Heavenly Father I lift up
Sally to
you in prayer. She is seventy-five
years old. This past Saturday she
was admitted to the hospital due to
having a heart attack . She had
another one in the hospital and two
strokes as well. She doesn't
recognize anyone and her daughter
whom she hasn't spoken to in two
years cannot be located. Lord I ask
that you wrap Sally in your arms of
love. I ask that you cover her with
your healing power from above. I ask
that you comfort her and draw her
close to you. I ask that you remove
any discomfort and pain that she may
be having. I come before your
Heavenly Throne on behalf of Sally,
believing that through you all
things are possible and I ask
that you restore her heart to
function normal. I ask that she be a
testimony to the doctors, medical
staff, family and friends of your
healing power and of the power of
prayer. I ask that her daughter be
located soon so she and her mother
can restore their relationship and
reach out to one another with love
and forgiveness in their hearts. I
ask in the name of Jesus. Amen.
Update 5/23/07
Hi Charlotte, Sally
pasted last night, she went
peacefully. She had been
happy living with us the
last month. We moved her
here from assisted living
where she lived for the past
year. She had just became so
dissatisfied living there,
finally she agreed to move
in with us. She was so happy
with the dogs, Cinnamon (poodle) went to
visit with her from the time
she was a puppy, three times
a week when she resided
at assisted living. When
Sally moved in, she slept
with her and stayed in her
room like she knew she
belonged. The Lord knew when
to take her, she had a heart
valve that was completely
blocked and with the stokes
she would have been so
unhappy not being able to
take care of herself. In the
hospital she would just keep
saying, "lets stop this
stuff and go on home". She
wanted to come home so bad.
She went into the
hospital on the 12th and
just got worse during her
stay in the Intensive Care
Unit. Thank you for the
prayers, I am still a little
numb.
God Bless, Amelia

Heavenly Father I lift up
Reverend Steve's friend to
you in prayer. He has been having problems
with his liver and it is believed that he
has cancer. Lord I ask that you wrap this
man in your arms of love. I ask that you
comfort him and draw him close to you. I ask
that you remove any pain and discomfort that
he may be having. I ask that you cover him
with your healing power from above. If this
man has cancer of the liver, I ask that you
remove it Lord. I ask that his medical
reports show no signs of cancer and that all
praise, honor and glory be given unto you. I
ask that he be a testimony to the doctor,
medical staff, family and friends of your
healing power and of the power of prayer. I
ask in the name of Jesus. Amen.
Heavenly
Father I lift up
Carol
to you in
prayer. She was diagnosed with breast cancer
two years ago. The cancer has returned. The
preliminary reports show that it is fast
growing and aggressive, she will not
know how serious it is until after
surgery. She and her husband Chuck have some
major decisions to make very soon as
to which doctors she should go with for
surgery, reconstruction, treatments, etc.
They stated that they especially want to
be led by you Lord, through the doors
that you want for them in their walk ahead.
Lord I ask that you wrap Carol in your arms
of love. I ask that you comfort her and draw
her close to you. I ask that you cover her
with your healing power from above. I come
before your Heavenly Throne on her behalf
and I ask that you direct her in all
decisions as to which doctors to see. If
surgery is needed, I ask that you guide the
surgeon’s hands and bring her through
surgery, free from complications, completely
healed. I ask that the report after surgery
show that no cancer was found. I ask that
she be a testimony to the surgeon, medical
staff, family and friends of your healing
power and of the power of prayer. Just as
you healed the woman with the issue of blood
I ask that you heal Carol Lord. I ask that
news of her healing spread throughout the
hospital and that many will come to believe
that you are our great physician, our
healer, our Savior and that our faith and
the power of prayer has led you to reach
down and touch Carol with healing. I pray
that the sounds of rejoicing be heard
throughout the hospital and that all praise,
honor and glory be given unto you. I ask in
the name of Jesus. Amen.
Update 6/16/07
Thank
you all SO MUCH for your prayers, God
has answered!!! After a long and
trying month of seeing many Doctors,
Thursday we finally found a 'dream team’!
Yesterday surgery was scheduled for a simple
mastectomy and immediate reconstruction is
scheduled for Friday, June 22nd to begin at
730 a.m. There are only four Micro
surgeons in the country who are experts
at doing the state-of-the-art DIEP
reconstruction and Dr. Keller is one of
them. Though this surgery is of a
superficial type (no cavity entered or
muscle cut) my total time in surgery
(including the mastectomy) could be anywhere
from 7 - 14 hours because of the multiple
demanding and exact steps, and his suturing
of many tiny vessels under a microscope. Dr
Chen will do the mastectomy, she's been
working with Dr. Keller for fourteen years
and we were very impressed and delighted
with her as well. Please continue to
pray for me and for Chuck, too. Our hopes
are that the surgery will take place as
scheduled with no complications
or infections following it, that I am able
to come home after the three days and
heal swiftly and properly....all according
to God's Perfect Will, of course! We've
another rocky road ahead for awhile...chemo
is pretty much a definite a few months from
now, radiation is not likely to be
recommended, but if it is this time you can
be sure that I'll do whatever it takes! In
His Love, Carol
Update 6/22/07
my pre admission
blood work came back with elevated HCG
levels. Since I am not pregnant, new blood
was drawn this afternoon, but the
results came back even more elevated, so the
surgery could not proceed as planned. At
this point it is just a total mystery. My
Dr is trying hard to do what he can to help
find the right people to get to the
bottom of this and expedite matters so that
I can be cleared for the surgery.
