diagnosed
with pneumonia. I don't have to tell you that
he carries a heavy load. He has to take care
of his son Ryan who was electrocuted some
years ago. His daughter Ann is in need of
another kidney transplant. He lost his wife
Ruth in January, our sister in May and our
mother in July. He is in his seventies and he
too has a lot of health problems. Congestive
Heart Failure, diabetes, high blood pressure
and he carries a huge hernia that protrudes
from his side. He was admitted to the hospital
yesterday diagnosed with pneumonia. He has
also been spitting up blood. He is scheduled
to see a pulmonary doctor today. Lord I ask
that you wrap Buck in your arms of love. I ask
that you cover him with your healing power
from above. I ask that you draw him close to
you and remove any pain and discomfort that he
may be having. I ask that you give healing to
his body and I ask that you clear his lungs of
pneumonia. I ask that nothing of a serious
nature be found due to his spitting up blood.
I ask for a GOOD REPORT
on all test. I ask that you give him the
strength to take care of his family and see to
their needs. I ask for complete healing. I ask
in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Heavenly
Father I lift up my sister-in-law
Shelby to you in prayer. She was
admitted to the hospital today and diagnosed
with a blood clot. Her entire leg is swollen.
The doctor gave her a shot of Coumiden to help
in dissolving the clot and a MRI was done to
check her lungs. Lord I ask that you wrap Shelby
in your arms of love. I ask that you comfort her
and remove any pain and discomfort that she may
be having. I ask that you draw her close to you.
I ask that you cover her with your healing power
from above. I ask that you remove any fear that
she may have and replace it with peace in
knowing that you are with her every step of the
way. I ask that the MRI results come back with a
good report. I come before your Heavenly
Throne on her behalf and I ask that you remove
the clot and bring her safely through, free from
complications, completely healed. I pray
that she will open her eyes to see, open her
ears to hear and open her heart to feel your
wonderful love. I ask in the name of Jesus.

Update 9/1/04
Shelby was
released from the hospital yesterday. She was
placed on a blood thinner and has to go for
blood work every week. She has a very bad blood
clot in her groin. The doctor told her to report
to the emergency room if she has any chest pains
or other symptoms that he told her to be aware
of. So far she has not smoked any cigarettes
which is great as she was a heavy smoker. Please
continue in prayer for her.

Heavenly Father I lift up my nephew
Barry to you in prayer. He has had
a weight problem most of his life and suffers
from Sleep Apnia. He has lost weight over the
years but has had no success in keeping it off.
He is scheduled for stomach stapling surgery on
Sept. 4th. Lord I ask that you wrap Barry in
your arms of love. I ask that you comfort him
and draw him close to you. I ask that you guide
the surgeons hands and bring him safely through
this procedure free from complications. I ask
that you give him the will power to follow all
of the guidelines given to him after this
surgery is completed. I ask that his weight loss
be successful in keeping him at a normal
weight. I ask that he be healed of all medical
problems that has been a result of his weight
gain. I ask in the name of Jesus. Amen.
Heavenly Father I lift up my cousin
Betty to you in prayer. She has
cancer and recently found out that it has spread
into her lymph nodes. The doctor said they are
not going to treat it because her body could not
withstand it. Lord I ask that you wrap Betty in
your arms of love. I ask that you comfort her
and draw her close to you. I ask that you cover
her with your healing power from above. I ask
that you remove any pain and discomfort that she
may be having. The doctors have done all
that can be done for her medically, therefore, I
come before your Heavenly Throne on her behalf,
believing that through you all things are
possible and I ask for miraculous healing. I ask
that she be a testimony to the doctors, family
and friends of your healing power and of the
power of prayer. I ask that you comfort her
family and draw each one close to you. I ask in
the name of Jesus. Amen.
Heavenly Father I lift up Annie
to you in prayer. She had a colonoscopy
and it was positive for a suspicious growth in
the right ascending colon. She is scheduled for
surgery on Sept. 2nd. for a Hemi Colostomy which
takes all of the right colon and half of the
transverse. Lord I ask that you wrap Annie in
your precious arms of love. I ask that you
comfort her and draw her close to you. I ask
that you cover her with your healing power from
above. I ask that you remove any pain and
discomfort that she may be having. I come before
your Heavenly Throne on her behalf, believing
that through you all things possible and I ask
that you guide the surgeons hands and bring her
through, free from complications, completely
healed of all cancer. I ask that she be a
testimony to the doctors, medical staff, family
and friends of your healing power and of the
power of prayer. I ask that you give comfort to
her loved ones as they await the outcome. I ask
that a GOOD REPORT be given,
all cancer removed. I ask in the name of Jesus.

Heavenly Father I lift up Peter
to you in prayer. He is an elderly man in his
eighties and he is scheduled for surgery on
August 31st for removal of a tumor on his
kidney. The doctor feels that the mass may be
cancerous but won' know until it is removed
and sent for biopsy. Lord I ask that you wrap
Peter in your arms of love. I ask that you
comfort him and draw him close to you. I ask
that you cover him with your healing power
from above. I ask that you remove any pain and
discomfort that he may be having. I ask that
you remove any fear that he may have and
replace with peace in knowing that you are
with him every step of the way. I ask that
you guide the surgeons hands and bring him
safely through, free from complications,
completely healed. I ask that no cancer be
found. I ask that Peter be a testimony to the
doctors, medical staff, family and friends of
your love and of your healing power. I ask
that you send Christians in his path to share
with him the love that Jesus has for him. I
ask that you open his ears to hear, open his
eyes to see and open his heart to feel your
wonderful love. I pray for salvation. I ask
that you comfort his daughter Margie as she
awaits the final outcome. I ask that a good
report be given. I ask in the name of Jesus.

Update 9/1/04
I spoke
with Peter's daughter the day after his
surgery. His kidney was removed but the
tumor had also spread to the Aorta. The
doctor did not want to take a chance on
removing it due to the high risk. He said
that follow up treatment will be
Chemotherapy. Please pray for complete
healing and pray for Margie, she is not well
herself and she has to care for her dad when
he is released. Thank you,

Update 4/1/05
My father is in the hospital.
The cancer is in the other kidney now and he
had a blockage in the ureter. Was going into
kidney failure. They placed a tube to drain
the urine. Please pray that there will be
no complications with this tube as it is his
lifeline. I think he will go for radiation
now for the right kidney. We will see what
happens. Keep him in prayer--hope you are
well too. Have been so busy at the
hospital--sorry didn't call you.