I am very weary but certain that the Lord
means it for good somehow. I so very much
appreciate your continued prayers. I need
them now more than ever. Bless you all and
thank you. In Jesus Love Carol
Update 7/07/07
Gentle Prayer Warriors, Thank you for
praying with us and for passing on to others
our need for prayer, too. This road has not
been an easy one so far, but I've received
comfort and know the prayers have
helped. Old familiar words of Psalm 23 have
been made very real to me -- in shadowy
valleys I've found some important lessons
and healing insights. And I've wanted to
share what has held me fast, from The
Word in 1 Peter 1:3-9
3: Praise be to the God and Father of our
Lord Jesus Christ! In his great mercy he has
given us new birth into a living hope
through the resurrection of Jesus Christ
from the dead,
4:
and into an inheritance that can never perish, spoil or
fade—kept in heaven for you,
5:
who through faith are shielded by God's
power until the coming of the salvation that
is ready to be revealed in the last time.
6:
In this you greatly rejoice,
though now for a little while you may have
had to suffer grief in all kinds of trials.
7:
These have come so that your faith—of
greater worth than gold, which perishes even though refined by fire—may
be proved genuine
and may result in praise, glory and honor
when Jesus Christ is revealed.
8:
Though you have not seen him, you love him;
and even though you do not see him now, you
believe in him and are filled with an
inexpressible and glorious joy,
9:
for you are receiving the goal of your
faith, the salvation of your souls.
(Emphasis mine)
Update July 21, 2007
Hi
Dear Ones,
We're grateful
and relieved, thanking God and all of you
for your prayers -- both my mastectomy and
DIEP flap reconstruction have been confirmed
for this Tuesday, the 24th, beginning at 9am
eastern daylight time. Combined, they will
last anywhere from 7-14 hours.
We're praying that nothing else will
interfere (unless it be God's will), and ask
for your prayers that both surgeries are
successful, uneventful, and as short as
possible while all is done correctly. Also,
If I need any blood transfusion's),
which we've been told is likely, that the
blood given me will be as a "match made in
heaven". Whatever other unknown good the
Lord may have had in this delayed surgery, (
He has shown us much ! ) we're also praying
that my experience with having "Phantom hCG"
will help add to the growing awareness of it
as a phenomenon and possibly prevent some of
the inappropriate procedures that have been
associated with it. Thank you again for all
of your prayers! May the Lord Bless You in
His Mighty Love, Carol many thanks as well,
to those of you who have offered me
scriptures, words of encouragement and gifts
of The Spirit. You have blessed me with
them.
As for my physical situation, I have been
penciled in with a tentative surgery date of
July
24th. Before the surgeons will go ahead with
it, I need a letter of clearance to be
written and I need more blood work and at
least another biopsy to be done in order for
the letter to be written. I've already had a
number of tests since the last surgery's
cancellation in attempts to explain
the elevated HCG and CA125 blood levels. So
now my hopes are that with the upcoming
(endometrial) biopsy, there
will be no infection or complications, that
its' result will come back negative and
be the last of this line of testing, that I
will get the clearance letter in time to go
through with this surgery, that nothing else
prevents it, and that by then, the breast
cancer will not have grown large or
spread far, that the surgery goes well, is a
success and that I am healed. (And also that
if any of these hopes do not meet with the
Will of God, I will not be discouraged, but
even somehow blessed.) The pain is constant
now but I am sustained and I love that one
of you suggested to offer all suffering as a
prayer, maybe for others suffering. It does
help to do this! I have also been asking the
Lord to send me His Angel(s), as He says in
His Word that they are Ministering Spirits.
Well that is it for now, you have all been
in my prayers too, and I pray you each are
blessed with an abundance of faith!May the
Father's Love, the Spirit's Power and the
Peace of Jesus be upon you, Carol
Update 7/25/07
Greetings Sisters Carol's surgery yesterday
went well according to both of her
surgeons. The primary tumor was removed
successfully with a small piece of pectoral
muscle to insure a clean margin. A
secondary tumor had developed in the 6 weeks
since the biopsy at the site of the biopsy
needle withdrawal thru the skin, evidently
the result of cancer cells being tracked
along the path of the biopsy needle. That
tumor was also successfully removed along
with a bit of skin surrounding the needle
puncture site. The oncologist surgeon felt
that she was able to remove it all. The
sentinal lymph node showed no cancer.
Great news. She did have to remove
only two nodes to get to it because she said
it was a little "buried". This indicates
that the cancer had not gotten "out" into
her body thru the lymph system. It also
means that she will have a little risk of
developing the dreaded lymphedema down the
road. We saw her for about 15 minutes Tues
night after surgery in the recovery room
where, by now, she has spent the night. The
surgery was 10 hours. She is being monitored
to make sure that the grafts are indeed
receiving adequate blood supply and remain
viable. The doctors and staff have been
great. If all continues to go well, she
can return home on Friday morning. Sorry for
the delay in the news till this morning, but
I conked out last night. Thank you all for
your prayers and dedicated concern. Please
continue to pray for full recovery and a
return to "normal" life. Thanks for all of
your support in prayer and emails and
encouragement. John 16:33
These things I have spoken to you, that in
me you may have peace. In the world you
*will have tribulation; but
be of good cheer,
I have overcome the world."
8/1/07 Update
Hi Everyone ~Praise His Holy Name! I've been
home since Friday evening and I am writing
my first emails today... :~) I can't thank
you enough for your prayers. We are so
grateful. Not only are we confident that
they have helped His Will to be done for
us, but knowing them has made me feel
snuggled between you all as among the Living
Stones of His Body, mortared together by
prayer. And your replies have been a great
comfort and encouragement, too! My
recuperation appears to be going well, only
there is new swelling where the pectoral
muscle was removed, hopefully this
will clear up soon, we're watching it
closely. On Thursday we will be going out
to Long Island to see the Dr, and are very
hopeful that all 6 of the drainage tubes
and bulbs will be removed during the
same visit. We should also receive the
pathology report at that time, which will
help to indicate what type of chemo, and if
radiation is necessary. We have been greatly
blessed by the Home Nurse who was assigned
to me and believe she
was divinely appointed. She is a Christian,
a cancer survivor, familiar with many of
the alternative medicines that interest us,
has 15 years of local RN experience,
many connections, and has offered to help us
and my sister Marjorie, whenever we need it,
now or indefinitely. No new tumors for
Marjorie! (Sister) Two of her five lungs
metastases have grown a little but with no
need to address at this point. Her Dr is so
optimistic that Marji will not be needing
more chemo that she has ordered the removal
of her mediport! Please continue to keep us
in your prayers and praise His Holy Name.
God Bless You In The Love of Christ, Carol xox
2 Corinthians 1:3-5 Praise be to the God
and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the
Father of compassion and the God of all
comfort, who comforts us in all our
troubles, so that we can comfort those in
any trouble with the comfort we ourselves
have received from God. For just as the
sufferings of Christ flow over into our
lives, so also through Christ our comfort
overflows
Update 8/4/07
Hi Dear Ones, Well, maybe "recovering" is
not the best choice of words (as surely
we've been "covered" all along... :~), but I
feel better now than I have in a long time.
The Lord has cleansed me, healed me, and
refreshed my entire being, His
Temple; during and through this ordeal I am
like a renewed woman, restored to the Joy of
my Salvation. How blessed I am that He has
done this in me. Everything else seems to be
going according to plan, the drains came
out, and I am walking, doing stairs, and
sleeping very well now. The area of
concerned swelling is a hematoma, not
particularly serious, hopefully it will
resolve itself. I did not my get pathology
report back yet ( Thursday the 10th, it
looks like ) but nothing so far is much out
of the ordinary, so if that remains the
case, it will likely (hopefully) just be
chemo without radiation, beginning in early
to mid September. There are three Medical
Oncologists that I am planning to see about
that. In the meantime, we are taking
life one day at a time, and it is a "new
beginning". Chuck is beginning to recoup
from the strain that this has been on him as
well. Thank you so much for your continued
prayers. They have been so very dear to us,
as you all are. Lots and Lots of God's Dear
Love, Praise His Holy Name! Carol
8/25/07 Update
Dear sisters
and brothers in Christ, The time is
near for me to get started on chemo,
if you would pray with us in this,
we would be blessed. I have been
healing well for the past month and
have an appointment with the Chief
Medical Oncologist at the Cancer
Center of St Barnabas (only minutes
from us), this Tuesday, Aug 28th.
He comes highly recommended and we
are hoping very much that he is the
Dr. that God wants for us through
this next stage. Our most fervent
prayer is that the chemo drug(s)
prescribed for me will be exactly as
needed - strong enough and effective
to kill any cancer that may be left,
yet not so strong to harm me.
We ask for God's supernatural
strength, courage and peace so
that we are able to embrace what He
has for us in this season
and reflect His Love and Light to
those whose lives we touch. You have
all been in our prayers too. Love
and God Bless You ! Carol
Update 9/1/07
Hi All !
We were very pleased with Dr
Michaelson and have every
confidence that he is the one
meant to oversee my chemo. I'm scheduled
to begin with IV chemo infusions
on Sept 7th. These will continue
to be given every other Friday
afternoon for sixteen weeks ...
I'll go in for an injection to
help build new white blood cells
on the Saturdays following
infusions and have a number of
other support drugs prescribed
to alleviate some of the more
uncomfortable side effects. God
willing, I'll be done by
Christmas !!!
Thank
you so much again for your
continued support, I cannot
imagine anyone going through
this without the Lord and the
love and prayers of His people.
May He Bless You Mightily in His
Peace, Love and Strength. Carol
And we
know that all things work
together for good to those who
love God, to those who are the
called according to His purpose.
Romans 8:28
Update 9/15/07
Dear Sisters.....I am
writing for Carol to ask
for your prayers. Up
until a couple of days
ago, the first chemo
infusion had gone pretty
well. She is now
feeling some serious
bone pain from the
Neulasta shot that
stimulates the bone
marrow to make new white
blood cells. It has
helped with the sore
throat, but is giving
her a lot of pain in her
back, hips and legs.
Also, on Monday morning,
she will be having
surgery under general
anesthesia. They will
be putting in a Port-a-Cath,
an injection port
surgically implanted so
that the chemo will not
ravage the veins in her
hand or lower arm. They
say it is a minor
procedure, outpatient
same day, but another
procedure is still
another
procedure. Here is
some info on it ...
http://www.breastcancer.org/treatment/
chemotherapy/overview/ports.jsp
She asks for your
prayers that the surgery
goes well and that the
port is correctly placed
and will not have any of
the complications
sometimes associated
with it.
Carol gave herself
an adorable short
haircut. She looks
amazing. Please keep
her (us) in your
prayers as we embark on
this 16 week journey.
Thanks.....Chuck
Update
9/16/07
Hi Everyone What a
difference a day can
make ! Thanks and
Praise to God ( and
your prayers :~) the
bone pain is gone
today, as if never
there. This is
certainly a one day
at a time thing.
Thank you for any
and all prayers for
tomorrow's
surgery. It is such
a comfort for me to
think of them. May
the Lord's Blessings
be upon you, Carol
Update
9/18/07
Hello
again :~) The
implant went
well -- Praise
God!Before
yesterday, I
still had a bit
of doubt about a
'port' being absolutely necessary
in my case. I
really had just
gone along with
the idea of
its' being a
wise choice. But
after two
unsuccessful attempts
to access a vein
for the
anesthesia
necessary for
the port's
insertion, a
special nurse
was hailed for
help.
She proceeded to
pray to St.
Anthony, who
she said is the
patron saint of
things difficult
to find. Well,
she did have
success in
getting a good
vein and by that
time,
surely I was
totally
convinced of my
need for a port!
By the way,
I gave Chuck
misinformation
about the
anesthesia -- it
wasn't general
after all (thank
God), but I was
unconscious
throughout and
woke up chipper
and hungry.
So once
again, thank
you for the
prayers. I
do hope none
are weary of
hearing from
me with one
request
after
another.
Please let
me know how
we can pray
for you! In
the love of
our Savior,
Jesus Carol
give
unto them
beauty for
ashes, the
oil of joy
for
mourning,
the garment
of praise
for the
spirit of
heaviness;
that they
might be
called trees
of
righteousness,
the planting
of the LORD,
that he
might be
glorified.
Isaiah 61:3
Heavenly Father I lift up
Heather to you in prayer.
You know how much I love her and that she
and my daughter grew up together and they
are best friends. She was taken to the
Emergency Room last week due to having a
very fast heart rate, she was diagnosed with Atrial Fibrillation. Her heart was
beating at a rate of two-hundred and fifty
beats per minute. A test was done to rule
out any blood clots in her lungs, thank you
Lord none were found. Lord I ask that you
wrap Heather in your arms of love. I ask
that you comfort her and draw her close to
you. I ask that you cover her with your
healing power from above. I come before your
Heavenly Throne on her behalf and I ask that
you restore her heart to beating at a normal
rate. I ask for complete healing. I
ask in the name of Jesus. Amen.
4/26/07
Heavenly Father I lift up
Ruthie to you in
prayer. Recent test revealed cyst on
her kidneys, she is scheduled to see
a specialist June 7th. She was also
diagnosed with a Cerebral Aneurysm
last year, she had one years back
that ruptured and almost killed her.
Thank you Lord for seeing her
through. Lord I ask that you wrap
Ruthie in your arms of love. I ask
that you comfort her and draw her
close to you. I ask that you cover
her with your healing power from
above. I ask that you remove any
discomfort and pain that she may be
having. I come before your Heavenly
Throne on her behalf, believing that
through you all things are possible
and I ask that you give complete
healing to her body. I ask that you
remove the cyst form her kidneys, I
ask that you remove the
Aneurysm. I ask that she be a testimony to the
doctors, family and friends of your
healing power and of the power of
prayer. In talking with her I know
that she believes in you but she
does not fully understand and
sometimes it is hard to get through
to our friends and family,
therefore I ask that you place
Christians in her path to share the
GOOD NEWS Of CHRIST with her. I ask
that you open her mind to fully
understand what they are saying to
her. I ask that you place her on
the path to righteousness. I ask
that you open her heart to feel your
love. I ask these things in the name
of Jesus. Amen. Update 6/21/07
Ruthie has
been diagnosed with Polycystic
Kidney Disease, a cure is not
available but treatment can ease
the symptoms and prolong life.
This disease could lead to
dialysis and kidney failure.
Please continue in prayer for
Ruthie. Thank you, In
Christ, Love Charlotte
4/24/07
Heavenly Father I lift up my
brother Kenneth to you in
prayer. Blood was found in his urine, he
was tested to see if his kidneys were OK
and the test came back negative. He is
scheduled to see a Urologist to see if
there is something wrong with his
bladder that may be causing the
problem. He is also scheduled for a
follow up cholesterol reading ,he was
placed on medication not to long ago due
to a higher level than normal. He also
has to have his heart checked, he had an
Aortic Valve Replacement about ten years
ago and the Cardiologist keeps a check
on his heart, he is also taking the
medication Coumidin which has to be
checked as well. Lord I ask that you
wrap Kenneth in your arms of love. I ask
that you comfort him and draw him close
to you. I ask that you cover him with
your healing power from above. I come
before your Heavenly Throne on his
behalf and I ask that all test results
be followed by a GOOD REPORT,
nothing of a serious nature found. I ask
that you give complete healing to his
body where healing is needed. I know
that my brother knows the gospel for he
has heard it many times from past
funerals in our family. Whether he has
accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior I
do not know. Only you know his heart. If
he has not accepted Christ I pray for
salvation. I ask in the name of Jesus.
Amen.
Update May 4,2007
My brother
Kenneth had all of his test
completed, he received a
GOOD REPORT. Thank you
Lord! The blood in the urine was
caused from his medication Coumedin, he
had to cut back on the dosage. Thank
you for your prayers.
In Christ,
Love Charlotte
Heavenly Father I lift up my brother
Frank to you in prayer. He
has been having pain that radiates from his
head into his jaw area for almost two weeks
now. He went to the doctor but no definite
diagnosis was made. He was given medication
but the pain is still present. He is
scheduled to see another doctor this coming
Saturday, April 28th. Lord I ask that you
wrap Frank in your arms of love. I ask that
you comfort him and draw him close to you. I
ask that you cover him with your healing
power from above. I ask that you remove any
pain and discomfort that he may be having. I
come before your Heavenly Throne on his
behalf and I ask that you remove all pain
and heal him completely from whatever this
illness is. I give you all the glory, honor
and praise. I ask in the name of Jesus.
Amen.
Update May 4,2007
I called my brother Frank
last night after his doctor visit.
After describing his symptoms the doctor
thinks that he may have Trigeminal
Neuralgia. He recommended that he see a
Neurologist. He
prescribed pain medication. Please
continue in prayer. Thank you. In
Christ, Love Charlotte
Heavenly Father I lift up

to you. I ask that you cover her with
your healing power from above. I ask
that you remove any pain and discomfort
that she may be having. I come before
your Heavenly Throne on her behalf and I
ask for complete healing from Phlebitis
and complete restoration of circulation
in her legs. I give you all the praise,
the glory and the honor. I ask in the

I spoke with Gloria's friend,
she was released from the hospital two
weeks ago. She was placed in a
rehabilitation center, will stay there
as long as her insurance permits. She
seems to be improving a little each day.
Please continue in prayer for her. Thank
you.
In Christ, Love Charlotte
Heavenly Father I lift up my
Grandson Justin to you in
prayer. I thank you for this precious
child for he brings so much joy into my
life. He has been diagnosed with asthma and
there are times that it has been so bad that
he has been placed in the hospital for
several days. Justin is seven years old and
I pray Lord that he will grow up knowing
you. I pray that he will one day become a
preacher of your word. I ask that you give
him understanding and revelation of your
word as I teach him about you Lord and about
the love that Jesus has for him and for each
one of us. I ask that you open his eyes to
see the beauty of all that you have
created, open his ears to hear your word and
open his heart to feel the love of Jesus. I
pray that he will learn your Holy
Scriptures, which are able to make him wise
for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus
. I ask that you watch over him during
his growing up years and place a hedge of
protection around him. I ask that you cover
him with your healing power from above. I
ask that you heal him completely of asthma.
I ask that you give him understanding of all
that he is taught in school that he may do
well and receive passing grades. I ask
these things in the name of Jesus.
Amen.

Heavenly Father I lift up
my son Glenn to you in
prayer. I ask that you wrap him in your arms
of love. I ask that you place Christians in
his path to share the Good News of Christ
with him. I ask that you place him on the
path to righteousness. I pray that he will
come to know of the love that you had for
him and for the entire world, that he will
come to know that you loved us so much
that you gave your one and only Son, that
whoever believes in him shall not perish but
have eternal life. I ask that you open his
ears to hear your word. I ask that you give
him revelation and understanding of your
word. I ask that you open his heart to feel
your wonderful love. I ask that a burning
desire be placed in his heart to know you
and to draw close to you. I pray for
salvation. I ask in the name of Jesus.
Heavenly Father I lift up
Cherie, her children and their father David
to you in prayer. Cherie is the mother of my
two great nieces and nephew Ashli, Alissa
and Ryan. My nephew left them and Cherie has
had to get a job to help in providing for
them. It hasn't been easy and I do what I
can for them. I have been teaching the
children about you but the desire in the
girls to learn is slowing leaving them. Ryan
however wants to learn and enjoys Bible
stories. Cherie does not mind that I teach
them or take them to church but she does not
believe a lot of what the Bible says, such
as the ages of Abraham and Sarah when Sarah
bore a son or that Jonah was in the belly
of a whale for three days and three
nights. Cherie is scheduled for a biopsy of
her lip Tuesday, April 24th due to a sore
that has been there for some time. She is
also scheduled to see a Heart Specialist due
to having fast palpitations and chest pain
which has led her to go to the Emergency
Room several times. Lord I ask that you wrap
Cherie in your arms of love. I ask that you
comfort her and draw her close to you. I ask
that you cover her with your healing power
from above. I ask that you remove any pain
and discomfort that she may been having.
I come before your Heavenly Throne on her
behalf and I ask that you comfort her as she
awaits the results of the biopsy, I ask that
she be given a GOOD REPORT. I ask that
you give wisdom and guidance to the doctors
as they seek to find the cause of her chest
pains and palpitations. I ask that nothing
of a serious nature be found. I ask that you
open her heart to feel the love of Jesus and
that you open her ears to hear the truth of
his word. I pray for her salvation . I ask
that you place a hedge of protection around
her children and keep them safe. I pray that
they will grow up knowing and accepting
Jesus as their Lord and Savior. I pray for
their father David as he is an alcoholic
which had led to a lot of problems in his
life. I ask that you remove his desire for
alcohol and replace it with a desire to seek
you. I ask that you place a desire in his
heart to hunger and thirst for your word. I
ask Lord that you place Christians in his
path to share the Good News of Christ with
him. I pray that you will open his ears to
hear your word and open his heart to feel
your wonderful love. I pray for salvation. I
ask these things in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Update 4/21/07
I am
emailing everyone to let you
know how things went today,
I would not EVER wish this
on my worst enemy! It was so
bad that it felt as if I was
going to have a heart attack
there on the table. They did
however warn me that I may
or may not be effected by
the medicine. I lost all
color two times on two
different test and they
would not do anything until
they could get my color
back. They blew a vein in
my hand the first stick for
an IV because she wouldn't
listen to me when I told her
where to put it in my hand,
then the second stick in
the bend of my arm, blood
went everywhere, and I
wouldn't let them use my
wrist at all! I now have a
rash where the tape was, I'm
allergic to the kind they
used. I was told that not
many people react as I did
to that test. Here is
exactly what it felt like
for me, I felt as if the
heart doctor reached into my
chest while I was awake,
pulled out my heart with his
bare hands and squeezed it
with everything he
had...NEVER in my life have
I ever had so much pain in
my heart/chest area!!!!! I
couldn't breathe well from
the pain , all I could do
was start crying and beg
them to stop the test
because I could not take the
pain any more! It was so
bad! And even now at two AM
in the morning , I am still
feeling a squeezing pressure
on my heart, it still hurts
and it hurts my chest
somewhat to take in air to
breathe. My whole chest area
feels like I have had the
flu for a couple weeks with
non stop coughing, like that
feeling when every muscle in
your chest aches, like
you've been run over by a
mac truck. I don't believe
that I should be feeling
like this but if it gets any
worse, I will go to the
hospital for sure! Please
keep me in prayer because my
next appointment is with
the surgeon concerning
removing the lump in my
breast , it is scheduled for
this coming Wednesday and
then Friday I go in for a
MRI of my hips and back
concerning nerve
damage. The following week
I will be going for nerve
test in my legs and to the
RA doctor as well. All of my
doctors are located so far
away I don't know how I'm
going to make it to all of
them with no money for gas
especially with gas prices
being so high. It cost me
almost $15.00 each trip,
that's a lot of money! I'm
not even counting the times
Andy has to go to the doctor
in the next couple of weeks
too! But I guess all things
will work out some how. God Bless,
Denise Prince

She is afraid and trying to really keep her faith. Please pray for her. Please pray for her finances as well, they have been evicted from their house and do not have a dime to lean on. Heavenly Father I lift up
Naomi to you in prayer. She
is in the hospital diagnosed with stage four
lung cancer. She has a tumor the size of a
baseball which has left her unable to walk
because it's pressing on her spinal nerve.
The doctors are treating her with radiation
in hopes that the tumor will shrink. Lord I
ask that you wrap Naomi in your arms of
love. I ask that you comfort her and draw
her close to you. I ask that you remove any
pain and discomfort that she may be having.
I ask that you cover her with your healing
power from above. I ask that you open her
lungs so she can breathe freely without the
use of oxygen. I come before your Heavenly
Throne on her behalf , believing that
through you all things are possible and I
ask for miraculous healing. I ask that she
be a testimony to her doctors, medical
staff, family and friends of your healing
power and of the power of prayer. I pray
that all praise, glory and honor be given
unto you. I ask that you give her family
safe travel to and from the hospital as they
visit with her. I ask that you comfort them
and draw each one close to you. I ask that
you give healing to her sister Arlita as she
is in a lot of pain and can hardly walk. I
ask these things in the name of Jesus.

Update
4/24/07
I spoke with Naomi's sister Arlita this morning, she and her
sister visited with Naomi at the
hospital. They stayed a few days
with her. Naomi is paralyzed
from under her breast down. She has
to have five more radiation
treatments. I could hear the sadness
in Arlita's voice, I know how hard
it was for her for I have walked in
her shoes. Praise God, her sister is
saved! They are trying to find a
nursing home for Naomi and hoping
there will be room at one in West
Virginia which will be close by her
home. As soon as she is placed in
the home Arlita and her sister will
be going to stay by her side. They
will be getting a motel close by. Arlita
is going in faith for a miracle and
we know that God can heal no matter
what the condition of the body may
be. Please keep praying and pray
also for safe travel time for Arlita
and her sister to and from West
Virginia. Please pray that the Lord
gives Arlita strength to endue her
stay as she is not well. Thank you
so much my dear brothers and sisters
in Christ for your concern and
prayers. In Christ, Love Charlotte
Update 514/07
Hi
Charlotte, Just thought
I would pass on that my
mom's sister passed away
early this morning
around 1:30. I saw that
you had called her
earlier in the week and
had left a message. The
service is going to be
very simple. Monday at
10:00 AM for the
viewing, 11:00 AM for
the service then on to
the cemetery.
Love to all, Donna
Heavenly Father I lift up
Nick to you in prayer. He is
six years old and has been diagnosed with a
life threatening lung disease. Lord I
ask that you wrap this precious child in
your arms of love. I ask that you comfort
him and remove any pain and discomfort that
he may be having. I ask that you cover him
with your healing power from above. I ask
that you open his lungs so he can breathe
freely without the use of oxygen and
medication. I come before your Heavenly
Throne on his behalf, believing that through
you all things are possible and I ask for
miraculous healing. I ask that he be a
testimony to the doctors, family and friends
of your healing power and of the power of
prayer. I pray that there will be shouts of
rejoicing and that all praise, glory and
honor be given unto you. I pray that he will
grow up to be a man of God and that he will
share his testimony of healing with others.
I ask these things in the name of Jesus.
Amen.
Heavenly Father I lift up
Anita and Barbara
to you in prayer. They are both
employed as secretaries for a
doctor's office. The doctor is
saying that they aren't doing their
job and wants to fire them. Lord
I ask that you wrap Anita and
Barbara in your arms of love. I ask
that you comfort them and draw them
close to you. I do not know them or
the situation between them and the
doctor they work for. You Lord, who
are all knowing know if they are
doing their job or not. I
come before your Heavenly Throne and
I ask that you intervene and allow
what's best for these two ladies. If
the doctor is unjust in his
accusation I ask that you allow this
to weigh heavily on his heart. I ask
that you place Christians in his
path to share with him the Good News
Of Christ. I ask that you open his
eyes to see, open his ears to hear
and open his heart to feel the love
of Jesus. I ask that these ladies be
allowed to hold onto their jobs. I
ask in the name of Jesus. Amen.
Heavenly Father I lift up
family's and friends of students
and teachers who were massacred at
Virginia Tech University. I lift up
every family member, every student
and every faculty member left to
mourn the tragedy that transpired
there. A massacre of innocent people
caused by the hands of Cho Seung-Hui,
a mentally unstable young man who
attended the University. Lord I ask
that you wrap these people in your
arms of love. I ask that you reach
down and comfort them as they try to
face each day that lies ahead. I ask
that you comfort them and give them
strength to go on. For those who
were injured, I ask that you comfort
them and give emotional and physical healing to their bodies.
For the loved ones of those
who were killed I ask that you draw
them close to you. I ask that you
comfort them, for only in you Lord
will they find comfort in the days
ahead . The days here on earth
without their loved ones to hug, to
talk to and spend time with. I pray
that good will come form the evil
that has taken place . I pray that
there will be an outpouring of love
and prayers for all who have lost
loved ones and for all who attend
and teach at the University. I pray
that many will turn to you and
accept Jesus as their Lord and
Savior. I pray that steps will be
taken to prevent future tragedies
from happening. I ask that you
comfort the parents and loved ones
of Cho Seung-Hui as they too have
lost a son and I am sure that they
feel saddened by what he has done.
They have to live with the evil that
he has caused and I know that will
be hard for them knowing that the
son they raised could do such a
horrible thing. I ask these things
in the name of Jesus. Amen.
Heavenly Father I lift up Mackenzie
to you in prayer. She is
six years old and has a fracture of the
elbow due to an accident. If the fracture
doesn't improve by next Tuesday, April 24,
surgery will be needed and pins will be
placed in her elbow. Her mother Amy is
emotionally fragile right now. She is very
tired as she also has a year and a half old
son who is at a difficult age and now more
stress in worrying about her daughter. Amy's
mother Chris is trying to relocate so she
can be close to her daughter and
grandchildren as she knows that Amy needs
some help. Lord I ask that you wrap
Mackenzie in your precious arms of love. I
ask that you cover her with your healing
power from above. I ask that you remove any
pain and discomfort that she may be having.
I come before your Heavenly Throne on her
behalf and I ask that you give complete
healing to her elbow. I ask that she be a
testimony to the doctor, family and friends
of your healing power and of the power of
prayer. I ask that you wrap Amy in your arms
of love. I ask that you comfort her and draw
her close to you. I ask that you remove
fear of her daughter having surgery and
replace it with peace in knowing that you
are with her every step of the way. I ask
that you give her strength to get through
each day. I ask that you provide a way for
her mother to move closer to help with the
children so she can have a break every now
and then. I ask that you comfort her next
week as she awaits the outcome of
Mackenzie's fracture. I ask that a
GOOD REPORT be given. I
ask in the name of Jesus. Amen.
Update 4/19/07
Thank you so very much for such a
lovely prayer for my family. My
daughter called and told me that
Mackenzie has had no pain at all
except for when she was first
injured. Mackenzie asked Jesus into
her heart a year ago and is quite
the little missionary. She has no
problem in sharing with others about
Jesus. God Bless you.
4/15/07
Heavenly Father I
lift up Pastor
Lentini to you in
prayer. Three years
ago he purchased
property to build a
church on. The other
church he pastored
was small and more
room was needed
especially for the
Children. The people
in the community
where the church was
to open did not want
it there and they
petitioned the city
of Clifton. The
first round was lost
and an appeal was
filed. Mr. Pansulla,
an attorney is
working on the case.
Lord I lift up this
appeal to you. I ask
that you give wisdom
and guidance to Mr.
Pansulla as he works
to get this project
started. I pray that
the appeal will go
through and that the
people who didn't
want the church
there will come to
know Jesus as their
Lord and Savior. I
pray that they will
see the outpouring
of love coming from
the people who
attend. I pray that
you will remove any
resentment that they
may harbor in their
hearts when the
church opens. I pray
that they will step
out of their comfort
zone and attend to
see what the church
is all about, and
that they will
know that Christ is
the head of the
church and no one
else.
Ephesians
5:23 Christ is
the head of the
church,
his body, of which
he is the Savior.
I pray for victory.
I ask in the name of
Jesus. Amen.
4/13/07
Heavenly Father I lift up
Pastor Lentini
to you in prayer. I know that he
is having some health problems.
What the details are I do not
know, but you Lord who are all
knowing I come to you. Lord I
ask that you wrap Pastor Lentini
in your arms of love. I ask that
you cover him with your healing
power from above. I thank you
for him and for his kindness in
reaching out to others. I thank
you for this man you have placed
here on earth to preach your
word. I come before your
Heavenly Throne on his behalf
and I ask that you give complete
healing to his body where
healing is needed. I pray that
he will stand before the people
and preach the Gospel for a
long time to come. I pray that
he will lead many to accept
Jesus as their Lord and Savior
through the teachings of your
word. I pray that the doors of
the church he seeks to open will
be open soon. I pray that
many will be led to come there.
I pray that the congregation
will grow in their love for you.
I ask these things in the name
of Jesus. Amen.
Heavenly Father I lift up
Mike to you
in prayer. Mike is twenty-eight years
old and has lived with and depended a
lot on his mother throughout his life.
She is now with you Lord and I thank you
for sending Pastor Lentini and his wife
to her bedside to lead her in asking
your forgiveness for her sins and
accepting Jesus as her Lord and Savior.
Mike misses his mother deeply and he is
overcome with problems that he cannot
handle. The bank wants to foreclose on
the house, they want to take his car ,
his telephone has been shut off, his
credit cards are to the limit, he cannot
hold a job and his drinking is getting
worse. He has been so depressed
that he was contemplating suicide.
My son, Pastor Lentini and I talked with
him. He told the Pastor that he decided
that it was a wrong thing to do and that
it would lead him to spend eternity in
hell. My nephew's company is offering
him a job today and we are hopeful that
he will accept. Lord I ask that you wrap
Mike in your arms of love. I ask
that you comfort him and draw him close
to you. I ask that you give him the will
power to overcome his drinking problem.
I ask that you lead him to people who
can give him advice as to what steps he
needs to take concerning foreclosure on
his home and keeping his car until he
can get on his feet and get paid up on
his payments. I ask that you give him
strength as he works through all of the
problems that have come about since the
loss of his mother. I know that he is
lonely without her and I know that you
can give him the comfort that he needs.
I pray Lord for his salvation. I pray
Lord that everything that I have shared
with him about the love of Jesus will
help him to get through all of life's
trouble
and that he will have victory over
all. I ask these things in the name of
Jesus. Amen.
Update 4/30/07
Mike called me this
morning, great news his house is
sold. He was talking with the
man who owns the deli in his
neighborhood last week and began
telling him about everything
that's been going on his life
from losing his mom, to
foreclosure on his home. The man
had people working for him who
were looking to buy a house and
had already had a loan approved
for when they found one. They
checked out the home over the
week-end and told Mike they
would take it. Mike received a
call from them this morning
saying that their lawyer wants
to meet with his lawyer to
finalize the sell. Mike has not
drank in 2 weeks. Praise the
Lord! He is so relieved that
this burden has been taken care
of. He said that he owes it all
to answered prayer. Said he got
down on his knees and ask God to
help him. With the money he gets
from the sell of the house he
will be able to pay the
remainder of what's owed on it,
pay off his credit cards debts,
pay off his car loan and have a
little left over. He is going to
Florida to stay with his friend
and his friends wife until he
can find a job. He will be
getting a check from his mothers
union every week until it
reaches the amount allowed to
him which is quite a sum. Please

good pay and good medical
benefits. Thank you so much for

Heavenly Father I lift up
Josphine to you in prayer.
She is the mother of my Pastor, she is a
delightful loving Christian woman. No matter
who is sick or in need she always calls to
ask how you are. Her sister Santina has a
heart problem and has been told by the
doctors that there is nothing they can do
for her. I know that this saddens Josephine
for she loves her sister dearly. Lord I ask
that you wrap Josephine in your arms of
love. I ask that you comfort her and draw
her close to you. I ask that you bless her
with good health. I ask that you give
healing to her body where healing is needed.
I ask that you give her strength to get
through each day. I ask that you wrap her
sister in your arms of love. I ask that you
cover her with your healing power from
above. I ask that you comfort her and draw
her close to you. I ask that you remove any
discomfort and pain that she may be having.
The doctors have told her that there is
nothing that they can do for her, therefore
I come before your Heavenly Throne on her
behalf, believing that through you all
things are possible and I ask for miraculous
healing. Just as you gave sight to the
blind, hearing to the deaf, movement to the
lame, healing to the woman with the issue of
blood and healing to the lepers I ask that
you restore her heart to normal. I ask that
she be a testimony to her doctors, family
and friends of your healing power and of the
power of prayer. I ask in the name of Jesus.
Amen.
Heavenly Father I lift up
Grandpa
Cercone
to you in prayer. He is in his eighties and
his health has not been good lately. He has
been in and out of the hospital. His
daughter Mary, his daughter-in-law Pat and
his son John are taking care of him ,
preparing his meals and taking care of other
needs that he may have. Lord I ask that you
wrap Grandpa in your arms of love. I ask
that you cover him with your healing power
from above. I ask that you comfort him and
draw him close to you. I ask that you remove
any pain and discomfort that he may be
having. If there are any hard feeling in
this family that needs to be overcome I ask
that you place forgiveness in the hearts of
those who need it. Help them to forget
things that need to be forgotten and step
forward with a forgiving heart. I ask that
you give healing and strength to Grandpa's
body. I ask that you give strength to those
who are caring for him. If Grandpa has not
accepted Jesus as his Lord and Savior, I
pray for salvation. I ask in the name of
Jesus. Amen.

Lord, free from his suffering and pain. Even

you will comfort them in their mourning as

comforted. Thank you Lord for Anthony's
salvation. I ask that you give comfort to

from above. The doctors cannot do anything
to restore her hearing to normal, all that
can be done is to equip her with hearing
aides. These devices are helpful but nothing
like having full capacity of your hearing,
therefore, I come before your Heavenly
Throne on her behalf, believing that through
you all things are possible and I ask that
you restore her hearing completely. I ask
that she be a testimony to her doctor, her
family and friends of your healing power and

job, one that will be less stressful, with
better pay and good medical benefits. I do
not know this man personally, therefore I am
not sure of his salvation. If he has not
accepted Jesus as his Lord and Savior I ask
that you place Christians in his path to

ask that you open his eyes to see, open his
ears to hear and open his heart to feel His
love. I ask in the name of Jesus. Amen.
